应用摩擦改进剂提高燃料经济性

2-巯基苯并噻唑衍生物摩擦学性能的研究

合成了S—(1—(2—苯并噻唑基巯基)—2—羟基)—丙基N，N—二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯和S—(1—(2—苯并噻唑基巯基)—2—乙酰基)—丙基N，N—二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯两种化合物。运用IR、MS、HNMR和元素分析等分析方法对其结构进行表征。用四球试验、HQ—l环块试验分别考察了其对润滑油的极压承载能力及抗磨减摩性能的影响。结果表明：在350SN中性油中添加所合成的化合物后可以显著降低四球长磨后磨斑直径、有效地降低摩擦副之间的摩擦系数，拥有优良的摩擦学性能。     

Solution of large deformation contact problems with friction between Blatz-Ko hyperelastic bodies

The present paper is devoted to the analysis of the contact problems with Coulomb friction and large deformation between two hyperelastic bodies. One approach to separate the material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity is presented. The total Lagrangian formulation is adopted to describe the geometrically nonlinear behavior. Nondifferentiable contact potentials are regularized by means of the augmented Lagrangian method. Numerical examples are carried out in two cases: rigid-deformable contact and deformable-deformable contact with large slips. The numerical results prove that the proposed approach is robust and efficient concerning numerical stability.     

半金属摩阻材料中铜纤维摩擦磨损行为的研究

用扫描电子显微镜(SME)和X-射线能谱分析法(EDX)对铜纤维增强的半金属摩阻材料与灰铸铁对偶滑摩后的摩擦表面进行了分析,研究了摩阻材料中铜纤维的摩擦磨损行为.结果表明,在摩擦磨损过程中,摩阻材料摩擦表面上铜的分布更加弥散化,并且铜纤维具有集铁作用,因而摩阻材料摩擦表面上形成了富铁贫铜表面工作层;铜能从摩阻材料摩擦表面转移到对偶摩擦表面,故对偶摩擦面上分布一定量铜,这是摩擦副具有稳定摩擦系数和良好耐磨性的关键因素;铜纤维取向对摩阻材料摩擦磨损行为有显着影响.     

TiB2和SiCW对Al2O3陶瓷材料高温摩擦磨损特性的影响

研究了Ａｌ２Ｏ３、Ａｌ２ｏ３／ＴｉＢ２和Ａｌ２Ｏ３／ＴｉＢ２／ＳｉＣＷ三处陶瓷材料在不同条件下的擦靡损特性。结果表明：三种陶瓷材料与硬质合金摩擦副的摩擦系数随温度温度的增加有不同的变化规律，摩擦表面的Ｘ射线衍射分析表明，摩擦系数的变化与陶瓷物膜的和结构有关，在高温下Ａｌ２Ｏ３／ＴｉＢ２陶瓷材料摩擦表面形成了具有优良的高温润性的ＴｉＯ２氧化膜，因而ＴｉＢ２的加入明显改善了Ａｌ２Ｏ３陶瓷材料 摩擦磨损     

基于精细积分法的干摩擦隔振系统稳定性的研究

本文利用摩擦隔振系统的计算模型，建立了系统的动力学方程，在此基础上，对干摩擦隔振系统的稳定性问题进行了分析，同时将精细积分法引入了求解过程，提高了计算的精度，并给出了相应的数值例题，本文的工作可为工程应用提供必要的计算依据。     

Wear resistance of plasma coatings for a constant work of friction

We analyze the wear resistance of plasma coatings for a constant work of friction. The dependences of the wear resistance of the coatings are obtained for a broad range of loading conditions. It is shown that the minimum sensitivity to loading conditions is exhibited by the molybdenum coatings. It is also established that the wear resistance of the coatings decreases as the amplitude of displacements increases and the cyclic frequency of the tests decreases due to the intensification of fatigue processes on the surfaces. Effect of variable friction coefficient on sheet metal drawing

A variable friction model that relates the parameters of sheet metal drawing to the local lubrication conditions taking place during the deformation, has been integrated to a finite element program. Variable friction coefficients for the contacting surfaces are determined from the friction model, which uses the related parameters obtained at each time step of the finite element program as inputs. A number of numerical runs have been performed and the strains are compared with the experimental results for circular blanks. A good agreement is obtained between the numerical and experimental results for the variable friction model used.
