CY4102BZQ柴油机机体模态分析

以东风朝阳柴油机厂最新开发的CY4102BZQ柴油机机体为研究对象，利用Pro／E三维软件和I-DEAS有限元软件建立了结构的实体模型和有限元模型，进行了机体的模态分析计算，获得了机体的基本振型和相关频率。应用模态试验验证了模型的精确程度，从而提出合理的改进方案。     

混凝土小砌块与普通砖混住宅楼造价分析

指出混凝土小型空心砌块是一种节能型的新型墙体材料。本文从经济角度对该种材料和粘土砖材料进行了实例分析、比较,得出了这种新型材料值得推广使用的结论。

石墨化率不同的自焙炭块的热膨胀

采用精密垂直拉杆膨胀仪在１４～１０００℃范围内测量了具有不同石墨化率的自焙炭块的相对热伸长量，并由此获得了热线膨胀系数α。结果表明：石墨化率一定时，α值在较低温度下随温度升高而增加，在较高温度下，α值随温度变化不明显；恒温时，石墨化率越高，α值越低。讨论了单位热应力下的弹性模量概念     

基于有限差分网格的发动机缸体铸件热应力模拟

对发动机气缸体铸件从浇注完到开箱落砂后的铸造过程应力场进行计算机数值模拟.为了实现形状复杂铸件的热应力分析,应用了有限差分网格向有限元网格的转换方法,得到缸体的有限元模型,并将该模型与经过大量简化后直接剖分得到的有限元模型进行了比较.在此有限元模型的基础上,采用FDM/FEM集成铸件热应力分析系统实现了对发动机缸体铸件热应力分析,模拟结果和实际生产情况相吻合.     

铁道车辆轮对超声波探伤半轴试块的研制

主要介绍了RD2、提速车和DF4轴型超声波探伤半轴试块的研制，同时介绍了主要的技术要求及制作工艺。该试块适用于在役轮轴超声波探伤，为现场检测提供了统一的探伤基准。     

Fluorinated Polyphosphazenes: A Survey

A general survey of fluorinated phosphazene polymers starting from their synthesis in 1965 to recent times is presented. Various types of fluorinated phosphazenes are described depending on the way fluorine atoms are connected to the polyphosphazene skeleton. The characterization, properties and practical utilization of these compounds in different domains are critically discussed.     

拟活性阳离子聚合——异丁烯与苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的合成与表征

以丙烯酸正丁酯-四氯化钛-二甲基亚砜为引发体系,于二氯甲烷中、-45℃下进行异丁烯与苯乙烯的拟活性阳离子嵌段共聚反应。结果表明,选择适当的反应条件,可得到两单体的共聚效率为50％,共聚物中平均苯乙烯结合量为31.7％(质量),分子量为3万,分子量分散指数约为1.8的嵌段共聚物。     

SBS改性沥青

介绍了沥青的特性，改性沥青的种类与性能，以及丁苯嵌段共聚物改性沥青的相容性，溶胀性，分散性等方面的研究进展，并提出了发展建议。     

Phase structure in the blend of atactic poly(vinyl alcohol) with atactic poly(vinyl alcohol‐block‐vinyl acetate)

An almost fully saponified atactic poly(vinyl alcohol) and an atactic poly(vinyl alcohol‐block‐vinyl acetate) of which degree of saponification is 89 mol % were blended by a solution casting method. The phase structure of the blend film was analyzed by optical microscopy, ¹³C‐NMR, and differential scanning calorimetry. The most remarkable structure of the blend was composed of cylindrical domains penetrating the film. The swelling behavior of the blend films was also investigated in the dimethylsulfoxide and water mixed solvents to find differences in solubility and diffusion behavior between the matrix and the domain. The cylindrical domains could be selectively dissolved away in water and the film became porous. We tried to change the size of the cylindrical domain with various film preparation conditions.
