实现以STC89C54RD+芯片为处理器,以ADC0804为模数转换芯片,以IRF7807构成的全桥电路为控制执行电路的石墨电极工作电压自动控制装置。介绍了装置的设计背景和组成模块的原理,以及实现各模块功能的程序设计思路,其中核心是自动控制石墨电极电压的程序设计。该装置可使电子废弃物等离子体裂解炉工作时电弧电压维持在用户设定的范围内。     

A proteomic analysis of green and white sturgeon larvae exposed to heat stress and selenium

Temperature and selenium are two environmental parameters that potentially affect reproduction and stock recruitment of sturgeon in the San Francisco Bay/Delta Estuary. To identify proteins whose expression is modified by these environmental stressors, we performed a proteomic analysis on larval green and white sturgeons exposed to 18 or 26 °C and micro-injected with Seleno-L-Methionine to reach 8 µg g⁻¹ selenium body burden, with L-Methionine as a control. Selenium and high temperature induced mortalities and abnormal morphologies in both species, with a higher mortality in green sturgeon. Larval proteins were separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and differential abundances were detected following spot quantitation and hierarchical cluster analysis. In green sturgeon, 34 of 551 protein spots detected on gels showed a variation in abundance whereas in white sturgeon only 9 of 580 protein spots were differentially expressed (P < 0.01). Gel replicates were first grouped according to heat treatment. Fifteen of these spots were identified using MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry. Proteins involved in protein folding, protein synthesis, protein degradation, ATP supply and structural proteins changed in abundance in response to heat and/or selenium. 40S ribosomal protein SA, FK506-binding protein 10, 65 kDa regulatory subunit A of protein phosphatase 2, protein disulfide isomerase, stress-induced-phosphoprotein 1, suppression of tumorigenicity 13 and collagen type II alpha 1, were differentially expressed in high temperature treatment only. Serine/arginine repetitive matrix protein 1, creatine kinase, serine peptidase inhibitor Kazal type 5 and HSP90 were sensitive to combined temperature and selenium exposure. Valosin-containing protein, a protein involved in aggresome formation and in protein quality control decreased more than 50% in response to selenium treatment. Potential use of such proteins as biomarkers of environmental stressors in larval sturgeons could indicate early warning signals preceding population decline.     

Transport of lithium through a supported liquid membrane of LIX54 and TOPO in kerosene

A mathematical transport model is developed for the extraction of lithium from dilute synthetic solution, simulating geothermal water, using a supported liquid membrane (SLM) of LIX54 (major component is -acetyl-m-dodecylacetophenone) and TOPO (tri-n-octylphosphine oxide) in kerosene. The model is based on fundamental mass transfer and kinetics mechanisms that account for all possible transport resistances. The model is solved numerically and is used to investigate the effect of various extraction conditions and membrane support characteristics. Reasonable agreement is found between the predicted and the experimental results reported in literature.     

Regional growth and spatial spillovers: Evidence from an SpVAR for the Spanish regions

This paper provides a spatial vector autoregressive (SpVAR) analysis of growth spillovers for the Spanish regions over the period 1965–2003. First, a spatial Granger causality analysis is performed that indicates the relevant impact of spatial spillover effects across regions in Spain. Second, the empirical research offers a contribution in the context of the SpVAR modelling estimating the push‐in (from the neighbours to the region) and push‐out (from the region to its neighbours) effects of growth spillovers within a regional economic system. Finally, the proposed methodology reveals empirical evidence about both the short‐run and long‐term regional growth adjustment processes in space and time. The results for the Spanish regional panel data suggest the existence of strong spatiotemporal regional spillovers of growth output. This has important implications for the choice of regional policy goals and regional policy instruments.

Liquid-Liquid Extraction of Copper from Ammoniacal Solution with β-Diketones

Abstract

Some β-diketones such as LIX 51 (Henkel KGaA), Hostarex DK 16 (Hoechst AG), LIX 54 (Henkel KGaA), and MX 80A (Sigma Innovation, Sweden) were developed for technical applications (1) but only LIX 54 is commercially available. The use of LIX 54 to separate copper from ammoniacal etch solutions is described by patent applications (2–4) and an information paper of Henkel KGaA. The extraction of transition metals with LIX 54 was studied by Ramesh et al. (5). LIX 54 in a mixture with neutral donor ligands also proved suitable for the extraction of lanthanide elements (6). The active component of LIX 54 and MX 80A was recently identified as a mixture of isomeric l-phenyl-3-iso-heptyl-1,3-propanediones (7, 8). Analogous P-diketones are easily available.
