"数字南海"空间数据仓库构建技术研究

"数字南海"系统是包含五十多种专题数据源,几十种数据格式的软件系统。本文研究从"数字南海"的实际情况出发,提出了"数字南海"空间数据仓库构建策略,对开发的管理系统进行了介绍,并指出了"数字南海"系统研究的下一步工作重点,为系统的实现确定目标,并为数字南海系统的使用以及南海问题的研究理清脉络。     

On the consistency in variations of the South China Sea Warm Pool as revealed by three sea surface temperature datasets

The areal and intensity indices of the South China Sea Warm Pool (SCSWP) derived from three datasets, the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR), Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission's Microwave Imager (TMI) and Optimum Interpolation Version 2 (OI.v2) sea surface temperature (SST), are generally consistent with each other at monthly, seasonal and interannual scales. However, the three records are different in some cases. First, minor differences among the monthly records of intensity index are observed in the period July to September. Secondly, the interannual records of SCSWP intensity derived from AVHRR and OI.v2 are different in autumn during the period 1990-1996. The reason is not yet clear and nor is it clear which record best represents fluctuations in SCSWP intensity. These suggest that various drawbacks of the three datasets, such as low resolution of OI.v2, and cloud and rain contamination on AVHRR and TMI data, would be serious enough to allow deviation from each other to appear. Merging AVHRR and TMI SST data might be the way leading to a more convincing time series of SCSWP. In addition, changes of areal and intensity indices are not always consistent with each other, for example, they have different monthly patterns. Although the three interannual records of intensity index in three seasons all capture the main Multivariate ENSO Index (MEI) signals at a half-year lag, only those which are in the summer significantly correlated with MEI.     

Does age make a difference? Predicting physical activity of South Koreans.

Social cognition models of health behavior are commonly understood as being universal, which implies that they are applicable to groups varying in age or cultural background, for example. Cultural uniqueness and characteristics of life-span development, however, necessitate the study of differential effects. Accordingly, the health action process approach (HAPA) was examined in younger and middle-aged/older adults from South Korea (N = 697) who participated in a longitudinal health screening study with a 6-month time lag. The HAPA model had a good fit within the middle-aged/older adult sample. Physical activity was predicted by planning, coping self-efficacy, and intention, which were, in turn, predicted by action self-efficacy, outcome expectancies, and risk perceptions. Conversely, the results indicated a poor model fit in the younger adult sample. The results suggest a different motivation for the involvement in physical activity as a function of age. 超高频(UHF)局部放电在线监控系统可预防气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)发生灾难性故障。文章对超高频局部放电实时监视系统的基本结构、局部放电试验情况进行了介绍,并给出了在韩国运行的2个应用案例。超高频局部放电实时监视系统的数据库储存有试验室条件下的各种超高频局部放电和现场实际运行中的故障信号,安装该监控系统后,非专家也可以判断出气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的状态。     

韩国农业农村立法与中国农业农村发展对策研究——关于韩国农业农村立法若干问题的思考（下）

对韩国农业农村立法体系及其若干重要法规进行了简要概述。并探讨了其对中国农业农村发展的启示与建议：高度重视农村社会发展。立法与政策双管齐下。改善农民的生产和生活条件；密切关注农民合作组织发展动向，立法与政策齐头并进。切实提高农民的社会地位；大力推进农民教育培训，立法与政策双向互助，努力提高农民综合素质。

采用单袋叠筑法封堵龙口闭气施工,可确保龙口封堵一次性成功,避免了因封堵龙口失败所造成的重大经济损失,降低了施工风险。本文以余姚市海塘除险加固治江围涂二期工程小曹娥块、曹朗北块围涂工程为例,详细介绍了单袋叠筑法具体的施工准备、操作要点以及质量和安全控制措施,供其他类似工程参考。     

清苑县南水北调配套工程运行风险评价

南水北调配套工程运行风险评估体系属于复杂的系统问题,其模糊性在评估中应予以考虑。基于模糊识别理论,采用非线性模型对清苑县南水北调配套工程运行风险进行评价。结果表明,清苑县南水北调配套工程运行风险等级介于2级与3级之间,略偏于2级,属于低风险等级。评价过程与评价结果不仅可为清苑县南水北调配套工程的安全管理提供参考意义,而且表明非线性模型在南水北调配套工程运行风险评价中具有良好的适用性。     

Discrimination of Korean beef from beef of other origin by stable isotope measurements

Beef samples from Korea and from some of the main beef exporting countries (USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand) were analysed for carbon, nitrogen and hydrogen isotope ratios of the defatted dried matter. Results showed that the samples from each country investigated could be assigned to a typical isotope signature and can be separated from each other. The main discriminating factors were δ¹³C and δ²H, which mainly reflect feeding of C₃ and C₄-plants and the isotopic composition of the water, respectively, consumed by the cattle. Australian beef showed the largest variation in its isotopic signature, suggesting heterogeneous rearing conditions. By contrast, for beef from New Zealand, Mexico, USA and Korea, each batch had typical signatures with a smaller variability.
