针对基于SM3的HMAC的能量分析攻击方法

现有基于SM3的HMAC的能量攻击方法,仅适用于同时存在汉明重量和汉明距离信息泄露的攻击对象,如果被攻击对象存在单一模型的信息泄露,则这些方法均不适用。针对该局限性,提出了一种针对SM3的HMAC的能量分析新型攻击方法,该新型攻击方法每次攻击时选择不同的攻击目标和其相关的中间变量,根据该中间变量的汉明距离模型或者汉明重量模型实施能量分析攻击,经过对SM3密码算法的前4轮多次实施能量分析攻击,将攻击出的所有结果联立方程组,对该方程组求解,即可推出最终的攻击目标。通过实验验证了该攻击方法的有效性。由于所提方法不仅可以对同时存在汉明重量和汉明距离信息泄露的对象进行攻击,而且还可以对仅存在单一信息泄露模型的对象进行攻击,所以该方法应用的攻击对象比现有的攻击方法应用更广。     

Supply-based optimal scheduling of oil product pipelines

Oil product pipelines have features such as transporting multiple materials, ever-changing operating conditions, and synchronism between the oil input plan and the oil offloading plan. In this paper, an optimal model was established for a single-source multi-distribution oil product pipeline, and scheduling plans were made based on supply. In the model, time node constraints, oil offloading plan constraints, and migration of batch constraints were taken into consideration. The minimum deviation between the demanded oil volumes and the actual offloading volumes was chosen as the objective function, and a linear programming model was established on the basis of known time nodes’ sequence. The ant colony optimization algorithm and simplex method were used to solve the model. The model was applied to a real pipeline and it performed well.     

一种基于ifix5.0与赛摩6105B仪表的自动配料系统

本文介绍一种基于ifix5.0与赛摩6105B仪表（以下简称SM6105B仪表）的自动配料系统,重点介绍系统的结构组成、工艺流程、总线架构、硬件选型和软硬件组态的实现及ifix监控系统。项目实施后有利于进行自动定量配料,称重数据自动记录及管理,确保各物料的配比速度快、精度高,提高工作效率。     

Pumpkin oil cake protein isolate films as potential gas barrier coating

This work was aimed to investigate the potential of PuOC protein isolate (PuOC PI) in preparation of biodegradable films at different pH values (2–12) and plasticizer content (0.3–0.6 g glycerol/g PuOC PI). Results showed that films could be formed in a wild range of pH, except at pH = 4–8. Films with 0.4 and 0.5 g glycerol/g PuOC PI were suitable for further analysis. The pH of film-forming solutions influenced all examined film’s characteristics. The amount of added glycerol significantly affected (p < 0.05) tensile strength, elongation at break and solubility of the films. Gas permeability of films with 0.4 g glycerol/g PuOC PI showed that these films represents an excellent barrier for O₂, N₂, CO₂ and air. Obtained films have improved elongation at break and gas permeability characteristics compared to PuOC biodegradable films, thus they could be used as gas barrier stretch coating.

Dual-mode SM/STBC system with antenna subset selection employing ML detection

Multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna system is a promising candidate to meet the demands of 4th Generation (4G) cellular communication systems by offering increased spectral efficiency through the spatial multiplexing (SM) gain, and improved link reliability through the space–time block coding (STBC) diversity gain. This paper presents a new scheme that combines the dual-mode SM/STBC and the antenna subset selection (AnSS) schemes. In the proposed scheme, the combination of the SM/STBC switching and the full antenna subset selection (AnSS) at both the transmitter (Tx) and the receiver (Rx) ends of the communication channel are adaptively selected through a simple algorithm based on the singular values of the channel matrix at the Rx side. Thus, the new scheme achieves the best BER performance over the previous works regardless of the data rate. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme with the full AnSS outperforms the previous works, by up to the 12.5 dB at the bit error rate (BER) of 10^‐5${10}^{‐5}$. Further, a partial AnSS is also proposed which dramatically reduces both the computational complexity (by 31%) and the hardware (by 50%), cost, without any appreciable loss in the BER performance, when compared with the full AnSS.     

静态及动态充氢对SM490B纯净钢拉伸性能的作用

用拉伸的方法研究了静态充氢和动态充氢对SM490B纯净钢力学性能的作用,结果表明:随着充氢电流密度的增加,试样的延伸率连续降低。动态充氢试样的氢致塑性损失明显大于静态充氢拉伸试样的氢致塑性损失。氢原子提高了试样的屈服强度,而试样的抗拉强度随电流密度增大而减小。随着充氢电流密度的增加,静态拉伸试样的断口均为韧窝状,而动态拉伸试样的断口形貌由韧窝状向准解理状变化。     

Effects of co‐overexpression of secretion helper factors on the secretion of a HSA fusion protein (IL2‐HSA) in pichia pastoris

Pichia pastoris is generally considered as an expression host for heterologous proteins with the coding gene under control of the alcohol oxidase 1 (AOX1) promoter. The secretion of heterologous proteins in P. pastoris can be potentially affected by many factors. Based on our previous results, the secretion levels of human albumin (HSA) fusion protein IL2‐HSA were only around 500 mg/L or less in fermentor cultures, which decreased more than 50% compared with that of HSA (>1 g/L). In this study, we selected five potential secretion helper factors, in which Ero1, Pdi1 and Kar2 were involved in protein folding and Sec1 and Sly1 were involved in vesicle trafficking. We evaluated the possible effects of individual overexpression of these secretion helper factors on the secretion of IL2‐HSA in P. pastoris. Constitutive overexpression of the five selected secretion factors did not have an obvious negative effect on cell growth of the IL2‐HSA secreting strain. Individual co‐overexpression of Ero1, Kar2, Pdi1, Sec1 and Sly1 improved the secretion level of IL2‐HSA to ~2.3‐, 1.9‐, 2.2‐, 2.5‐ and 1.9‐fold that in the control strain respectively in shake flasks. We evaluated the changes in mRNA and protein levels of the intracellular IL2‐HSA, as well as the secretion helper factor genes in the co‐overexpressing strains. Our results indicated that manipulating the expression level of ER resident protein Pdi1, Ero1, Kar2 and SM protein Sec1 and Sly1 could improve the secretion level of IL2‐HSA fusion protein in P. pastoris, which provided new candidates for combinatorial engineering in future study.
