施工企业内部审计管理探讨

施工企业以"粗放型"管理为特点,随着企业规模的不断扩大,企业运作中的风险也逐步显现,这对施工企业的内部审计管理带来了新的课题。通过几年来内部审计管理的实践和探索,对如何解决施工企业内部审计管理中的问题提出建议和措施。     

我国堆石混凝土筑坝技术的新发展

通过相关的工程案例，分析了堆石混凝土筑坝新技术的发展轨迹，并提出了新的研究课题，希望给技术使用者提供帮助，给机械、材料研究者一些技术思路。     

基于多分支认证树的多用户多副本数据持有性证明方案

在云存储环境下,如何高效、动态地完成对多用户多副本数据的完整性验证是一个挑战性问题。基于双线性代数映射的签名机制和多分支认证树特性,提出了一种新的多用户多副本数据持有性证明方案。该方案通过使用随机掩码技术对密文进行处理确保数据隐私性,采用多分支认证树来提高数据分块的签名效率,能够支持数据动态更新操作。此外,引入第三方审计者对多用户多副本数据进行批量审计以减少计算开销。最后,分析表明本方案具有较高的安全性和效率。     

高职院校《电路分析》课程开放式考核方式的探索

传统的电路分析课程考核模式主要存在考核内容缺乏实践性、考核模式较为单一、成绩评价欠公平、缺少对考核结果的信息反馈等弊端。高职院校的学生普遍文化基础薄弱,学习动力不足,缺少有效的学习方法,自主学习意识和能力不强。针对高职学生的特点,建立“理论与技能相结合,过程与结果相结合”的多元化开放式考核评价体系,能更好地体现评价主体与评价内容、方式的“多元化”,突出考核内容与资源的“开放性”,以评促学,全面锻炼、提高和考察学生的综合素质。     

Payment and audit mechanisms for non private‐funded PPP‐based infrastructure maintenance projects

The introduction of a non private‐funded public–private partnerships (PPP) approach to the maintenance and operation of infrastructure facilities necessitates an equitable performance standard, a sensible penalty mechanism and a credible auditing system. Yet, with limited research on this type of scheme, it is not clear whether the payment and audit mechanisms can adequately gauge the performance of private partners and truly reflect the quality of service provided in their payment. The question is whether the reliability of the payment reduction and auditing mechanisms pertinent to the non‐private funded PPP infrastructure maintenance can be systematically verified. With reference to a case study in Hong Kong, field data have been collected and tested according to the sensitivity analysis and level of confidence. The results indicate that the level of payment reduction due to poor performance is fair and the audit frequency is adequate to reflect the overall performance of the service provider. The approaches adopted in this research should provide an objective basis for public and private partners to formulate a mutually acceptable and effective mechanism for non private‐funded PPP infrastructure maintenance contracts.     

大学专业英语学习能力培养模式探索——以工程项目管理专业英语教学为例

专业英语教学是培养学生应用英语能力的重要环节.在调查分析学生英语水平和学习偏好的基础上,结合本科工程项目管理专业知识实践性强的特点,提出在工程管理专业英语教学中,创新理论与实践;强调教材和教学内容的层次性、多样性;突出内容与专题结合、互动式的教学方法,以提高教学效果.     

Periodic autoregressive conditional duration

We propose an autoregressive conditional duration (ACD) model with periodic time-varying parameters and multiplicative error form. We name this model periodic autoregressive conditional duration (PACD). First, we study the stability properties and the moment structures of it. Second, we estimate the model parameters, using (profile and two-stage) Gamma quasi-maximum likelihood estimates (QMLEs), the asymptotic properties of which are examined under general regularity conditions. Our estimation method encompasses the exponential QMLE, as a particular case. The proposed methodology is illustrated with simulated data and two empirical applications on forecasting Bitcoin trading volume and realized volatility. We found that the PACD produces better in-sample and out-of-sample forecasts than the standard ACD.     

不对称信息下输配电市场的管制策略研究

首先建立了一套激励机制来揭示输配电企业的成本信息,然后通过与带有审核手段的激励机制模型下的监管手段进行对比,分析了不同管制策略的经济性问题,得出了对电力管制工作有指导意义的结论,即电力管制者应在信息租金和审核成本之间权衡,以保证电力管制工作的经济性。     

硫化物对冷辗芯辊疲劳裂纹萌生的影响

硫化物夹杂对疲劳裂纹源萌生的影响有正负二重性。本文分析硫化物形状、尺寸、分布和力学性能对高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2冷辗芯辊疲劳断裂的作用,认为质软硫化物能够减缓硬脆非金属夹杂物对基体产生的嵌镶应力,阻止疲劳裂纹的萌生。
