一种新型润滑油添加剂的质谱研究

采用独特的分离方法和途径，综合使用多种质谱分析技术，如电子轰击谱（ＥＩ／ＭＳ）、场解吸谱（ＦＤ／ＭＳ）、快速原子轰击谱（ＦＡＢ／ＭＳ）、色／质联用等，对高档齿轮油的主剂－含磷极压剂的结构组成进行了较为详尽的分析研究，提出了复酯胺盐的结构组成。     

Surface Position-Resolved Thermophysical Properties for Metallic Alloys

Thermophysical properties are collective measures of a material to transport dynamical quantities of physical nature on its surface or through the bulk. As such, the exact nature of couplings between particles in a many-body assembly of building block atoms or molecules sensitively determines their values. The couplings between nearest neighbors are the product of the local elemental composition and the material phase. In this study, thermal cycling of a four-element Wood’s alloy specimen brings out cadmium-rich patches to the top surface of the specimen. An assembly of such patches leads to depth-dependent deviations of elemental composition from that of the bulk. Surface-layer atoms are driven to form a high temperature laser-produced plasma (LPP), and time-resolved spectroscopy of their emissions show the variability of elemental composition over surface positions as well as over depth from the surface. These thermal history-driven composition anomalies contribute to significant variability in the measured values of spectral emissivity and thermal diffusivity.

通过对天津钢铁有限公司在SWRH82B钢冶炼过程中工艺数据的整理分析,就转炉冶炼终点如何实现高碳低磷和优化工序操作提出一些改进措施。     

胍基聚合物的合成及抗菌性能

采用熔融缩聚的方法合成了聚亚己基胍盐酸盐（PHGC）及聚亚己基双胍盐酸盐（PHBG）。应用气相渗透压法（VPO）及粘度法测定了其分子质量，应用元素分析，FT－IR，XPS分析了聚合物的化学组成，抗菌活性的研究结果表明所合成的胍基聚合物具有较强的而且广谱的抗菌性能。     

康山金矿地质地球化学特征及其成因

康山金矿产在豫西熊耳山古隆起区的结晶基底太华群和盖层中元古界熊耳群地层接触界面附近，矿体严格受构造破碎蚀变带控制。流体包裹体，稳定同位素等研究表明，成矿物质来自太华群变质岩，成矿流体的性质与变质热液截然不同，而与花岗岩浆热液相近似。该矿床的形成与燕山期发生的同构造－花岗岩浆期热液活动有关，金沉淀成矿阶段有大气水的混入。     

一种新型针刺延期药的研制及其应用

本文介绍了一种新型的针刺延期药的配方设计和制备工艺，这种低猛度高热量的针刺延期药具有较高的发火感度，可满足一定的延期时间和相容性要求。文中还介绍了它在几种小型针刺延期雷管中的应用。     

Phase Composition of Oxide Scales during Reheating in Hot Rolling of Low Carbon Steel

Low carbon steel was oxidized over the temperature range 1000‐1250°C in O₂‐CO₂‐H₂O‐N₂, O₂‐H₂O‐N₂, and O₂‐CO₂‐N₂ gas mixtures. Oxidation times were 12‐120 min. and the scales were 50‐2000 μm thick. The variations of these parameters were chosen to elucidate the phase composition of oxide scales under conditions similar to those of reheating furnaces in hot strip mills, using either thin slab casting or conventional casting and rolling technology. Two types of scales have been observed which are influenced by the furnace atmosphere, oxidation time, and temperature. The first type is a crystalline scale with an irregular outer surface, composed mostly of wustite (FeO), and a negligible amount of magnetite (Fe₃O₄). The second type is the classical three‐layer scale, composed of wustite (FeO), magnetite (Fe₃O₄), and hematite (Fe₂O₃). In general, the experiments showed that an increase in oxidation time decreased the percentage of wustite while the percentages of magnetite and hematite increased. A rise in oxygen concentration in the gas mixture increased the percentages of magnetite and hematite, confirming earlier experimental findings. In water vapour‐free atmospheres O₂‐CO₂‐N₂, the oxide scales had a low percentage of wustite, and high percentage of magnetite and hematite. Carbon dioxide showed a small influence at 1100°C, and a negligible one at 1250°C.     

热分析在PVA纤维预处理中的应用

用差热、热重法对原丝的热性能及由不同预处理方法所引起的PVA纤维的热行为变化进行了研究;并通过模拟脱水条件,用不同升温速率,求出了经不同预处理纤维的脱水反应活化能。结果表明,PVA原丝在230℃有一软化点,三种预处理都不同程度地影响了原丝的热效应变化;纤维在180～340℃主要为脱水反应;原丝及经脱水剂、O_3和O_3综合脱水剂处理的纤维,其脱水反应的表观活化能分别为:164.3kJ/mol,92.9kJ/mol,130.5kJ/mol和117.6kJ/mol。     

高放废液化学成分分析

概述了高放废液中25种阳离子、5种阴离子以及总蒸残物、总氧化物、密度和游离酸的分析方法。对核燃料后处理高放废液进行取样分析,其主要化学成分采用两种以上不同原理的方法作对比测定,结果相互符合情况良好,为高放废液处理处置研究设计,提供了完整、准确的基础数据。
