激光导向伺服系统中满意PID调节器的LMI设计

利用带有图像处理功能的小型激光导向伺服系统,可以大大降低目标坐标测定仪操作手跟踪动态飞行目标的操作难度,从而提高激光回波率.与经典的矩阵分解方法不同,本文以线性矩阵不等式方法,研究了激光导向伺服系统的满意PID调节器设计问题.首先从约束指标的相容性出发,给出满足与给定圆形极点约束相容的输出方差的取值范围.然后,在此取值范围内,得到了求取同时满足上述两种约束的PID调节器参数的方法.靶场试验结果证明了其有效性.     

On the existence and synthesis of multifinger positive grips

We study the criteria under which an object can be gripped by a multifingered dexterous hand, assuming no static friction between the object and the fingers; such grips are calledpositive grips. We study three cases in detail: (i) the body is at equilibrium, (ii) the body is under some constant external force/torque, and (iii) the body is under a varying external force/torque. In each case we obtain tight bounds on the number of fingers needed to obtain grip.We also present efficient algorithms to synthesize such positive grips for bounded polyhedral/polygonal objects; the number of fingers employed in the grips synthesized by our algorithms match the above bounds. 基于MATLAB语言的自动控制原理多媒体教学研究

结合我校自动化专业教学，从培养高素质，复合型人才的角度，在教学中引入目前世界上流行的MATLAB软件，并把MATLAB语言应用于经典控制系统设计和分析中，在自动控制原理多媒体辅助教学方面做了一些有益尝试和探索，取得了满意的教学效果。     

广州抽水蓄能电站厂区消防设计述评

广州抽水蓄能电站是我国第一座高水头，大容量的抽水蓄能电站，该电站按无人值班设计，为此对火灾探测和消防报警以在动灭火系统的自动化程序和可靠性比常规电站有更高的要求，本文重点介绍法国CEGELEG（集团）公司消防设计特点，并对设计中存在的主要问题进行了分析。     

流量自动控制的设计与实现

文章通过分析多相流模拟井的实际工作要求 ,提出了简单实用的流量自动控制模型。应用成型的计算机数据采集和控制模块及稳定可靠的流量控制部件 ,实现了各相流量的自动控制过程。该流量自动控制系统调节精度高、速度快、整体造价低 ,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。     

VLSI Implementation of Forward Error Control Technique for ATM Networks

In asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) networks, fixed length cells of 53 bytes are transmitted. A cell may be discarded during transmission due to buffer overflow or a detection of errors. Cell discarding seriously degrades transmission quality. The quality degradation can be reduced by employing efficient forward error control (FEC) to recover discarded cells. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of decoding equipment for FEC in ATM networks based on a single parity check (SPC) product code using very‐large‐scale integration (VLSI) technology. FEC allows the destination to reconstruct missing data cells by using redundant parity cells that the source adds to each block of data cells. The functionality of the design has been tested using the Model Sim 5.7cXE Simulation Package. The design has been implemented for a 5 ° 5 matrix of data cells in a Virtex‐E XCV 3200E FG1156 device. The simulation and synthesis results show that the decoding function can be completed in 81 clock cycles with an optimum clock of 56.8 MHz. A test bench was written to study the performance of the decoder, and the results are presented.

产业是由具有相互联系、相互制约的若干组成部分结合在一起并且有特定动能的有机体,产业分工越合理,资金、人力资源和各种自然资源与物质资料在产业内发挥的功能越大;中国工程勘察设计业的产业结构“中间大,两头小”,产业内部资源分布极不合理;结构调整的最佳选择是以工程项目总承包和分包为分工协作的垂直一体化:分化重组中间的工程咨询单位,组建顶端的EPC工程公司,发展低端的专业咨询公司、事务所。     

基于B/S与C/S相结合的闸门自动调度系统

以上海市淀北片河网闸门为例,开发了以基于Web的B/S结构为主、B/S与C/S相结合的河网闸门自动调度系统,介绍了该系统的整体框架和各子系统的功能。经实践检验,基于B/S与C/S相结合的闸门自动调度系统发挥了B/S与C/S各自的优点,提高了防洪决策的及时性和准确性。     

一个用户接口管理系统

本文介绍了一个用户接口管理系统NUUIMS的设计和实现.重点叙述了该系统基于规范化目标用户接口模型的设计思想,系统组成及描述方法.文章也讨论了使用NUUIMS设计而成的用户接口的特点.     

软β核素内部样品塑料闪烁探测器

本文评价了塑料闪烁片用作软β核素探测器时的计数效率、β谱、本底谱和康普顿电子谱的特征。文中强调:采用胶合光导剂构成的系统是一种新型探测器(软β核素内部样品塑料闪烁探测器)。本文提出内部样品固体探测器、胶合光导剂和胶合闪烁光导剂的新概念。
