Interferometric measurement of length scales at the National Bureau of Standards

The interferometric comparator for calibrating graduated length scales at the National Bureau of Standards is described. Its origins and early development are traced, and recent modernization and automation are detailed. A measurement assurance program is used to evaluate precision, accuracy and long term performance     

Circulation liquid velocity,gas holdup and volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient in external-loop airlift reactors

The effects of the horizontal connection length (0.1 ± L_e ± 0.5 m), the cross-sectional area ratio of downcomer-to-riser (0.11 ± A_d/A_r± 0.53), and the superficial gas velocity on gas phase holdups in the riser and downcomer were studied. The circulation liquid velocity, the mixing performance and the volumetric mass transfer coefficient in the external-loop airlift reactors were also measured. The horizontal connection length and A_d/A_r were major parameters which strongly affected the performance of external-loop airlift reactors. Useful correlations in the external-loop airlift reactors were obtained for gas holdups, the volumetric mass transfer coefficient, the circulation liquid velocity, and the mixing time.     

粉喷桩复合地基有限元分析

本文以ANSYS为工具 ,对复合地基进行了数值试验。探讨并求出了这种复合地基的有效桩长。为了检验有限元计算结果的可靠性 ,对粉喷桩复合地基模型的P S曲线的计算值与现场实测值进行了比较。

This article discusses a new division algorithm for computers which is cost effective and which can be implemented with a table of manageable size. Recent reports of a new convergence division process (Asai (1980), Asai and Cheng (1983)) only describe a mathematical process. The practical advantages of the new convergence division are discussed here and the old and new convergence divisions are compared. The new method promises to reduce the performance time and table size required for convergence division.     

并联机床空间曲线等弦长插补算法研究

通过对空间隐式方程曲线、参数方程曲线的插补算法的研究,把等弦长插补算法用于并联机床,用微小直线段拟合曲线。首先根据弦长求出各离散点,并求出其对应杆长,根据相邻两点之间的杆长增量按比例进给。插补无累积误差,从而提高了插补算法的准确性和高效性。     

等偏距同转向空间RCCR机构的位移特性

针对等偏距同转向空间相交轴RCCR的位移特性展开了理论分析,得到了两传力杆间圆柱副A的绝对运动轨迹为椭圆,反映两回转轴夹角大小的α角应在-60°α90°范围内取值等若干重要结论。     

无线网络中SIP信令组合压缩方案研究

IMS（IP多媒体子系统）采用SIP协议建立和维护多媒体会话,但SIP是基于文本的协议,消息比较大,当应用于带宽小的无线网络时,会增加会话建立的时延。为缩短会话建立时间,有必要对SIP消息进行压缩。针对单一的使用压缩算法在SIP信令压缩性能方面的不足,本文在Deflate压缩算法的基础上,采用不同的压缩策略,对SIP消息实现了压缩。仿真结果表明,静态字典、用户自定义字典和共享压缩的组合方案得到了最好的压缩效果,压缩后的消息平均大小仅为原来消息大小的14％左右。     

高双折射保偏光纤拍长测试及Mueller矩阵分析

为了测量高双折射保偏光纤的拍长,采用偏光干涉效应的方法,构建由宽谱光源、带保偏尾纤的起偏器和光谱分析仪组成的全光纤光路测试系统。从理论上用Mueller传输矩阵方法推导了到达光谱仪的光强公式,利用该方法构建实验系统对熊猫型保偏光纤的拍长进行了测试,获得了该保偏光纤拍长的测量数据。结果表明,由待测保偏光纤的偏光干涉效应引起的光强波动以一定的周期间隔表现在光谱变化上,波动的相对幅度与待测保偏光纤主轴与起偏器的保偏尾纤主轴夹角有关,当夹角均为±45°时波动的相对幅度最大。只要在实验中测量出光谱波动的周期,就能够根据理论计算出给定波长处的保偏光纤的拍长。     

基于RTP的网络视频传输的应用研究

随着移动通信网络的发展,对于网络视频传输的要求越来越高。文中着重研究了RTP／RTCP（实时传输协议／实时传输控制协议）,提出了一种基于网络实时传输的视频监控系统的设计方案。介绍了视频服务器模块的设计,阐述了利用TCP（传输控制协议）实现服务器与客户端的交互通信,以及利用RTP／RTCP实现基于H．264压缩格式视频流的传输。
