为解决传统质量功能展开(QFD)在实际运用过程中存在关于顾客需求和工程技术之间的关系评估,顾客需求权重的确定和工程技术的优先级排序等方面的固有缺陷,提出一种概率语言环境下考虑专家心理行为的QFD方法. 运用概率语言连乘层次分析法(PL-MAHP)确定顾客需求初始权重,针对顾客需求之间的关联关系,运用模糊认知图(FCM)对顾客需求进行推理分析并获取其最终权重;为有效地处理QFD团队专家评估信息中的模糊性和不确定性,使用概率语言术语集(PLTS)表征顾客需求和工程技术之间的关联强度,并将交互式多属性决策(TODIM)拓展到概率语言环境中,依据各个工程技术的全局占优度来最终确定工程技术的重要度,充分考虑了专家心理行为对工程技术的优先级排序的影响.在电动汽车产品开发实例中运用本文方法结果表明,该方法能合理有效地确定最终重要度. 与现有其他方法对比分析,验证了本文方法的优越性. 相似文献

Today Information and Communications Technology (ICT) networks are a dominating component of our daily life. Centralized logging allows keeping track of events occurring in ICT networks. Therefore a central log store is essential for timely detection of problems such as service quality degradations, performance issues or especially security-relevant cyber attacks. There exist various software tools such as security information and event management (SIEM) systems, log analysis tools and anomaly detection systems, which exploit log data to achieve this. While there are many products on the market, based on different approaches, the identification of the most efficient solution for a specific infrastructure, and the optimal configuration is still an unsolved problem. Today׳s general test environments do not sufficiently account for the specific properties of individual infrastructure setups. Thus, tests in these environments are usually not representative. However, testing on the real running productive systems exposes the network infrastructure to dangerous or unstable situations. The solution to this dilemma is the design and implementation of a highly realistic test environment, i.e. sandbox solution, that follows a different – novel – approach. The idea is to generate realistic network event sequence (NES) data that reflects the actual system behavior and which is then used to challenge network analysis software tools with varying configurations safely and realistically offline. In this paper we define a model, based on log line clustering and Markov chain simulation to create this synthetic log data. The presented model requires only a small set of real network data as an input to understand the complex real system behavior. Based on the input׳s characteristics highly realistic customer specified NES data is generated. To prove the applicability of the concept developed in this work, we conclude the paper with an illustrative example of evaluation and test of an existing anomaly detection system by using generated NES data. 相似文献

Clinical military psychologists (CMPs) hold one of the most difficult positions within professional psychology. Given their exposure to a variety of environmental, physical, psychosocial, and emotional stressors, professional burnout (PB) can be a serious issue for CMPs. In order to (a) protect job satisfaction, (b) increase professional confidence, (c) facilitate a long and rewarding military career, and (d) ensure competent care is provided to our clients, a two-pronged approach of CMPs taking care of themselves on the one hand, and the military providing effective assessment, prevention, and intervention, on the other hand, is needed. Such an approach to protecting the military's limited mental health resources could ultimately ensure that service members receive proper care. In this article, the authors discuss the challenges experienced by CMPs as potential contributors to PB during all three phases of the deployment cycle. Contractors play a significant role in construction projects and selection of the most appropriate contractor for the project is a critical decision for clients. The pre-qualification of construction contractors is accounted as a very important step in contractor selection for every project. The main purpose of pre-qualification is to identify an array of eligible contractors, which is required for post-qualification steps and further considerations. Although there have been numerous models for contractor pre-qualification, there are inadequate researches to present a contractor pre-qualification model with consideration of the project objectives or the project owner’s requirements. A new contractor pre-qualification model was developed with the aim of resolving this issue. This model employs the quality function deployment (QFD) method, and considers both the project owner’s requirements and the contractor’s abilities. In this paper, we investigate the optimization of content router deployment in large‐scale information centric core‐edge separation Internet. We formulate the target cost function, which captures the trade‐off between the cost for traffic transmission and cost due to additional deployment of content routers. To solve the problem, we first derive the analytical results of traffic ratio and its closed‐form approximation. We then construct a convex optimization problem, from which the optimal deployment probability can be solved. By extensive numerical results, the accuracy of the closed‐form approximation of traffic ratio is demonstrated. And, it is found that the optimal deployment probability is decided by the average number of hops for obtaining the content, the cost for traffic transmission, and the cost of extending router to content router.
