Cyclopropenoid fatty acids of six seed oils from malvaceae

The seeds ofAlyogine hakeifolia, Alyogine huegelii,Gossypium australe, Hibiscus coatesii, Lawrencia viridigrisea andRadyera farragei (Malvaceae) contained 13.5-18.6% oil. Linoleic acid predominated (60.0-68.2%) in the component fatty acids of all the oils, followed by palmitic (9.9-18.1%) and oleic acids (7.8-15.8%). Cyclopropene fatty acids, malvalic and sterculic, were present in small concentrations (1.0-4.4%, 0.1-1.5% respectively). Dihydrosterculic acid was present in small quantities (trace-2.1%). *To whom correspondence should be addressed at Department of Chemistry, P.O. Management of Parametric Response in Design of Experiments

Routine applications of design of experiments (DOE) by non‐mathematicians assume that each response value is static in nature, i.e. with an expected value that is constant for a given set of input factor settings. When this assumption is not valid, it is important to capture the dynamic characteristics of the response for effective process or system characterization, monitoring, and control. With the purpose of recognizing the self‐changing nature of the response owing to factors other than those built into the DOE, thereby gaining a better ability to shape the behavior of the response, this paper describes the reasoning and procedure needed for such ‘parametric responses’, via common techniques of mathematical modeling and optimization. The procedure is intuitive but essential and useful in DOE studies as these become increasingly popular by practitioners in the context of improvement projects such as those related to Six Sigma or stand‐alone performance optimization initiatives. 2.8L六缸增压柴油机的技术开发

本项目研制的2 .8L小缸径六缸直喷增压柴油机,采用了一系列优化设计,进行了各项有关试验,表明具有良好的动力性、经济性和排放指标。它是国内第一台缸径小于85mm的六缸柴油机。     

复杂结构六联筒仓控制爆破拆除

采用定向爆破拆除了某厂房6联体砖混筒仓,该筒仓立筒相互连接处由钢筋混凝土柱与砖混材料组成且形状不规则.介绍了筒仓爆破切口尺寸计算、复杂结构部位的爆破参数设计和预处理措施.取得了理想的爆破效果,为同类构筑物的爆破拆除提供了参考和依据.     

Microstructural study of tungsten influence on Co–Cr alloys

Alloying elements, such as W, Mo, Mn, …, are of a great importance in the preoxidation of dental alloys and, consequently, on the ceramic/metal bond quality. This study deals with the effect of tungsten addition on the microstructural state of Co–Cr dental alloys, before the ceramisation process. These materials were prepared by unidirectional solidification. Their characterization has been carried out, using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction. It shows that the addition of tungsten up to 8 wt.% induces structural transformations, which are believed to be linked to the added amount of tungsten.

Interactive Multi‐objective Dynamic Optimization of Bioreactors under Parametric Uncertainty

Model‐based optimization techniques play a key role in achieving a sustainable operation of biochemical processes. Models are an approximation of the real process under study, hence, uncertainty is inherently present and for a sustainable process operation this uncertainty should be accounted for. In practice, optimality with respect to different conflicting objectives is required and multi‐objective optimization is a valuable tool. In this article the sigma point approach is applied to account for parametric uncertainty in the frame of interactive multi‐objective bioprocess optimization.     

Sustainability of process improvements: an application of the experiential learning model (ELM)

Despite the pervasiveness of process improvement (Lean or Six Sigma) programmes, there is a rising concern regarding the sustainability of these programmes. Several studies point out that initial operational efficiency gains as a result of these programmes simply disappear over time. Using process improvement implementation experiences in an aircraft manufacturing and distribution operation, we studied long-term sustainability of process improvement events. We found that process owners of successful improvement events applied experiential learning model (ELM). The ELM is a cycle of – (1) concrete experience, (2) reflective observations, and (3) abstract conceptualizations, and (4) active experimentation. This study finds that when the ELM cycle is repeated many times over an extended period to continuously improve, and documented using A3 reports, that the improvement is sustained.     

由杜甫对六朝文学之认同论杜诗之“变”

在对六朝文学的认识上,杜甫与同时代主流观点不同,对庾信、鲍照、阴铿等诗人作家的成就予以肯定,在诗歌创作上也深受六朝文学影响,同时又变化而不失其正。文章试从杜甫对六朝文学的接受来论证为何明清以来诗评家以变来形容杜诗,以及诗之变的意义的发展。
