口腔颌面创伤骨折的临床治疗分析

目的探讨口腔颌面创伤骨折的临床治疗方法的效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年1月至2009年12月收治的136例颌面创伤骨折患者的临床资料。结果本组136例患者均Ⅰ期愈合,其中≤25岁37例患者8周愈合率为100%,25～60岁71例患者8周愈合率为94.4%,≥60岁28例患者8周愈合率为17.9%,≥60岁组与前2组比较差异均显著(P<0.01)。结论口腔颌面创伤骨折通过正确及时的治疗可以达到临床痊愈,但需要考虑年龄因素,年龄越大则愈合越不理想,时间越长。     

中国传统康养思想在国家森林公园中的应用研究 # ——以朱雀森林公园为例

中国传统文化中蕴藏着深厚而独有的康养思想,由蔚为大观的传统园林一脉承袭而来,形成了深厚的历史渊源。其思想与理论在当今时代背景下的研究价值不言而喻,有待深入阐释与梳理。文章通过挖掘传统康养思想内涵与成因沿革,并以朱雀国家森林公园为例,从自然康养、植物疗法和意境营造三个方面进行讨论。深入探析在其思想倡导下,对以公民园居健康生活为基础,以公共卫生应急为最终目标的现代森林公园构建提出几点展望。旨在将传统康养思想纳入森林公园环境营建理论体系,为以“健康中国”发展战略为导向的现代森林公园建设与研究提供一定借鉴意义。     

Modular robotic tiles: experiments for children with autism

We developed a modular robotic tile and a system composed of a number of these modular robotic tiles. The system composed of the modular robotic tiles engages the user in physical activities, e.g., physiotherapy, sports, fitness, and entertainment. The modular robotic tiles motivate the user to perform physical activities by providing immediate feedback based upon their physical interaction with the system. With the modular robotic tiles, the user is able to make new physical set-ups within less than a minute. The tiles are applicable for different forms of physical activities (e.g., therapeutic rehabilitation), and with the proper radio communication mechanism they may give unique possibilities for documentation of the physical activity (e.g., therapeutic treatment). A major point of concern in modular robotics is the connection mechanism, so we investigated different solutions for the connection between the modules, and outline their pros and cons for utilizing modules with different connection mechanisms as different kinds of playware. This kind of playware is highly motivating because of its immediate feedback and fun, interesting games. 小儿慢性咳嗽的临床诊断

探讨不明原冈小儿慢性咳嗽的临床诊断，并评价治疗在病冈诊断中的作用。     

合并心律失常的心力衰竭56例治疗评价

目的探讨心力衰竭并发心律失常的发病规律及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析了93例慢性心力衰竭病人的临床资料,包括临床特点、诊断治疗方法以及预后。结果心律失常发生率为60.2%,以室性早搏发生率最高32.1%,其次是房性早搏26.8%,心房纤颤21.4%,其他19.7%,经治疗有效71例,总有效率76.3%。结论纠正心功能不全是治疗的关键,应根据具体情况选择性地应用抗心律失常药。     

Peptides radiolabelled with Re-186/188 and Tc-99m as potential diagnostic and therapeutic agents

Small peptide-based compounds have attracted an enormous interest as carrier molecules to selectively deliver radionuclides to target tissues, sparing critical normal organs. When looking for "matched pairs" of radionuclides,suitable for radiolabeling of peptides for diagnosis and therapy, technetium and rhenium represent an almost ideal constellation. The important role of technetium-99m and Re-186/188 is based on the decay characteristics, suitable for tumor diagnosis and therapy. Tc-99m and Re-188 are readily available by either a 99Mo/99mTc or the 188W/188Re radionuclide generator system. Furthermore, technetium and rhenium are chemically related and share structural as well as reactive similarities, which prompt an attractive "matched-pair" situation. This article shows an overview of 99mTc-and 186/188Re-radiolabeled peptides that have been tested for their potential use as imaging and therapeutic agents in oncological diseases.     

Editorial.

In this article, the editor presents the current issue of the International Journal of Play Therapy. This issue provides a good mix of theory and research, that will hopefully provide something for everyone. Topics included are: child-teacher relationship training; the Child-Initiated Pretend Play Assessment; application of Jungian principles to play therapy; and the use of congruence with nondirective and filial therapy in England. Ischemic and Ozone Oxidative Preconditioning in the Protection Against Hepatic Ischemic-Reperfusion Injury

It has been demonstrated that ozone, probably through a mechanism of oxidative preconditioning (OP), protected the liver against the damage mediated by reactive oxygen species. Taking into account that iscehmic preconditioning (IschP) is also a protective mechanism, a comparative study between both preconditioning settings was performed in order to study the effectiveness of both protective procedures. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: 1- control, sham operated (anesthesia and laparotomy plus surgical manipulation); 2- I/R (ischemia for 90?min followed by 90?min reperfusion); 3- Ischp+I/R, as group 2 but submitted to a previous ischemic preconditioning (ischemia 10?min and reperfusion 10?min); 4- OzoneOP+I/R, as group 2 but submitted to a pervious oxidative preconditioning with 15 sessions, daily, of ozone by rectal administration (dose of 1?mg/kg). The comparison between both preconditionings showed no biochemical differences for the parameters evaluated. Nevertheless, the histological study demonstrated that the protective effect produced by the OzoneOP is superior to that achieved with the IschP.     

留守儿童绘画心理干预形式及其应用策略

绘画艺术治疗是心理健康疏导和治疗的有效方法之一。近年来,"留守儿童"问题日益突出,文章在分析留守儿童心理状况的基础上,提出了应用绘画疗法进行心理评估与干预的方式及应用策略,分析了绘画治疗干预时应注意的问题,以更好地运用绘画治疗来促进儿童心理健康,提高其心理健康水平。     

组蛋白甲基化:肿瘤治疗的新靶标

暴露在核小体表面的N-末端尾部可发生共价修饰,这些共价修饰可以影响组蛋白和DNA结合的紧密程度,从而影响DNA的表达,被称之为"组蛋白密码".近来大量的研究表明,组蛋白末端的赖氨酸和精氨酸残基的异常甲基化与肿瘤的发生、发展、预后有着密切的关系.应用组蛋白甲基转移酶/去甲基转移酶抑制剂调控组蛋白的甲基化水平,能够抑制肿瘤细胞的生长并诱导凋亡.
