基于USB2.0接口的PCM数据采集器设计与实现

为满足X型飞机飞行试验的需求,设计了基于USB2.0接口的PCM数据采集器,该采集器实现了对机载环境下振动参数的采集、记录和实时监控功能,具备对100%及部分机载环境振动参数的PCM、RS422数据流记录功能,通过USB接口实现了上位机对100%PCM数据、可选RS422数据流的加载及实时监控功能。     

SF6密度继电器RS-485通信终端电阻匹配方法研究

SF6密度继电器能够实现对高压电器设备中SF6绝缘气体状态的实时在线监测,然而在工程实践中采常采用的RS-485组网方式存在着反射信号干扰的问题,需要在通信网络的末端SF6密度继电器中进行阻抗匹配,提出了一种软硬件结合的方法对终端电阻匹配进行控制,设计了电阻投切控制电路,并设计了相应的软件控制远传密度继电器内部终端电阻的投切,可以方便地实现RS-485通信网络的终端阻抗匹配,通过对信号波形进行分析,可以证明能够有效降地低信号反射所带来的不良影响。     

Design and screening of ionic liquids for C2H2/C2H4 separation by COSMO‐RS and experiments

Ionic liquids (ILs) have been proposed as promising solvents for separating C₂H₂ and C₂H₄, but screening an industrially attractive IL with high capacity from numerous available ILs remains challenging. In this work, a rapid screening method based on COSMO‐RS was developed. We also present an efficient strategy to improve the C₂H₂ capacity in ILs together with adequate C₂H₂/C₂H₄ selectivity with the aid of COSMO‐RS. The essence of this strategy is to increase molecular free volume of ILs and simultaneously enhance hydrogen‐bond basicity of anions by introducing flexible and highly asymmetric structures, which is validated by a new class of tetraalkylphosphonium ILs featuring long‐chain carboxylate anions. At 298.1 K and 1 bar, the solubility of C₂H₂ in ILs reaches 0.476 mol/mol IL, very high for a physical absorption, with a selectivity of up to 21.4. The separation performance of tetraalkylphosphonium ILs to the mixture of C₂H₂/C₂H₄ was also evaluated. © 2015 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 61: 2016–2027, 2015     

Effect of concentration on R134a/Al2O3 nanolubricant mixture boiling on a reentrant cavity surface

This paper quantifies the influence of Al₂O₃ nanoparticles on the pool boiling performance of R134a/polyolester mixtures on a Turbo-BII-HP boiling surface. Nanolubricants with 10 nm diameter Al₂O₃ nanoparticles of various volume fractions (1.6%, 2.3%, and 5.1%) in the base polyolester lubricant were mixed with R134a at two different mass fractions (0.5% and 1%). The study showed that nanolubricants can improve R134a boiling on a reentrant cavity surface as long as the nanoparticles remain well dispersed in the lubricant and are at sufficiently large concentration. For example, three of the refrigerant/nanolubricant mixtures with the smallest nanoparticle mass fraction exhibited average enhancements over the entire heat flux range of approximately 10%. However, when the nanoparticle mass fraction was increased to a point that likely encouraged agglomeration, an average heat transfer degradation of approximately 14% resulted. An existing model was used to predict the boiling heat transfer.

Associate Professor and Associate Director of Graduate Programs at the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism at Carleton University in Ottawa, Goffi has written widely on the topic of time, particularly taking St Peter's in the Vatican by way of example.     

基于金融企业绩效管理的信息管理系统

绩效管理是企业管理者促使工作业绩与上层目标相符的方法和手段,对实现企业可持续发展目标有重要推动作用。基于金融企业绩效管理设计了带有标准RS 232接口的X988指纹考勤机和计算机,组成具有考勤签到、数据存储和绩效统计分析功能的信息管理系统,给出了硬件及软件设计方案。该系统实现了绩效管理的标准化和自动化,具有重要的实用价值。

基于PLC的纤维挂纱机构控制系统设计

针对纤维缠绕工艺中对挂纱与剪纱工序自动化的需求,设计了一种以西门子S7-200型PLC为控制核心的纤维挂纱机构控制系统。依次对自动挂纱机构的基本结构组成以及工作原理进行了详细介绍,分析了自动挂纱工序的工作流程,分配了相应I/O点。完成了对挂纱控制系统软件的整体设计,并针对自动工作方式中气动控制、自由口通讯以及步进电机的控制进行了深入探讨;完成了自由口通讯的初始化以及步进电机速度轨迹曲线的设计,同时列出了相应示例程序。     

智能气门电镦机人机交互及串行通讯程序

介绍了智能气门电镦机的数据显示和命令输入的人机界面(HMI)和实现电镦机实时控制功能的下位计算机之间利用RS232串行接口的通讯程序的编写，以及实现硬件定时的原理和方法．实践证明，该系统人机界面美观、实时性能可得到保证，符合气门电镦的工艺要求．     

RS485通信最优波特率研究

在RS485总线中,主机和从机通常使用固定的波特率进行通信;而在实际应用中,波特率的大小和传输的距离是成反比的,波特率越高传输的距离越短,误码率增加越大。为避免波特率过高通信不可靠的问题,根据硬件波特率自适应的机制,文章采用从机数量来计算最优的波特率的方式进行主从机通信。经过实验验证,可提高RS485通信系统的稳定性。
