影响糖厂于10月份开榨配套技术采纳因素的分析

为探讨制约糖厂10月开榨配套技术采纳因素,特进行本研究。主要研究方法有资料收集、个体访谈和排序打分。主要研究结果：影响糖厂10月开榨配套技术采纳的主要因素有甘蔗品种蔗糖分和成熟度,10月份市场糖价,蔗价及相关激励政策,甘蔗单产,原料蔗总产量,糖厂管理等因素。本研究结果对因地制宜推广糖厂10月开榨配套技术以促进蔗糖业生产可持续发展具有一定的指导意义。     

聚乳酸纤维定量分析方法的研究

通过聚乳酸纤维的溶解特性进行系统的研究,结合现有的检测标准,用化学溶解试验法测试,推荐性地提供8种聚乳酸纤维混纺产品的定量分析方法。经过验证,这8种方法与现有的国内外标准的再现性和重复性相当,结果可靠,因其使用的是实验室分析的常规试剂和常规试验方法,其分析安全、操作简易。     

Determination of the content of wax esters in some sea foods and their molecular composition. A comparison with ω-3 enriched wax esters

Wax esters enriched in ω-3 fatty acids have been recently shown to be readily absorbed by rats after dietary supplementation. Wax esters are less prone to oxidation and can be better formulated than liquid ω-3 derivatives. All these characteristics suggest a possible use of wax esters enriched in ω-3 as food supplements. However, some naturally occurring wax esters are defined as scarcely digestible (jojoba oil, spermaceti). On the other hand, wax esters have been found in several sources of marine origin, which can enter normal foodstuff. In order to better understand the digestibility of wax esters, we have analysed some foods from marine sources. The content of triglycerides and wax esters of the foods has been determined. Moreover, wax esters have been analysed for their composition in alcohols and fatty acids. Wax esters have been shown to be a part of the neutral lipid extract of the foods analysed. Their content, if compared with the content in triglycerides, shows striking differences. In the case of two botargo preparations, it has been shown that wax esters are more than 90% of the total neutral lipid extract. The content of fatty acids and alcohols found in the foods analysed is consistent with published data.     

细号涤与棉混纺纱强伸性能研究

利用涤纶和棉两种纤维纯纺纱的拉伸曲线，从理论上预测细号涤与棉混纺纱的拉伸性能，并在试验的基础上建立细号涤纶的含量和混纺纱强伸性能之间的关系；比较了同样混纺比情况下，常规涤棉混纺纱与细号涤与棉混纺纱强伸性能的差异。分析结果认为，同一混纺比细号涤与棉混纺纱的强力比常规的涤棉混纺纱高15％；不同细度涤纤维的混纺比例对混纺纱的强伸性能影响趋势基本一致，临界混纺比也相差不大。     

普瑞美公司Ultimo细纱单锭检测系统的应用

探讨细纱单锭在线检测系统的应用效果。分析阐述了细纱工序管理现状、断头的危害性以及采用在线单锭检测的必要性。介绍了普瑞美公司Ultimo细纱单锭检测系统的工作原理和主要功能。以实际应用状况说明了该系统在控制断头、改进质量、提高效率方面表现出的良好效果。认为,该单锭检测系统实用性较强,不仅具有断头指示功能,而且具有牵伸、捻度、钢领板、耗电监控以及强大的数据分析处理功能,能够有效降低挡车工劳动强度,优化工艺,提高运转和设备管理工作效率,降低成本,提高制成率。采用该系统是进一步减少细纱用工、提高成纱质量水平和管理工作效率的一条有效途径。     

响应曲面法优化桔梗保健饮料配方研究

以桔梗为实验材料，以桔梗提取物、β-环状糊精、蔗糖和柠檬酸为实验因素，利用响应曲面法进行实验设计。对桔梗保健饮料的最佳配方进行研究，并对最佳配方进行感官评价验证，理化指标检测和微生物学检测。通过对实验得到的回归方程和响应曲面分析，柠檬酸与β-环状糊精和蔗糖的交互作用对桔梗保健饮料的感官评价指标具有显著作用。利用Matlab软件得到的最佳配方为每500mL饮料中添加桔梗提取物9．96mL，蔗糖30．65g，柠檬酸为0．62g，环状糊精1．20g。     

超临界CO2萃取八角茴香油的GC-MS分析

八角样品在萃取釜压力为15MPa,温度为25℃;分离釜Ⅰ压力为7MPa,温度为30℃;分离釜Ⅱ压力为5MPa,温度为25℃的条件下用超临界CO2萃取2h,所得茴香油经气相色谱-质谱联用分析,共检出157个峰。对其中83个峰进行了鉴定,其中芳香族化合物为八角茴香油的主要组成物质,相对含量为95．1097％,反式茴香脑的相对含量可达92.9327％;其次为萜类化合物,相对含量为3．1454％;非萜类脂肪族化合物的相对含量较低,仅为0．7449％。     

Uanova: a fortran IV program for unbalanced nested analysis of variance

A FORTRAN IV program (UANOVA) to carry out unbalanced analyses of variance, associated variance component testing using synthesized error mean squares and degrees of freedom where appropriate, and the generation of summary statistics is presented. Data transforms are available to assist in meeting the requirements of the ANOVA method, and the data structure is defined as part of the input stream. The summary statistics include estimates of the population mean and variance, and confidence limits for the mean and variance components. The latter are approximations for levels higher than the first, however their calculation affords on indication of the imprecision of the point estimates. The program has been verified, where possible, with published data sets, results of these tests are presented.
