固溶条件对一种新型亚稳β钛合金时效响应的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
根据近临界钼当量和多元强化原则设计了一种新型亚稳β钛合金(Ti-B20),以室温拉伸性能和显微组织为主要考察内容研究了固溶处理对这种新合金时效响应的影响。结果表明:在同样的时效条件下,该合金的抗拉伸强度随着固溶温度的升高而升高,而固溶后水淬比空冷能产生更高的硬化效应,分析结果揭示了该合金独特的时效响应来自于其亚稳β相较低的稳定性和过剩空位对析出的共同作用。  相似文献

A new metastable beta titanium alloy of Ti-Al-Mo-V-Cr-Fe-Zr-Sn system was designed and named Ti-B20. In order to investigate the aging properties and microstructures of the new alloy .subjected to different solution treatments, the tensile and Vickers hardness tests were carried out and the optical microscope and scanning electron microscope analysis were performed. The results show that the new alloy displays rapid aging response, high age strengthening effect and fine deposition. In addition, beta solution results in ultra high age hardening effect with low tensile ductility, whereas excellent combination of aging strength and ductility can be obtained after solution treated below beta transus temperature.  相似文献

This study reports the effects of up to 4 at.%rhenium addition on the cyclicoxidation behavior ofbeta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-NiAl + -Cr alloys having a basecomposition (in at.%) Ni-40Al-17Cr. Tests were conductedin still air at 1100°C for up to 250 1-hr cycles.The ternary alloy (without rhenium addition) exhibitedpoor cyclic-oxidation resistance, undergoing extensivescale spallation and internal oxidation. Additions of rhenium considerably improved the oxidationbehavior, reducing the extent of both scale spallationand internal oxidation. These beneficial effectsincreased with increasing rhenium content. Rhenium additions improved cyclic-oxidation resistanceby both decreasing the solubility of chromium in thebeta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0"> phase and causing the interdendritic -Crprecipitates in the alloy microstructure to become more spheroidized and disconnected. Theseeffects aided in preventing both interdendritic attackand the dissolution of the -Cr precipitates fromthe subsurface region of the alloy. The maintenance of -Cr precipitates at the alloy-scaleinterface decreased the extent of scale spallation byproviding a lower coefficient of thermal-expansion (CTE)mismatch between the alloy and theAl2O3-rich scale.  相似文献

The effect of an NiAl microcrystalline coating prepared by magnetron sputtering on the high-temperature oxidation behavior of NiAl–28Cr–5Mo–1Hf was investigated in static air at 1000–1150°C. The additions of Cr, Mo, and Hf changed the single beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-phase structure into a multiphase structure [beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-NiAl, -Cr(Mo), and Heusler phase]. The NiAl–28Cr–5Mo–1Hf alloy formed a nonprotective mixed scale of Al2O3+Cr2O3+HfO2 and exhibited relatively large weight gains. The large weight gains were attributed to extensive internal oxidation. The sputtered NiAl microcrystalline coating remarkably improved the oxidation resistance of NiAl–28Cr–5Mo–1Hf due to the formation of a compact and adherent Al2O3 scale at all test temperatures. It was found that the --Al2O3 transformation caused the anomalous behavior of the oxidation–kinetics curves of the NiAl microcrystalline coating in the temperature range 1000–1150°C. A change in the morphology of scales occurred with the transformation.  相似文献

This paper considers the application of analytical techniques (particularly AES, SIMS, RHEED, laser Raman, Mössbauer, TEM, EELS) to high-temperature oxidation studies. Specific systems reviewed include NiO on Ni, oxides on Fe, Cr and their alloys, and Al2O3 on Al and beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-NiAl. The often complementary information provided by the various techniques leads to a better understanding of oxide growth mechanisms on an atomic sale, interfacial segregation phenomena, and the role of reactive elements in modifying transport processes in oxides.  相似文献

Optical waveguiding phenomena found in bioinspired chemically synthesized peptide nanostructures are a new paradigm which can revolutionize emerging fields of precise medicine and health monitoring. A unique combination of their intrinsic biocompatibility with remarkable multifunctional optical properties and developed nanotechnology of large peptide wafers makes them highly promising for new biomedical light therapy tools and implantable optical biochips. This Review highlights a new field of peptide nanophotonics. It covers peptide nanotechnology and the fabrication process of peptide integrated optical circuits, basic studies of linear and nonlinear optical phenomena in biological and bioinspired nanostructures, and their passive and active optical waveguiding. It is shown that the optical properties of this generation of bio‐optical materials are governed by fundamental biological processes. Refolding the peptide secondary structure is followed by wideband optical absorption and visible tunable fluorescence. In peptide optical waveguides, such a bio‐optical effect leads to switching from passive waveguiding mode in native α‐helical phase to an active one in the β‐sheet phase. The found active waveguiding effect in β‐sheet fiber structures below optical diffraction limit opens an avenue for the future development of new bionanophotonics in ultrathin peptide/protein fibrillar structures toward advanced biomedical nanotechnology.  相似文献

A linear singular blending (LSB) technique can enhance the shape—control capability of the B-spline. This capability is derived from the blending parameters defined at the B-spline control vertices and blends LSB line segments or bilinear surface patches with the B-spline curve or surface. Varying the blending parameters between zero and unity applies tension for reshaping. The reshaped curve or surface retains the same smoothness properties as the original B-spline; it possesses the same strict parametric continuities. This is different from the beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-spline, which introduces additional control to the B-spline by imposing geometrical continuities to the joints of curve segments or surface patches. For applications in which strict parametric continuities cannot be compromised, LSB provides an intuitive way to introduce tension to the B-spline.  相似文献

Pheromonal volatiles emitted by irradiated and control 5- to 11-day-old Caribbean fruit flies,Anastrepha suspensa (Loew), were collected on Tenax adsorbent filters and quantified by gas chromatography (GC). The components released were identified by comparison of retention times on GC and by mass spectrometry (MS) with authentic synthetic standards. Pharate adults were irradiated with gamma rays from a60Co source at a dose rate of 10.3 Gray (Gy)/min. The total dosages given were 30, 50, 70, and 100 Gy. Pheromone volatiles were collected from adult males when they were between 5 and 11 days of age. The compounds quantified were (Z)-3-nonenol and (Z, Z)-3,6-nonadienol, which eluted from the GC column together and were quantified as one peak,beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-bisabolene, suspensolide, anastrephin, and epianastrephin. Irradiation with 30 Gy did not significantly reduce any pheromonal components, nor did it change the pheromonal blend. In contrast, suspensolide and bisabolene were significantly reduced in flies irradiated with 50 Gy, while the nonenols and epianastrephin were reduced at the 70-Gy dose. HBT-EP is a new research tokamak designed and built to investigate passive and active feedback techniques to control MHD instabilities. In particular, HBT-EP will be able to test techniques to control fast MHD instabilities occurring at high Troyon-normalized beta, beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">N beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">Ba/Ip [Tm/MA], since it is equipped with a thick, close-fitting, and adjustable conducting shell. The major goals of the initial operation of HBT-EP have been the achievement of high beta operation (beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">N 3) using only ohmic heating and the observation of MHD instabilities. By using a unique fast startup technique, we have successfully achieved these goals. A variety of MHD phenomena were observed during the high beta operation of HBT-EP. At modest beta (beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">N 2), discharges have been maintained for more than 10 msec, and these discharges exhibit saturated resistive instabilities. When beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">N approaches 3, major disruptions occur preceded by oscillating, growing precursors. During start-up, one or more minor disruptions are usually observed. A 1-D transport code has been used to simulate the evolution of the current profile, and these early minor instabilities are predicted to be double tearing modes. The simulation also reproduces the observed high beta operation when saturated neo-Alcator energy confinement scaling is assumed.  相似文献
