实施在线监控,科学构建环境监管平台

本文以空气质量检测系统（简称AQMS）为例,探讨了通过建设在线自动监控系统来构建科学的环境监管平台,以提高厂区环境监管水平,推进企业环境管理自动化、信息化、科学化建设。

By definition, apartition of a list is a division of that list into nonempty contiguous segments. Many programming and operations research problems can be specified in terms of list partitions, and we present a hierarchy of theorems for deriving programs from such specifications. Throughout, reasoning is conducted in an equational style using the calculus for program synthesis developed by Bird and Meertens.Supported by a BP research studentship.

Automation, work organization and skills: The case of numerical control

This paper deals with small and medium sized firms. Since the late seventies small and medium sized mechanical engineering firms in France have resorted increasingly to new technologies, and in particular to numerical control. Numerical control has introduced major changes in work organization. On the one hand it tends to reinforce the role of methods of production engineering whatever the type of numerical control may be. Programming is seldom left to the machine operators, except in the case of straightforward machining operations or in machining shops with a strong tradition of highly skilled or artisan labour. Numerical control, on the other hand, does provide more opportunity for collaboration between the workshop and the production engineers. On a workshop level it introduces a more mobile division of labour between programmers, machine setters and operators, which covers everything from the start-up of programs to the supervision of maching operations. The operator may therefore acquire new skills, but this is only possible if there are open-ended training systems available to facilitate the transmission of know-how from the programmers to the machine setters and from the machine setters to the operators, and vice versa. Small and medium sized firms would appear to have a special role to play in developing skills.     

HGTMS 板卡上电时序控制及电压监控的实现

退火炉自动控制系统设计

山东烟台钢管总厂冷拔分厂退火炉自动控制系统的设计以微机、智能仪表、变频调速器为主,具有控制精度高、降低消耗、操作维修方便、提高劳动生产率等特点。     

基于BP神经网络的车牌自动定位方法

提出了基于BP神经网络的车牌自动定位方法。实验表明，由此建立的车牌自动定位模型适角于各类机动车辆，总定位率为99．5%，达到了业务使用的要求。     

基于分段求解法的电力生产最优化模型分析

针对发电机使用的非线性最优化问题，通过对用户耗电数据进行初步分析和处理后，应用普遍的分段思想以及最优化思想，建立了二次规划模型。运用最优化算法，使每个时间段使用的发电机数量最少，以达到提高效率、降低成本的目的。     

一维驱动二维跟踪太阳自动跟踪系统设计

本文从对太阳方位变化规律的分析计算入手,利用天文时间来提供准确可靠的自动跟踪信号,并采用一维驱动实现二维精密跟踪的新技术。依此所设计的新型太阳能聚光器自动跟踪系统与同类产品相比,具有准确可靠、抗干扰能力强、成本低、方便实用等特点;这对于通过聚光方式推动太阳能应用具有重大的现实意义。     

转炉控制信息与在线检测技术(上)

通过对转炉吹炼过程信息的分析 ,系统总结了转炉吹炼过程信息在线检测技术的发展。结合国内转炉的具体特点 ,提出开发和推广转炉全自动吹炼技术应该重点研究和解决的在线检测技术。
