实时物流递送路径规划与模拟

近些年来,顾客需求不断多样化、企业竞争更加激烈、全球制造的概念不断发展,不仅我国政府也将物流视为新的经济热点,而且已经引起了全球各个国家的重视。从政府到企业,从中央到地方,都开始物流战略的规划与实施,并且开始物流信息系统的建设。该文以物流路径规划系统为研究对象,介绍了一些著名的最优路径规划算法。在深入分析节约算法的基础上,提出并实现了配合Dijkstra算法的节约里程表算法,开发了以本文算法为核心的实时物流路径规划与模拟系统。     

Sharing your view: A distributed user interface approach for reviewing emergency plans

Emergency planning is an ongoing activity in which a multidisciplinary group of experts intermittently collaborate to define the most appropriate response to risks. One of the most important tasks of emergency planning is the review of plans as a way of maintaining, refining, and improving them. This review of plans is based on exchanging knowledge and experiences in order to take into account different perspectives and generate alternative solutions. An exploratory case study carried out within municipal organizations has disclosed how the application of rigid plan reviewing practices hinders team creativity and, consequently, effective decision-making. This paper presents a computer-based collaborative environment aimed at supporting unstructured team discussion during the post-hoc review of emergency plan. This collaborative environment allows emergency planning team members to share their view in a free manner by interacting with user interface components distributed across several input and output dimensions. The usage of the environment has proved how the application of new interactive technologies can create more dynamic work settings, fostering team creativity.     

当代教育理念与模式下的职业技术学院设计——以鹤壁职业技术学院新校区规划设计为例

面对社会对职业技术的日益重视,职业技术学校的发展也有了日新月异的变化.试图通过对鹤壁职业技术学院新校区的规划设计与分析,探讨当代教育理念与模式下高等职业技术教育的办学特色和校园文化对规划及建筑设计的影响,从而总结适应职业技术教育的设计理念和方法,塑造具有自身特色和体现城市风貌的职业技术学院.     

高等院校开展学生职业生涯规划教育的思考

职业生涯规划对于人生发展具有极为重要的指导意义,对在校大学生进行职业生涯规划教育和指导,是高等学校人才培养的一项重要环节。文章针对高校学生对今后从业的认知现状和目前高校在开展就业教育工作中存在的不足,提出高等学校必须通过全程化和系统化的职业生涯规划教育指导,有效帮助学生发现和挖掘自身潜能,引导学生根据所学专业和个人志向及特长,设定毕业后的从业方向,确立大学不同阶段的努力目标,指导学生根据社会和个人发展的实际情况,实时修正从业方向和努力目标。在不断完善学生综合素质和专业技能的基础上,促进学生顺利完成学业、从容走向社会、尽早实现人生价值。     

Renewal strategies for old industrial areas in the post-industrial age—Take “Zurich-West” in Switzerland as an example

This paper introduces and analyses the renewal planning of “Zurich-West”, an old industrial area. It points out that systematic and comprehensive target orientation, extensive collaboration in argumentation and decision-making, and the design ideas of coexistence and integration are the key to its success. Considering the status quo of China’s old industrial district remodeling, the paper offers some suggestions. Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No. 50878045)     

基于多层注意力机制—柔性AC算法的机器人路径规划

针对行动者—评论家（AC）算法存在的经验学习样本维度高、策略梯度模型鲁棒性低等问题,依据多代理系统的信息协作优势,构建注意力机制网络并作为代理体,引入多层并行注意力机制网络模型对AC算法进行改进,提出一种基于多层并行注意力机制的柔性AC算法。将其用于解决动态未知环境下的机器人路径规划问题,可增强行动者的策略梯度鲁棒性并降低评论家的回归误差,实现机器人路径规划最优方案的快速收敛。实验结果表明,该算法有效克服机器人路径规划的局部最优,具有计算速度快、稳定收敛的优点。     

Robust lane recognition for structured road based on monocular vision

A robust lane detection and tracking system based on monocular vision is presented in this paper.First,the lane detection algorithm can transform raw images into top view images by inverse perspective mapping(IPM),and detect both inner sides of the lane accurately from the top view images.Then the system will turn to lane tracking procedures to extract the lane according to the information of last frame.If it fails to track the lane,lane detection will be triggered again until the true lane is found.In this system,θ-oriented Hough transform is applied to extract candidate lane markers,and a geometrical analysis of the lane candidates is proposed to remove the outliers.Additionally,vanishing point and region of interest(ROI)dynamically planning are used to enhance the accuracy and efficiency.The system was tested under various road conditions,and the result turned out to be robust and reliable.     

高职《营销策划》课程情境式教学的应用研究

营销策划情境式教学是对传统营销教学模式的改革和创新,符合技能型人才的培养目标。与传统的营销策划教学模式相比,它更注重学生实际操作能力的培养,强调学生的主体地位,有效地激发了学生学习的主观能动性和兴趣性,是一种培养学生"快乐地学习"的教学理念。     

模具生产联合体加工作业统一调度问题的研究

模具生产联合体是由小规模企业组成的模具设计、制造联盟，由于设备、工装和人员分属于不同的加盟企业，其作业排序过程非常复杂。为此提出一种复合式模具生产联合体的生产排序方法：依据基本优先规则首先完成单一工序作业，然后对多工序作业用改进遗传算法进行工艺优化，求出最优解和次优解，再使用评价函数法选择最佳作业路线。该方法在生产试验中取得了良好的成效．能较好满足模具用户和加盟企业两方面的需要。     

Case‐based approach for supporting strategy decision making

The practice of strategy decision making proves that when the management board is strongly limited in its capacity to take rational actions, specifically in the context of great decision complexity and uncertainty, it is considered good practice to refer to experience through reasoning by analogy. In this paper, we would like to concentrate on supporting strategic decisions in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The complexity of analogy‐based reasoning has its roots in an attempt to solve new problems based on past cases from a different domain, while we will focus on case‐based approach for a single domain. Additionally, we have chosen case‐based reasoning as a suitable decision‐making paradigm because it is corresponds to managers’ decision‐making behaviour. We present the STRATEGOS case‐based reasoning system for supporting strategic decision making by SMEs management boards and then the system evaluation by the dozens of chief executive officers (CEOs) from SMEs is presented. The results of the survey are promising and show the remarkable correspondence of the proposed solution with expectations and strategic behaviour of CEOs.
