传统的基于余弦相似度度量的云模型协同过滤推荐算法未考虑特征向量的长度和维度,忽略了三个重要数字特征云期望、熵和超熵的关系,如各数字特征具有不同的性质和权重,导致特征丢失、区分度过小的问题。针对这些问题,提出了一种采用标准化的多维欧几里德相似度计算方法,通过将三个数字特征映射为三维空间的点,计算经指数函数标准化的欧几里德相似度,生成更合理的用户k近邻集,最终产生推荐。实验结果表明,该相似度计算方法能够为云特征向量提供更显著的区分度,并在一定程度上提高了推荐质量。 相似文献

协同过滤是电子商务推荐系统中应用最成功的推荐技术之一,但面临着严峻的用户评分数据稀疏性和推荐精度低等问题。针对数据稀疏性高和单一评分导致的推荐精度低等问题,提出一种基于项目属性评分的协同过滤推荐算法。首先通过均值法或缩放法构造用户-项目属性评分矩阵将单一评分转化为多评分;其次基于每个属性评分矩阵,计算用户间的偏好相似度,得到目标用户的偏好最近邻居集;然后针对每个最近邻居集,在用户-项目评分矩阵上完成对目标用户的初步评分预测;最后,将多个初步预测评分加权求和作为综合评分,完成推荐。在Movie Lens扩展数据集上的实验结果表明,该算法能有效提高推荐精度。 相似文献

This study explores the relationship between the structure of an existing social network and the structure of an emergent discussion-board network in an undergraduate university class. Thirty-one students were issued with laptop computers that remained in their possession for the duration of the semester. While using these machines, participants' email log files were collected directly from the University's email servers. The analysis compared structural attributes of actors evident in their social network with the emergent structural properties measured from interactions in a shared discussion board environment. A significant relationship was found between the existing social network structure and the emergent communication patterns, suggesting that existing relationships have a strong influence on subsequent computer-mediated communication. Sharing sustainable and valuable knowledge among knowledge workers is a fundamental aspect of knowledge management. In organizations, knowledge workers usually have personal folders in which they organize and store needed codified knowledge (textual documents) in categories. In such personal folder environments, providing knowledge workers with needed knowledge from other workers’ folders is important because it increases the workers’ productivity and the possibility of reusing and sharing knowledge. Conventional recommendation methods can be used to recommend relevant documents to workers; however, those methods recommend knowledge items without considering whether the items are assigned to the appropriate category in the target user’s personal folders. In this paper, we propose novel document recommendation methods, including content-based filtering and categorization, collaborative filtering and categorization, and hybrid methods, which integrate text categorization techniques, to recommend documents to target worker’s personalized categories. Our experiment results show that the hybrid methods outperform the pure content-based and the collaborative filtering and categorization methods. The rapid propagation of the Internet and information technologies has changed the nature of many industries. Fast response and personalized recommendations have become natural trends for all businesses. This is particularly important for content-related products and services, such as consulting, news, and knowledge management in an organization. The digital nature of their products allows for more customized delivery over the Internet. To provide personalized services, however, a complete understanding of user profile and accurate recommendation are essential.In this paper, an Internet recommendation system that allows customized content to be suggested based on the user's browsing profile is developed. The method adopts a semantic-expansion approach to build the user profile by analyzing documents previously read by the person. Once the customer profile is constructed, personalized contents can be provided by the system. An empirical study using master theses in the National Central library in Taiwan shows that the semantic-expansion approach outperforms the traditional keyword approach in catching user interests. 许多播客推荐机制一般根据整体点击次数来向用户推荐节目,但是一些点击次数很高的节目未必就是某类用户所喜欢的,因而推荐的节目对用户的喜好针对性不是很强.为了提高推荐节目对用户喜好特点的针对性,提出基于用户聚类的节目推荐.对用户在播客平台上的采集数据进行聚类分析后,把用户归为某一类型,并把该类型的所有节目根据点击次数多少存放入相应的推荐表.在用户下次登录时,根据其所属用户类型从推荐表中选出其最可能观看的尚未浏览的节目.试验结果证明,该播客推荐系统能很好地根据用户的喜好特点来进行针对性节目推荐. 相似文献
