3种高电流密度离子膜电解槽的性能对比与介绍

目前离子膜电解槽的发展方向为复极、自然循环、高电流密度、低电耗，伍德诺拉公司BM2．7-Ⅲ型槽、美国西方化学公司ExL^B-65槽、日本氯工程公司BiTAC-858槽即具有这些先进性能。对这3种槽进行了介绍与对比。     

Transformation of β-Ni(OH)2 to NiO nano-sheets via surface nanocrystalline zirconia coating: Shape and size retention

Shape and size of the synthesized NiO nano-sheets were retained during transformation of sheet-like β-Ni(OH)₂ to NiO at elevated temperatures via nano-sized zirconia coating on the surface of β-Ni(OH)₂. The average grain size was 6.42 nm after 600 °C treatment and slightly increased to 10 nm after 1000 °C treatment, showing effective sintering retardation between NiO nano-sheets. The excellent thermal stability revealed potential application at elevated temperatures, especially for high temperature catalysts and solid-state electrochemical devices.     

Dufour's gland and its role in secretion of nest cell lining in bees of the genusColletes (Hymenoptera: Colletidae)

The liquid secretion of the Dufour's gland in mated females comprises a mixture of macrocyclic lactones, straight chain mono- and dicarboxylic acids, together with trace amounts of di- and trihydroxy monocarboxylic acids and a series ofn-alkanes. Polymerization of the liquid to form the membranous nest cell lining, which also contains alanine and glutamic acid as major constituents, may be mediated by an enzyme from the thoracic salivary gland and voided via the mouth. The composition and structure of the cell linings are similar to those of Wigglesworth's cuticulin.     

EMD-IT去噪算法的阈值估计方法

为解决EMD-IT去噪算法中阈值难以确定的问题,提出一种基于高斯白噪声能量分布的阈值估计方法。将含噪信号进行经验模态分解并估计各固有模态函数(IMF)中噪声的能量;根据模态单元阈值的含义,在各IMF中利用去除掉的模态单元包含的总能量等于噪声能量这一准则估计阈值。合成数据和实际心电信号的去噪仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性,其是自适应的且避免了阈值选择的主观性。     

基于悬臂梁称重传感器的圆弧刀研磨力测量仪设计

为解决双圆锥形圆弧刀研磨力在线测量难题,设计了杠杆原理为基础的圆弧刀研磨力测量仪,建立了圆弧刀与磨盘之间研磨力数学模型。该仪器采用悬臂梁称重传感器,并以DSP2812为主控芯片,实现了圆弧刀研磨力的在线采集、处理、存储及实时显示等功能。实验表明:仪器的称重传感精度优于0.15 N,圆弧刀研磨力变化范围降低28.8%,满足圆弧刀研制的需求。该仪器性能稳定,具有较好的实用价值,为高质量的圆弧刀研制和光栅刻划技术提供了技术保障。     

基于中红外QCL的痕量CO气体传感器

为了减少CO爆炸给国民经济造成的巨大损伤,提出了一种能够快速地监测环境空气中痕量CO的气体传感器。由于CO分子基频吸收谱带的吸收线强要比泛频带和组合频带的吸收线强高出2～3个数量级,选择激射中心波长为4.65μm中红外量子级联激光器（QCL）作为光源,同时再配合长光程Herriott气室提高了CO体积分数检测下限。同时,该传感器采用单光源双探测器差分光学结构,消除了电调制光源所带来的不稳定性。实验表明：该传感器CO体积分数检测下限为2×10-6,并且操作人员可以通过替换在不同波长下运行的中红外QCL来测量其它气体。     

平行梁式电容传感器力学性能的仿真与分析

针对S型平行梁式电容称重传感器参数结构设计问题,运用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对平行梁式弹性体结构进行参数化模拟仿真,基于二次多项式曲面拟合建立其结构力学性能与主要结构参数的函数关系,并通过算例分析验证了拟合公式的有效性。研究表明,拟合公式对复杂仿真计算后的结果有很好的近似,能更好的反应实际情况,公式结构更加简洁,具有较快的收敛速度、较高的精度和较好的推广能力,有利于准确实现平行梁式电容称重传感器结构参数设计。     

Lithium/V6O13 cells using silica nanoparticle-based composite electrolyte

The electrochemical behavior of Li/V₆O₁₃ cells is investigated at room temperature (22 °C) both in liquid electrolyte consisting of oligomeric poly(ethyleneglycol)dimethylether+lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonylimide) and composite electrolytes formed by blending the liquid electrolyte with silica nanoparticles (fumed silica). The addition of fumed silica yields a gel-like electrolyte that demonstrates the desirable property of suppressing lithium dendrite growth due to the rigidity and immobility of the electrolyte structure. The lithium/electrolyte interfacial resistance for composite gel electrolytes is less than that for the corresponding base-liquid electrolyte, and the charge-discharge cycle performance and electrochemical efficiency for the Li/V₆O₁₃ cell is significantly improved. The effect of fumed silica surface group on the electrochemical performance is discussed; the native hydrophilic silanol surface group appears better than fumed silica that is modified with a hydrophobic octyl surface moiety.     

Preparation of micro-patterned surfaces of Si-N-O films and their influence on adhesion behavior of endothelial cells

Microgrooves were prepared on Si(100) surface by photolithography and wet etching.Subsequently,Si-N-O films were deposited on the microgrooves by unbalanced magnetron sputtering(UBMS) and micro-patterned surfaces of Si-N-O films were obtained.The size of the micropatterns was measured by surface profilometer.The chemical composition of Si-N-O films were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS) and the wettability of the micropatterned surfaces was evaluated by contact angle measurement.The beh...
