用大容积（６０ｍｍ×８０ｍｍ）的圆柱型流气式组织等效正比计数器测定了２３９Ｐｕα粒子的微剂量谱和径向剂量分布。α粒子束在无窗的情况下直接穿入正比计数器，由离子穿过而发生能量沉积的机率Ｒｂ为１。测量结果证实：沿α粒子径迹由单次事件沉积的剂量平均比能ｚ１Ｄ（Ｇｙ）与距径迹核径向距离ｂ（μｍ）之间完全符合ｚ１Ｄ＝ａｂ－２的函数关系，同时给出了求出最大径向距离（ｐｅｎｕｍｂｒａ）的方法。     

Sensitivity to Cisplatin in Head and Neck Cancer Cells Is Significantly Affected by Patient-Derived Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts

Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are one of the most abundant and critical components of the tumor stroma. CAFs can impact many important steps of cancerogenesis and may also influence treatment resistance. Some of these effects need the direct contact of CAFs and cancer cells, while some involve paracrine signals. In this study, we investigated the ability of head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC) patient-derived CAFs to promote or inhibit the colony-forming ability of HNSCC cells. The effect of cisplatin on this promoting or inhibiting influence was also studied. The subsequent analysis focused on changes in the expression of genes associated with cancer progression. We found that cisplatin response in model HNSCC cancer cells was modified by coculture with CAFs, was CAF-specific, and different patient-derived CAFs had a different “sensitizing ratio”. Increased expression of VEGFA, PGE2S, COX2, EGFR, and NANOG in cancer cells was characteristic for the increase of resistance. On the other hand, CCL2 expression was associated with sensitizing effect. Significantly higher amounts of cisplatin were found in CAFs derived from patients who subsequently experienced a recurrence. In conclusion, our results showed that CAFs could promote and/or inhibit colony-forming capability and cisplatin resistance in HNSCC cells via paracrine effects and subsequent changes in gene expression of cancer-associated genes in cancer cells.

人体数字图像中各组织影像的边缘提取算法研究

针对人体数字医学图像中各组织影像界限不明显、图像总体模糊、单个组织影像不均匀等特点,提出一种能够有效提取影像边缘以区分和观察各组织影像的方法。利用计算机图像处理技术,对组织影像进行灰度处理,进而根据不同组织影像的特征,选定相应的阈值,用算法程序对组织影像边缘进行有效提取,得到一系列效果图,通过观察分析得出实验结果。结果表明,该方法能够有效地提取出人体不同组织影像的边缘,有助于医生的临床诊断与分析。     

浅论民族音乐在高校音乐教育中的融入与发展

分析民族音乐面临的困境与发展现状,揭示我国民族音乐的独特内涵及深远的意义,从民族音乐的收集与整理、教材的编写与推广、课程与师资队伍建设、教学模式的创新,音乐教育资源的整合、民族音乐文化活动的开展与弘扬等方面,提出推进民族音乐在高校音乐教育中的融入与发展的对策。     

Multiscale computation for bioartificial soft tissues with complex geometries

The mechanical function of soft collagenous tissues is inherently multiscale, with the tissue dimension being in the centimeter length scale and the underlying collagen network being in the micrometer length scale. This paper uses a volume averaging multiscale model to predict the collagen gel mechanics. The model is simulated using a multiscale component toolkit that is capable of dealing with any 3D geometries. Each scale in the multiscale model is treated as an independent component that exchanges the deformation and average stress information through a scale-linking operator. An arterial bifurcation was simulated using the multiscale model, and the results demonstrated that the mechanical response of the soft tissues is strongly sensitive to the network orientation and fiber-to-fiber interactions.     

Proteomic expression profiling of thyroid neoplasms

Thyroid cancer is the most common endocrine neoplasm with multiple histologic subtypes, each associated with different treatments and outcomes. Differentiating benign neoplasms such as follicular adenomas from malignant entities such as follicular carcinomas and papillary carcinoma can be challenging. To define the proteomic profile of different thyroid tumors, we screened an antibody array of 330 features against five thyroid neoplasms: follicular adenoma, follicular carcinoma, papillary carcinoma, anaplastic carcinoma, and medullary carcinoma as well as normal thyroid epithelium. Eight candidate biomarkers; c-erbB-2, Stat5a, Annexin IV, IL-11, RARα, FGF7, Caspase 9, and phospho-c-myc were identified as differentially expressed on the antibody array, and validated with immunohistochemistry on tissue microarrays, with a total of 144 samples of the same variety of thyroid neoplasms. Analysis revealed c-erbB-2, Annexin IV, and Stat5a have potential clinical utility to differentiate follicular adenoma, follicular carcinoma, and papillary carcinoma from each other. By using an antibody array as a discovery platform and a tissue microarray as a first step in validation on a large number of specimens, we have identified new markers that have potential utility in the diagnosis of thyroid neoplasms.
