高速同步采样处理是麦克风阵列系统的基础。针对传统音频采集系统采集速率低、成本高、体积大及便携性差的问题,文中基于Xilinx Zynq-7000系列可扩展平台,设计了一款麦克风阵列同步高速采集系统。该系统采用FPGA+ARM软硬件协同的工作方式,通过AXI总线实现数据互通。由FPGA中模拟音频传输接口协议与系统的操作控制;在ARM上移植Linux操作系统,用千兆网口和高速SD卡两种方式对数据进行传输保存;利用Xilinx-Vivado套件设计制作系统。实验结果表明,该系统最高支持采样率为96 kHz的16路同步采集,整体重量为1.67 kg,续航约5小时,填补了千元级小型音频阵列采集空白。 相似文献

涡流无损检测技术是以电磁理论为基础的非接触式的检测技术,具有结构简单、不受介质影响、抗干扰能力强等优点;根据涡流检测原理设计了一种基于Zynq—7020平台的可变频的检测系统;Zynq—7020为片上系统,该平台既能发挥FPGA并行运算的优势,同时具备了处理系统的灵活性,能够实现对数据的高速采集和实时处理;通过上位机可以改变激励信号的频率,适应不同厚度金属的检测;该系统从数字信号处理角度实现阻抗分解,能够显著地提取缺陷信号;并通过实验验证了系统的可行性,实验结果表明该系统可以检测0.2 mm大小的缺陷. 相似文献

Aluminium alloy of Al–4.5Zn–1.5Mg system, belonging to age hardenable, high strength category is being used for the fabrication of various components. The Al alloy component was part of a conduit line for filling the liquid chemical to its storage tank. The component consisted of an extruded tube, TIG welded to a bulb, which was fabricated from Al alloy forgings. A crack was observed on the conduit tube at the region where tube was welded to the bulb. Detailed investigations were carried out on the cracked component, which revealed insufficient working of the ingot during forging, resulting in remnant cast structure along with a heavy network of low melting point compound throughout the material. The cracks, which were initiated under the stresses induced during thermal treatment, machining and assembly, were found propagating through the eutectic network.

鉴于传统的1553B总线设备传输速率低、接口单一化等不能满足实际应用需求的问题,利用Zynq-7000芯片设计一套基于嵌入式ARM控制器和FPGA的高速1553B总线测试系统.采用自顶向下的设计方法,对ARM(PS部分)、FP-GA(PL部分)分别进行设计.PS部分采取USB和以太网双接口完成跟PC机的数据通信;设计IP核实现符合1553B总线协议的编解码处理功能.通过Xilinx自带仿真工具ISE Simulator对各个模式下消息传输进行时序仿真,表明系统提高了1553B总线接口传输速度,使得总线设备与PC机通信更加方便满足实际应用. 相似文献

7000 series aluminium alloys have greater strength than conventional aluminium alloys used in the automotive industry, but little has been reported on their formability. In this paper the strength and formability of age-hardenable AW-7020 alloy sheet in the T6 temper condition was investigated at temperatures between 150 and 250 °C by warm tensile, Swift-cupping and cross-die deep-drawing tests. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) investigations were carried out to study the precipitation state of AW-7020 sheet in as-received, warm cross-die deep-drawn and post-paint-baked conditions. Formability was found to improve at temperatures above 150 °C and was sensitive to temperature and strain rate. There was also an onset of dynamic recovery from 150 °C. DSC results showed the presence of η′ precipitates in T6 temper and that these coarsen during the warm cross-die deep-drawing and paint baking processes with ∼30% drop in ultimate tensile and yield strengths. Dynamic recovery and coarsening of η′ precipitates were found to contribute to the increase in formability at elevated temperatures. 相似文献
