Smart production systems (SPS) are manufacturing systems capable of autonomously diagnosing their health and autonomously designing continuous improvement projects, leading to the desired productivity improvement. The main component of SPS, developed in this paper, is the Programmable Manufacturing Advisor (PMA), which evaluates the system's health and calculates optimal steps for continuous improvement. The analytics of PMA are based on the theory of Production Systems Engineering (PSE); the numerics of PMA are based on PSE Toolbox, which implements the PSE methods. In this paper, the PMA-based SPS architecture with manager-in-the-loop is described, theoretical/analytical foundations of PMA are outlined, its software/hardware implementations are commented upon, and demonstrations of PMA-based SPS operation are provided using two production systems: automotive underbody assembly (large volume manufacturing) and hot-dip galvanisation plant (small manufacturing organisation).  相似文献

The development of T-spherical fuzzy (T-SF) sets in qualitative multiple-criteria choice analysis has been well investigated, but little is explored about how the VIKOR (i.e., VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje in Serbian) mechanism is generalized into intricate T-SF environments. This paper has the objective of propounding a creative T-SF VIKOR methodology for compromise ranking modeling in multiple criteria analysis. The exploitation of the T-SF configuration brings about superior information space representation in response to intricate realistic environments. However, because of the increased complexity of decision situations involving T-spherical fuzziness, treatment with the T-SF information arises a pragmatic difficulty in developing methodological approaches to T-SF VIKOR. In light of this concern, this paper unfolds an analytical framework for the T-SF VIKOR method predicated on new notions of an evolved T-SF score function and the Minkowski-type T-SF distance measure along with its special cases of the Manhattan-, Euclidean-, and Chebyshev-type distances. The aspired and despised T-SF characteristics can be identified supported by the evolved T-SF score function of T-SF performance ratings. This paper gives a new delineation of the group utility, individual regret, and joint generalized measures with the aid of the Minkowski-type T-SF distance measure relative to the aspired/despised T-SF characteristics. A synthetic mechanism is built to validate the standards of acceptable advantage and stability and yield the ultimate compromise choices for multiple criteria decision aiding. The practicality of the T-SF VIKOR methodology in down-to-earth decision situations has been well demonstrated through the selection issues of warehouse locations and advertisement strategies. Moreover, the developed approach has shown better application outcomes than the past methods did. The comparative study with parametric analysis has revealed the steadiness and effectiveness of the compromise choice results in T-SF circumstances.  相似文献

Statistical analysis of SRAM has emerged as a challenging issue because the SRAM cell failure probability is extremely small. In this paper, we develop a novel efficient sampling, searching and estimating method to capture the probability of SRAM failure. Particularly, we propose an innovative Adaptive Multi-Level Sliding-Window (AMLSW) method to find the failure boundary in the parameter space with less computational cost. The proposed AMLSW method applies an integrated optimization engine to adaptively explore the failure boundary by sampling a sequence of parameter points and calculating the simulation result in sliding windows. Its key features include ellipsoid transformation, multi-level grid partition and sliding window algorithm to make our method efficient and accurate for finding the SRAM failure probability and failure boundary in parameter space. Furthermore, we provide theoretical analysis on our new AMLSW method. The experimental results of a commercial 65 nm SRAM cell demonstrate that the AMLSW method achieves 1.7–40× runtime speed-up over the existing methods without surrendering accuracy, and dramatically high speed-up over normal M-C sampling method. Moreover, this new method provides the failure boundary in the parameter space as shown in experiments.  相似文献

银行智能派单系统的实现和功能完善,对银行提升客户满意度、提高突发事件处理效率、降低人工处理成本等非常重要。针对现有的基于Word2vec和TextCNN模型的银行智能派单系统进行了改进,针对特征词权重表达性弱,特征词类别及位置区分性弱等问题,提出基于改进TF-IDF加权的Word2vec词嵌入表示和卷积神经网络结合的银行智能派单系统:首先利用Word2vec模型得到输入事件单的词嵌入向量;再针对经典TF-IDF方法不具备类别区分性、位置区分性,也没有考虑极端频率特征词代表性的情况,提出改进型TF-IDF算法,计算每个特征词的权重,得到基于改进TF-IDF加权的Word2vec词嵌入表示;最后在卷积神经网络模型中进行训练,通过迭代训练最终得到分类器,利用分类器可对输入事件单信息自动进行系统类别的判断。实验结果表明改进词嵌入表示的银行智能派单系统分类模型的宏查准率、宏查全率、准确率以及宏F1值都得到进一步的提高。  相似文献

The adoption of automated milk feeders and group housing of preweaning dairy calves has become more common in Canada; however, disease detection in group-housed calves remains a challenge. The aim of this cross-sectional study was to assess whether feeding behavior data collected from a single point in time could be used to aid in the detection of neonatal calf diarrhea (NCD), bovine respiratory disease (BRD), and general disease, in preweaning group-housed calves being fed via an automated milk feeder. The data used was collected in an earlier study. A total of 8 dairy farms recruited from an online survey of calf-management practices were enrolled into the study. There was a total of 523 observations with 130 events of NCD, 115 events of BRD, and 210 events of general disease. Each farm was visited once in each of the fall, winter, spring, and summer, when the calves' health was scored, and the data were collected from the automated milk feeders. Mixed linear regression models were used to identify associations between feeding behavior data (milk consumption, time spent at the feeder, drinking speed, and the number of rewarded and unrewarded visits) and the presence of NCD, BRD, or general disease (having one or more of NCD, BRD, or umbilical infection), on the day of health scoring. Generalized linear mixed models were used to analyze the percentage of milk the calf consumed from their daily milk allotment. Calves with BRD consumed 63% less of their daily allotment of milk, had 2 fewer unrewarded visits to the automated milk feeder, and drank milk 152 mL/min slower compared with calves without BRD. Calves with NCD consumed 57% less of their daily milk allotment, consumed 758 mL less per day, and drank 92 mL/min slower than calves compared with calves without NCD. Calves with general disease drank 50% less of their daily milk allowance, consumed 496 mL less per day, drank 80 mL/min slower, and had 2 fewer unrewarded visits to the automated milk feeder, when compared with calves without disease. No significant associations were found between the presence of NCD, BRD, or general disease and time spent at the feeder or number of rewarded visits. Sensitivity and specificity values for disease identification were low when evaluating the feeding behaviors individually, so parallel testing was completed. To do so, if any significant feeding behavior was below the optimal cut point for disease detection as determined using a ROC curve, the calf was considered positive for disease and the sensitivity and specificity were recalculated. Parallel testing resulted in a sensitivity of 0.82, 0.78, and 0.84, and a specificity of 0.26, 0.23, and 0.21, for BRD, NCD, and general disease, respectively. This suggests that automated milk feeders may serve as a useful preliminary tool in the detection of diseased calves. For example, producers could use feeding behavior data to identify calves requiring further inspection; however, they should not use feeding behavior data as a sole disease detection method.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this article, we propose a versatile robotic system for kitting and assembly tasks which uses no jigs or commercial tool changers. Instead of specialized end effectors, it uses its two-finger grippers to grasp and hold tools to perform subtasks such as screwing and suctioning. A third gripper is used as a precision picking and centering tool, and uses in-built passive compliance to compensate for small position errors and uncertainty. A novel grasp point detection for bin picking is described for the kitting task, using a single depth map. Using the proposed system we competed in the Assembly Challenge of the Industrial Robotics Category of the World Robot Challenge at the World Robot Summit 2018, obtaining 4th place and the SICE award for lean design and versatile tool use. We show the effectiveness of our approach through experiments performed during the competition.  相似文献

Disassembly is a key step for an efficient treatment of end-of-life (EOL) products. A principle of cognitive robotics is implemented to address the problem regarding uncertainties and variations in the automatic disassembly process. In this article, advanced behaviour control based on two cognitive abilities, namely learning and revision, are proposed. The knowledge related to the disassembly process of a particular model of product is learned by the cognitive robotic agent (CRA) and will be implemented when the same model has been seen again. This knowledge is able to be used as a disassembly sequence plan (DSP) and disassembly process plan (DPP). The agent autonomously learns by reasoning throughout the process. In case of an unresolved condition, human assistance is given and the corresponding knowledge will be learned by demonstration. The process can be performed more efficiently by applying a revision strategy that optimises the operation plans. As a result, the performance of the process regarding time and level of autonomy are improved. The validation was done on various models of a case-study product, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen.  相似文献

为提升汽车保险杠抗压分析效率、减少重复性劳动、实现仿真分析流程的自动化,利用Python和VBS语言开发一套前、后处理自动化程序。此程序可实现RBE3单元创建、局部坐标系创建、载荷创建、头文件创建、后处理、结果诊断和报告编制等过程的自动化。实际应用结果表明,与传统人工分析相比,该程序可使仿真分析效率大幅提高。通过自动化程序进行仿真,不仅可以保证保险杠抗压分析的精度,同时还可以实现分析的标准化、保证分析的一致性。  相似文献
