3G业务体系介绍

作为未来移动通信发展的方向，3G在业务能力，承载和开发平台，可提供的业务种类，都比传统的2G系统有了质的飞跃和提高。3G业务特性是3G标准化和系统中的最具特色的部分。本文以3GPP R99标准为例，介绍了下3G的业务体系结构。

本文第一部分重点介绍了中国移动通信的现状以及国际3G的现状，并简单介绍了3G通信存在的几个问题。     

Ubiquitous Information Services with JAIN Platform

To provide responsive information services in a ubiquitous computing environment, service software and system development are indispensable. A component-based ubiquitous information system with a JAIN (Java APIs for Integrated Networks) platform to achieve seamless transmissions and reach-everywhere communications was designed in our research. In this development, numerous ubiquitous service modules were identified: location management, roaming, mobile IP and WAP networking. These component-based network modules were constructed using a component composition language with component specification and interface definition, running on top of a distributed service architecture using a JAIN platform to distribute the ubiquitous information services to mobile users. Two applications, Wireless-Application-Protocol (WAP) Mail and Video-on-Demand (VoD) services, show that the JAIN-like platform with the developed networking components effectively fills the gap for application developers between mobile appliances and various kinds of ubiquitous information services.     

3GPP中的协议一致性测试研究

随着 3G技术的进一步发展和成熟 ,现在电信和其他数据通信技术面临着一个进一步融合突破的时代。 3G的发展更推动了全球实现无缝漫游 ,互连互通的需求。这样就为全球的 3G设备制造商提出了更高的要求。但由于各协议实现厂家对协议的不同理解 ,通信设备的协议非一致性问题将日趋严重 ,为了检查各个不同生产厂家的实现是否与标准文本相一致 ,进而确保不同厂家的 3G协议实现之间能够互操作 ,一致性测试是非常必要的。文中根据笔者在 3GPP中T1信令组工作背景为基础 ,并以MAC部分测试结构和方式为例 ,给出了形式化的TTCN格式。全面的论述了 3GPP中的协议一致性测试过程     

奥地利移动通信市场

移动通信市场已经成为奥地利竞争程度较高的市场,主要的4家移动运营商分别是Mobilkom,Max.Mobil,Connect Austria和Tele.ring,其中Mobilkom占有的市场份额最大,奥地利政府于2000年11月拍卖了6张国内3G许可证,除了上述4家运营商获得3G许可证之外,奥地利Hutchison 3G和3G Mobile也得到了3G牌照.     

我国WCDMA系统产业化现状及挑战

我国移动通信制造业在2G上晚了十年，未能取得相应的市场份额。但在3G领域，已经逐渐同步业界先进水平。如何改变现有市场格局，我国移动通信业面临全新的机会和重大的挑战，本就我国WCDMA系统产业化现状做了简要论述。     

Extraction of penicillin G from simulated media by an emulsion liquid membrane process

The extraction of penicillin G from simulated media was performed by water/oil/water (w/o/w) emulsion liquid membranes (ELMs) and studied under various operational conditions in a batch system. The degree of extraction achieved was between 80% and 95% under specific conditions. A concentration of greater than nine times the initial concentration of penicillin G in the external phase was obtained in the internal phase. The pH of the internal aqueous solution, containing a basic salt, was theoretically calculated on the basis of the amount of penicillin G transported into the internal phase. The calculated results agreed with the experimental data well and were used to select a suitable type and concentration of a basic salt in the internal phase to give a pH within the range 5 to 8 where penicillin G was stable after the termination of extraction. The extraction of penicillin G was successfully performed by the ELM process with sodium carbonate in the internal phase.     

水环境无线监测移动实验室应用系统研究

通过中间件数据访问平台，解决了不同通讯协议、不同软件系统、不同数据格式的互联问题，实现了资源共享，运用GPS技术、CDMA网络定位技术获得位置信息，采用GPRS或CDMA1X通信信道，进行数据的实时传送，用户通过Web、WAP及SMS3种方式及时地获得信息，实现了数据的快速采集、传输，供监督管理部门决策使用。     

差分跳频系统对抗初探

以CHESS系统为例,介绍了差分跳频通信系统的基本原理,对其抗常规有意干扰的性能作了简要分析;在此基础上,初步探索了对CHESS系统进行侦察干扰的方法,并在计算机上对干扰效果进行了仿真比较。     

Novel thermally and mechanically stable hydrogel for enzyme immobilization of penicillin G acylase via covalent technique

κ‐Carrageenan hydrogel crosslinked with protonated polyethyleneimine (PEI⁺) and glutaraldehyde (GA) was prepared and evaluated as a novel biocatalytic support for covalent immobilization of penicillin G acylase (PGA). The method of modification of the carrageenan biopolymer is clearly illustrated using a schematic diagram and was verified by FTIR, elemental analysis, DSC, and INSTRON using the compression mode. Results showed that the gels' mechanical strength was greatly enhanced from 3.9 kg/cm² to 16.8 kg/cm² with an outstanding improvement in the gels thermal stability. It was proven that, the control gels were completely dissolved at 35°C, whereas the modified gels remained intact at 90°C. The DSC thermogram revealed a shift in the endothermic band of water from 62 to 93°C showing more gel‐crosslinking. FTIR revealed the presence of the new functionality, aldehydic carbonyl group, at 1710 cm^?1 for covalent PGA immobilization. PGA was successfully immobilized as a model industrial enzyme retaining 71% of its activity. The enzyme loading increased from 2.2 U/g (control gel) to 10 U/g using the covalent technique. The operational stability showed no loss of activity after 20 cycles. The present support could be a good candidate for the immobilization of industrial enzymes rich in amino groups, especially the thermophilic ones. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008
