矿山岩土工程系统环境质量评价指标体系

矿山现行的环境影响评价及其提交的环境影响报告书,是将矿山开发视为单个建设项目且只注重污染物排放和简单数量分析的单要素评价.本文将矿山开发视为统一系统,充分考虑系统内矿石开采、废石场、尾矿库等岩土工程及其矿岩氧化淋滤产生的毒害物质对矿区及其区域水土环境潜在而长期的影响,建立矿山岩士工程系统环境质量评价的指标体系,以改变矿山环境评价的传统旧式,规范和监督矿山开采行为,实现矿业开发与环境保护的协调发展.

从IT素质的涵义出发，论述了IT素质的涵盖内容、培养大学生IT素质的重要性以及IT素质的本质与特点．对高校树立人才培养新理念、培养优秀IT人才提出了有关建议及应对措施。     

我国风机盘管技术现状分析

介绍了近年来我国在风机盘管技术领域的最新成果，在结构形式、强化传热、提高室内空气品质、降低噪音和提高自动控制水平等方面的技术进展情况，分析了目前风机盘管中存在的问题，并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。     

品质改良剂--三聚磷酸钾水溶液配方的研制

本文报道了三聚磷酸钾50％水溶液的研制配方，利用加入适当的焦磷酸钾以及控制pH值在10.9-11.9之间来抑制其水解，对制得溶液进行了多天连续测定，观察其稳定性。     

Evaluation of Digitally Encoded Layer‐by‐layer Coated Microparticles as Cell Carriers

To obtain more biologically relevant data there is a growing interest in the use of living cells for assaying the biological activity of unknown chemical compounds. Density ‘multiplex’ cell‐based assays, where different cell types are mixed in one well and simultaneously investigated upon exposure to a certain compound are beginning to emerge. To be able to identify the cells they should be attached to microscopic carriers that are encoded. This paper investigates how digitally encoded microparticles can be loaded with cells while keeping the digital code in the microcarriers readable. It turns out that coating the surface of the encoded microcarriers with polyelectrolytes using the layer‐by‐layer (LbL) approach provides the microcarriers with a ‘highly functional’ surface. The polyelectrolyte layer allows the growth of the cells, allows the orientation of the cell loaded microcarriers in a magnetic field, and does not hamper the reading of the code. It has further been shown that the cells growing on the polyelectrolyte layer can become transduced by adenoviral particles hosted by the polyelectrolyte layer. It is concluded that the digitally encoded microparticles are promising materials for use in biomedical and pharmaceutical in‐vitro research where cells are used as tools.     

建筑工程中渗漏质量通病的原因及防治措施

对浴厕这一容易引发渗漏质量通病的环节作了原因分析，从严格精确预留管道洞口，严把材料关等方面，提出了相应的预防措施，并指出治理渗漏应采取全面分析综合治理的原则。     

铁路桥梁横向振动模拟及适应快速行车结构型式的研究

针对铁路提速后出现的上承式简支钢板梁桥跨中横向振幅过大的问题,以羊楼司桥(L=32m单跨上承式简支钢板梁桥)为例进行实桥检测和数值模拟,建立车辆、线路、桥梁三者的联合模型,考虑轮轨接触力,应用MSC/DYTRAN大型结构分析程序进行车线桥动力相互作用的仿真分析。研究揭示我国用量最多的C62型货车以70∽80km/h的速度空载通过时,该跨度的钢板梁桥发生横向谐振的机理。此外,用该方法对32m跨长的组合梁结构进行桥梁动力特性及列车走行性分析,表明该结构满足提速货车和高速电动旅客列车走行的要求。研究结果对我国高速铁路桥梁建设和既有桥梁的改造具有积极意义。

The determination of the shelf-life of pasteurized and non-pasteurized sardine (Sardina pilchardus) marinades stored at 4 °C

In this study the shelf‐life of sardine marinades was investigated. After the marination process, sardine fillets were packed into glass jars with 2% citric acid, 4% sodium chloride and spices. The effect of pasteurization at 70 °C for 20 min on the shelf‐life of the sardine marinades was determined. At the end of 6 months storage the differences between thiobarbituric acid, free formaldehyde (FA(ex)), free and bound formaldehyde (FA(dest)) and peroxide value of pasteurized and non‐pasteurizated marinades were not significantly (P > 0.05) different, while the difference between total volatile basic nitrogen, trimethylamine, pH, total plate count and lactic acid bacteria count of pasteurized and non‐pasteurized marinades were. The shelf‐life of both pasteurized and non‐pasteurized sardine marinades was found to be 5 months at 4 °C.

从我国饮水安全的现状入手，分析城乡饮水安全存在的问题，强调保障饮水安全是构建和谐社会的必然要求和水利工作的切实要务。从加强监测、科学规划，加强关键技术研究及推广应用，保护水源地、修复水环境，建立合理的体制与机制四个方面提出了做好保障饮水安全工作的建议。
