基于E-供应链下的网格服务采购模型研究

从E-供应链下的采购协调需求出发,分析了CPFR技术及其在E-供应链环境下的基本原则,建立了基于网格服务技术的CPFR采购运作过程模型;在此基础上,以J2EE技术及其支持下的开放网格服务架构(Open Grid Services Architecture,OGSA)作为系统集成的平台,最后利用WSDL作为本地数据语言与SOAP协议通讯接口实现了在Web Services环境下的CPFR的采购模型,为实现企业信息管理系统的集成和优化提供了一种新的思路。     

采购管理智能决策支持系统的分析建模

用传统的软件工程技术来开发采购管理智能决策支持系统缺乏效率。将组织学原理运用到面向Agent建模方法中来，采购管理IDSS被视为一个组织，依据组织学原理分析系统的组织特性，建立组织模型，形成其宏观结构，并确定承担各类组织职能的Agent，进而给出各类Agent的概念模型，为采购管理IDSS建立可操作的开发模式。     

水果零售市场发展与水果传统批发商之间的关系分析——以山东省为例

本文通过分析山东批发市场的购销渠道的变化,探悉水果供应链下游水果零售市场发展的变化与供应链中游批发市场之间的关系。研究结果表明,在水果批发商的销售对象中,超市、专业供应商及出口企业等新兴购买者已经出现,并且有显著的增加趋势,但是超市等购买者没有对批发商的进货提出更高的要求从而影响批发商的进货渠道,水果批发商的采购对象90%以上仍然依靠广大农户。即,水果供应链下游的变化已经影响到供应链中游的销售渠道的变化,但是还没有影响到中游的采购渠道的变化。

Supplier management for manufacturer – a case study of flexible PCB

The purpose of this study is to provide a guideline for manufacturer with multiple products on suppliers selection. The proposed approach has been constructed based on the total cost, given that each supplier possesses different unit prices, purchasing lead time, and variability. A case study of a Taiwanese company manufacturing flexible printed circuit boards (PCBs) is used to illustrate the proposed model, from which the following can be concluded: supplier selection does affect expected raw material cost, expected relevant inventory cost, setup cost, expected capacity cost, transportation cost, and eventually the total cost. Instead of unit price, total cost should be the criterion for supplier selection. In addition, there exists a relationship of trade-off between expected capacity cost and transportation cost.     

基于基本RBAC模型的权限管理在企业采购管理系统中的应用

本文从企业的实际需求出发,分析和总结了企业采购管理系统对用户管理和权限控制的具体需求,采用了基于角色的权限管理模型来解决在系统中可能存在的各个角色所能拥有的权限问题,并对该系统的权限管理模型数据表和功能模块进行了设计。

实体传输可以在网络中直接传递或者存储对象，因而在网络编程中具有很重要的作用。文章介绍了Java实体传输的实现方法，Applet与Servlet之间的远程方法调用(RMI)以及Java实体传输在网上采购系统中的应用。     

Food safety and food quality perceptions of farmers’ market consumers in the United States

The number of farmers’ markets in United States (U.S.) increased dramatically from 1775 markets in 1994 to 8476 markets in 2014. However, few studies have investigated consumers’ food safety perceptions toward products in farmers’ market or their impact on consumers’ purchasing behaviors. The objectives of this study were to understand consumers’ perception of food safety at farmers’ markets and to explore the role of food safety perception on their purchasing fresh produce at a farmers’ market. Analysis of covariance was used to investigate food safety perceptions at farmers’ market among different demographic groups. In addition, multiple linear regression was used to explore factors including consumers’ food safety perception and quality perception on their purchasing at a farmers’ market. The results from the ANCOVA indicated that millennial generation consumers perceived better food safety conditions at farmers’ markets. The linear regressions indicated quality perception and willingness to support local foods are primary reasons that consumers purchase products at farmers’ markets, while food safety perception is not significantly related to purchasing fresh produce. The results imply that consumers generally hold a positive food safety perception that may be in contrast to actual microbial safety of produce obtained from farmers’ markets. The results highlight an increasing need for consumer education specifically related to food safety awareness at farmers’ markets.
