当代青年人家具消费心理行为模式初探

本文针对当前青年消费群体日益成为家具市场上的消费主体这一现状,对年轻人家具购买心理行为进行系统的探索和研究,尝试通过青年消费者家具购买心理内涵、心理特征以及不同阶段青年家具消费心理三个部分初步构建青年家具购买心理行为模式,该模式的建立将为家具企业制定相应的家具产品设计定位及市场营销战略做出相应的指导。     

购买力平价理论与汇率决定理论的发展

购买力平价是汇率决定理论的基础。在研究购买力平价的基础上，研究汇率决定理论，以发展的观点和使用现代分析方法来探讨汇率理论的变革与各理论的侧重点，并通过适当的实证分析，说明各种汇率决定理论互为基础、互相补充。因此，在对不同时期，不同国家之间的汇率进行研究时，应综合运用各种汇率决定理论，以便全面系统地分析与预测汇率。     

Building on Brownfields: Predicted Effects of New Liability Protections for Prospective Purchasers and an Exploration of Other Redevelopment Incentives

On January 11, 2002, H.R. 2869, the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act (the Act or Revitalization Act) was signed into law. This Act, which amends portions of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) seeks to promote the redevelopment of brownfield sites through federal funding and certain federal liability relief. Brownfields are parcels of real property that were once used for industrial or commercial use, the redevelopment of which is now complicated by hazardous waste contamination and constrained by associated uncertainty and liability. With a focus on the liability relief that the Act provides to prospective purchasers of brownfields, this paper explores remaining liabilities under state and federal laws and, in doing so, determines that remaining broad liability and a lack of finality will limit the success of the prospective purchaser’s liability limitations under the Act in furthering the redevelopment of brownfields. Three critical components for a successful brownfields revitalization effort are highlighted, and a three-part solution is proposed.     

A bootstrap panel unit root test under cross-sectional dependence, with an application to PPP

A bootstrap methodology for dealing with cross-sectional dependence in panel unit root tests of real exchange rates is suggested. Monte Carlo simulations are employed to investigate the size distortion and the power of the bootstrap test-statistic. It is shown that the statistic has good power and no size distortions for moderate and large samples. The panel unit root test procedure is then applied to the long-run purchasing power parity (PPP) hypothesis, using a panel of 20 OECD countries over the recent float period, and the results are compared to those obtained by other tests.

水果零售市场发展与水果传统批发商之间的关系分析——以山东省为例

本文通过分析山东批发市场的购销渠道的变化,探悉水果供应链下游水果零售市场发展的变化与供应链中游批发市场之间的关系。研究结果表明,在水果批发商的销售对象中,超市、专业供应商及出口企业等新兴购买者已经出现,并且有显著的增加趋势,但是超市等购买者没有对批发商的进货提出更高的要求从而影响批发商的进货渠道,水果批发商的采购对象90%以上仍然依靠广大农户。即,水果供应链下游的变化已经影响到供应链中游的销售渠道的变化,但是还没有影响到中游的采购渠道的变化。     

Demographics and beef preferences affect consumer motivation for purchasing fresh beef steaks and roasts

Surveys completed by 1370 consumers determined the motivational factors affecting consumer purchasing decisions for fresh beef steaks and roasts in three regions in the United States. Females placed greater importance on tenderness, ease of preparation, and nutritional value of steaks and roasts when compared to males. Age influenced tenderness, product consistency, and nutritional value of steaks, but influenced flavor, product consistency, and nutritional value of roasts. Consumers felt juiciness, nutritional value, and natural products were less important in determining their purchasing choices of steaks and roasts as their level of education increased. The preferred degree of doneness of steaks influenced the value placed on six of the nine purchasing motivators. Beef preferences and demographics influenced consumer purchasing decisions for fresh beef steaks and roasts. Results from this study can be used to help identify factors to positively influence purchasing decisions within targeted market segments.
