低成本配煤采购系统的研发

低成本配煤采购系统由煤炭特性记录管理系统和煤炭采购优化系统组成。煤炭特性记录管理系统可以对所有炼焦煤的性能参数进行记录、修改、计算,求出不同时间段内煤炭性能参数的平均值,为煤炭采购系统提供煤炭性能数据。煤炭采购优化系统可以在煤炭质量、焦炭质量预测、煤炭净价格(煤炭价格-副产价格)、煤炭采购等限制条件下,利用SOLVER规划求解的方法,自动得出满足焦炭质量要求和所有采购限制条件的净价格最低配煤采购方案,从采购环节实现对焦炭高质、稳产、成本最低的长远控制。     

Multi-objective inventory models of deteriorating items with some constraints in a fuzzy environment

In this paper, multi-item inventory models of deteriorating items with stock-dependent demand are developed in a fuzzy environment. Here, the objectives of maximizing the profit and minimizing the wastage cost are fuzzy in nature. Total average cost, warehouse space, inventory costs, purchasing and selling prices are also assumed to be vague and imprecise. The impreciseness in the above objective and constraint goals have been expressed by fuzzy linear membership functions and that in inventory costs and prices by triangular fuzzy numbers (TFN). Models have been solved by the fuzzy non-linear programming (FNLP) method based on Zimmerman [Zimmermann, H.-J., Fuzzy linear programming with several objective functions. Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1978, 1, 46-55] and Lee and Li [Lee, E. S. and Li, R. J., Fuzzy multiple objective programming and compromise programming with Pareto optima. Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1993, 53, 275-288]. These are illustrated with numerical examples and results of one model are compared with those obtained by the fuzzy additive goal programming (FAGP) [Tiwari, R. N., Dharmar, S. and Rao, J. R., Fuzzy goal programming: an additive model. Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1987, 24, 27-34] method.

The Effect of Information Design on Cognitive Processing of Website Navigation

The information displayed on a website is a critical factor that affects the cognition of internet users. This study adopted a between‐subjects design to examine the effect of the information design of a website and the involvement of internet users on purchasing cognition. The results indicated significant differences between high‐ and low‐quality diagnostic information on the purchasing cognition of subjects. The subjects had better purchasing cognition when navigating a high‐quality diagnostic information website than when navigating a low‐quality diagnostic information website. In addition, there was a significant interactive effect of different qualities of nondiagnostic information and subject involvement on purchasing cognition. Namely, the subjects who had low involvement had better purchasing cognition when navigating a website with high‐quality nondiagnostic information than when browsing one with low‐quality nondiagnostic information, but there was no significant difference between navigating websites with high‐ and low‐quality nondiagnostic information if the subjects had high involvement.

Although reverse auctions have been utilized in the procurement of goods for many years, the availability and widespread use of the Internet has recently lead to a dramatic increase in its employment. Reverse auctions have recently found their way to a new market: procurement of construction services.
