一种固定阈值的毫米波图像边缘检测方法

文章提出了一种固定阈值的毫米波图像边缘检测方法。根据图像的统计特征确定出像素的标准梯度强度，并采用单阈值对图像进行边缘粗定位，然后施行非最大抑制处理和滤波，得到最终检测结果。由于该算法对各幅毫米波图像设置相同的阈值，故能实现自动检测，同时还具有计算量小的特点。实验结果表明该方法进行毫米波图像边缘检测的有效性和可行性。

提出了一种能正确确定欺骗者的方案。此方案具有在验证时运算简单、快速的特点。对此方案的攻击如同大数分解一样困难。     

小生境遗传算法AVOA反演

采用具有水平对称轴的横向各向同性(HTI)模型研究裂缝性油气藏,P波振幅随炮检距和方位角变化(AVOA),表现出较强的方位各向异性特征。本文基于Ruger提出的HTI介质模型的P波反射系数公式,利用由基准测线和另外两条与之呈45°、90°测线的P波反射系数的相对差异估算裂缝方位;同时引入小生境遗传算法,对基准测线和与之呈90°测线的P波反射系数差进行反演,得到了较高精度的纵、横波波速比和Thomsen各向异性参数。     

影响GPS水准高程的因素及高程拟合方法的探讨

在简单介绍高程系统的基础上，对影响GPS高程精度的几何水准联测误差、卫星分布不对称、星历误差、多路径误差等因素逐一进行了分析，并提出了相应的改进措施。同时，还对高程拟合使用的稳健估计方法进行了探讨。     

Failures of retrieval and comparison constrain change detection in natural scenes.

In a change detection paradigm, a target object in a natural scene either rotated in depth, was replaced by another object token, or remained the same. Change detection performance was reliably higher when a target postcue allowed participants to restrict retrieval and comparison processes to the target object (Experiment 1). Change detection performance remained excellent when the target object was not attended at change (Experiment 2) and when a concurrent verbal working memory load minimized the possibility of verbal encoding. Together, these data demonstrate that visual representations accumulate in memory from attended objects as the eyes and attention are oriented within a scene and that change blindness derives, at least in part, from retrieval and comparison failure. Epitaxial growth of GaN on (0001) Al<Subscript>2</Subscript>O<Subscript>3</Subscript> via solution-cast seed layer formation process using Ga(mDTC)<Subscript>3</Subscript>

This paper reports an alternative method for the growth of GaN epitaxial layer on (0001) Al₂O₃ substrate by hot-wall vapor phase epitaxy technique. Tris (N,N-dimethyldithiocarbamato)-gallium (III), Ga(mDTC)₃ was introduced as a precursor material for the seed layer formation in the growth of GaN. Optimal growth conditions with seed layers formed by the Ga(mDTC)₃ concentration of 0.047 mol/L were identified: Growth temperature was found to be 850 °C, and optimal distance between the reactant outlet and substrate was determined to be 12.5 cm. Characterization results showed that this growth method produce high-crystallinity GaN epitaxial layers at a relatively lower growth temperature compared to the existing growth techniques and simplify the growth process.     

基于免疫算法的Hopfield神经网络多用户检测器

提出的基于免疫算法的Hopfield神经网络多用户检测器，将扰乱的Hopfield神经网络多用户检测器的输出作为免疫算法的初始种群，利用了免疫算法的全局收敛的特点，从而克服了Hopfield易收敛到局部能量最小点的缺点。理论分析和仿真结果表明：该检测器具有良好的抗多址干扰和抗远近效应的能力。     

CO2相干激光多普勒测速的研究

叙述运用ＣＷＣＯ２相干激光雷达测量运动目标速度的原理和实验装置，并给出了实验结果，测速精度为０．０１ｍ／ｓ速度分辨率为０．０５ｍ／ｓ，外场实验表明，对于漫射目标，作用距离２００ｍ。
