针对某型空中机器人机载电源监测电压存在的温度漂移现象,提出3种温度补偿方案:加入负温度系数热敏电阻、普通光隔线性化、直接采用线性光隔,最终选用高精度线性光隔PS8741;详细给出了PS8741的工作原理及典型应用电路,并对电路进行高低温试验;为便于数据处理,开发了基于MATLAB的图形用户界面(GUI);实验结果表明,利用PS8741测得电压线性度好,抗干扰性强,可有效抑制监测电压随温度漂移,为空中机器人的准确、安全飞行提供有利保障。 相似文献

In this paper, we propose the application of the Kernel Principal Component Analysis (PCA) technique for feature selection
in a high-dimensional feature space, where input variables are mapped by a Gaussian kernel. The extracted features are employed
in the regression problems of chaotic Mackey–Glass time-series prediction in a noisy environment and estimating human signal
detection performance from brain event-related potentials elicited by task relevant signals. We compared results obtained
using either Kernel PCA or linear PCA as data preprocessing steps. On the human signal detection task, we report the superiority
of Kernel PCA feature extraction over linear PCA. Similar to linear PCA, we demonstrate de-noising of the original data by
the appropriate selection of various nonlinear principal components. The theoretical relation and experimental comparison

There is wide interpatient variability in toxicity to chemotherapeutic drugs and a lack of routine clinical tests for prospectively identifying patients at risk of developing toxicity from chemotherapy. An empirically driven MS strategy has been developed to monitor liver-derived plasma proteins as potential biomarkers of early toxicity. Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) has been used to assess 46 candidate peptides from 18 liver-derived proteins. Following an iterative process of assay design, optimisation and assessment we selected 29 MRM assays (median CV 4.6%, range 1.2-11.6%) and monitored changes in levels of plasma proteins from a small number of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients undergoing chemotherapy. We demonstrated MRM assay robustness, and show that patients undergo minor elevation in plasma proteins when profiled on Day 3 of the chemotherapeutic regime. The MRM assays were in general agreement with 2-D DIGE-based quantitation from the same patient samples. The data supports the application of MRM-based methods as facile, highly reproducible, medium-throughput techniques that warrant expanded investigation for clinical utility in identifying patients at risk of developing chemotoxicity. 相似文献

Identification of statistical patterns from observed time series of spatially distributed sensor data is critical for performance monitoring and decision making in human-engineered complex systems, such as electric power generation, petrochemical, and networked transportation. This paper presents an information-theoretic approach to identification of statistical patterns in such systems, where the main objective is to enhance structural integrity and operation reliability. The core concept of pattern identification is built upon the principles of Symbolic Dynamics, Automata Theory, and Information Theory. To this end, a symbolic time series analysis method has been formulated and experimentally validated on a special-purpose test apparatus that is designed for data acquisition and real-time analysis of fatigue damage in polycrystalline alloys. 相似文献

A vision of the future of intraoperative monitoring for anesthesia is presented-a multimodal world based on advanced sensing capabilities. I explore progress towards this vision, outlining the general nature of the anesthetist's monitoring task and the dangers of attentional capture. Research in attention indicates different kinds of attentional control, such as endogenous and exogenous orienting, which are critical to how awareness of patient state is maintained, but which may work differently across different modalities. Four kinds of medical monitoring displays are surveyed: (1) integrated visual displays, (2) head-mounted displays, (3) advanced auditory displays and (4) auditory alarms. Achievements and challenges in each area are outlined. In future research, we should focus more clearly on identifying anesthetists' information needs and we should develop models of attention in different modalities and across different modalities that are more capable of guiding design. 相似文献
