活性染料SEFR值与中性固色工艺研究

根据活性染料染色特征值S．E．F．R．选择适用于中性固色工艺的活性染料，结果表明，S值高和低的活性染料对碱的浓度和温度敏感，对固色率的影响较为杂乱，但在温度为80℃时，这类染料的固色率均达到峰值：染色特征值在50-60范围内的活性染料适用于中性固色、以甲酸钠为中性固色剂对活性染料进行中性固色实验，其固色率均可达到60%左右．各项牢度均达到标准。最佳工艺条件为：甲酸钠：15g／L；尿素：20g／L；双氰胺10g／L，固色温度85℃：浴比：1：20。     

Kernel Entropy Estimation for Linear Processes

Let {X _n :n∈N}be a linear process with bounded probability density function f(x). We study the estimation of the quadratic functional ∫ _R f ²(x)dx. With a Fourier transform on the kernel function and the projection method, it is shown that, under certain mild conditions, the estimator has similar asymptotical properties as the i.i.d. case studied in Giné and Nickl 2008 if the linear process {X _n :n∈N}has the defined short range dependence. We also provide an application to divergence and the extension to multi‐variate linear processes. The simulation study for linear processes with Gaussian and α‐stable innovations confirms our theoretical results. As an illustration, we estimate the divergences among the density functions of average annual river flows for four rivers and obtain promising results.     

Automated Synthesis of (rac)‐, (R)‐, and (S)‐[18F]Epifluorohydrin and Their Application for Developing PET Radiotracers Containing a 3‐[18F]Fluoro‐2‐hydroxypropyl Moiety

To introduce the 3‐[¹⁸F]fluoro‐2‐hydroxypropyl moiety into positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracers, we performed automated synthesis of (rac)‐, (R)‐, and (S)‐[¹⁸F]epifluorohydrin ([¹⁸F] 1 ) by nucleophilic displacement of (rac)‐, (R)‐, or (S)‐glycidyl tosylate with ¹⁸F^? and purification by distillation. The ring‐opening reaction of (R)‐ or (S)‐[¹⁸F] 1 with phenol precursors gave enantioenriched [¹⁸F]fluoroalkylated products without racemisation. We then synthesised (rac)‐, (R)‐, and (S)‐ 2‐{5‐[4‐(3‐[¹⁸F]fluoro‐2‐hydroxypropoxy)phenyl]‐2‐oxobenzo[d]oxazol‐3(2H)‐yl}‐N‐methyl‐N‐phenylacetamide ([¹⁸F] 6 ) as novel radiotracers for the PET imaging of translocator protein (18 kDa) and showed that (R)‐ and (S)‐[¹⁸F] 6 had different radioactivity uptake in mouse bone and liver. Thus, (rac)‐, (R)‐, and (S)‐[¹⁸F] 1 are effective radiolabelling reagents and can be used to develop PET radiotracers by examining the effects of chirality on their in vitro binding affinities and in vivo behaviour.     

基于 MSP430单片机的智能照明控制系统的设计

为了解决生活中“长明灯”的浪费现象,设计了低功耗、低成本的智能照明系统。采用单片机MSP430 F149为主控制器,以热释电红外传感器来探测室内是否有人,并根据光照度传感器探测的环境亮度,来实时调节和控制室内LED的照明情况,最终达到智能照明以及节能的效果。     

基于WIFI的动车组电气元件松动虚接在线检测装置设计

针对高速动车存在的元件松动虚接问题,本文以ST公司的32位微控制器STM32F103和ADI公司的16位高精度AD转换器AD7606为核心,对动车组马达启动器及接触器的电气参数进行实时在线检测和故障诊断,同时将测量数据通过无线网络(wireless fidelity,WIFI)上传至服务器,并通过触摸屏实现人机交互。实验结果表明,随着动车行驶里程的增加,接触电阻会逐渐增大,触点温升会升高,当到达温升上限之后装置报警,并将数据远传到服务器。该装置设计成本低,操作简单、组网方便,其可靠性、实时性和精准性较高,具有较大的推广和应用价值。     

利用STM32片内A/D实现的同步电机数据采集控制器

同步电机数据采集控制器是利用基于Cortex-M3内核的STM32系列STM32F103ZE而设计的,信号采集是利用STM32F103ZE片内带有多路A/D的特点,采集了三相定子电压和三相定子电流以及同步电机励磁电压,通过软硬件设计,实现对同步电机的定子电压、定子电流及转子励磁电压波形进行实时采集并显示,从而实时监视电机的运行情况,并对运行情况进行保存、显示、上传的一种新型数据采集控制器.     

Structure of Al–Ni intermetallic composite layers produced on the Inconel 600 by the glow discharge enhanced-PACVD method

The Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition (PACVD) treatment conducted under glow discharge conditions in an atmosphere of trimethylaluminum vapors applied to an Inconel 600 substrate yielded composite surface layers built of intermetallic phases of the Al–Ni system with the outer zone composed of aluminum oxides. Such layers have very advantageous performance properties, such as high hardness, good corrosion and frictional wear resistance and, good adherence to the substrate.The present study is dedicated to microstructure characterization of the layers. The layers were examined using a variety of methods. Based on the results of these examinations, the microstructure of the composite layers was described as a multizone one with an outer Al₂O₃ zone, an intermediate AlNi₃ + Al₂O₃ zone and a diffusion zone of type Ni(Al,Cr,Fe) + AlNi₃ + Cr₇C₃. The mechanism of layer formation as well as the correlation between the microstructure and the observed improvement of the surface properties of the Inconel 600 alloy are discussed.     

基于MC—GUI的BLDC电机控制系统的开发

介绍用PIC18F4431单片机开发的一种应用于电动执行器中的BLDC电机控制系统，针对其系统结构和MC—GUI平台说明了应用系统的开发过程和软件流程。     

氮气泡沫调驱提高稠油采收率实验——以秦皇岛32-6油田为例

为了改善秦皇岛32—6油田的水驱开发效果，开展了氮气泡沫调驱提高稠油呆收率室内实验研究。通过泡沫剂的静态性能和动态性能评价，筛选出泡沫剂及其配方。在此基础上，研究了氮气泡沫的驱油特点。研究结果表明，在气液比为1：2时，氮气泡沫的阻力因子大于160，泡沫剂的最佳质量分数为0．3％～0．5％。氮气泡沫调驱能够较好地改善水驱效果，在水驱的基础上提高原油采收率达26％。     

Influence of straining and ageing on the room temperature mechanical properties of dual phase steel

In this work, changes in mechanical properties in dual phase steel containing 20% martensite volume fractions were observed at various ageing temperatures. For example, ΔY (increase in yield strength due to strain ageing), YS and UTS exhibit maximum values at ageing temperature of 100 °C for the pre-strains of 2 and 4%. This is due to the formation of solute atom atmospheres around dislocation. When the ageing temperature increased to 200 °C, yield strength decreased due to overageing resulted from tempering that starts in martensite phase.
