高炉鼓风机就地扩容改造方案及经济效益

介绍了利用高炉鼓风机基础实施不易地扩容改造的设计工艺方法，该方法不仅降低了设计、施工、安装费用，而且缩短了施工周期，降低了固定资产投资。     

Effect of doping polyacrylic acid with some dopants as studied by different techniques

The molecular weight of polyacrylic acid (PAA) was determined by a viscometric method using NaNO₃ as solvent at 30°C. The specific electric conductivities (σ) of PAA as well as PAA doped with carbon black (CB), chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃), and cupferron with different concentrations (from 0.25 to 1 wt %) were measured at a temperature range 360–400 K. IR spectra of some polymers were determined and it was shown that when PAA was doped with 0.5 wt % CB, a C? O? C band appeared at 775–875 cm^?1. The positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) spectra in PAA doped with the above‐mentioned dopants were measured as a function of their concentrations. It was observed that the short lifetime intensity I₁ decreased, whereas the intermediate lifetime intensity I₂, which is related to the conductivity of the material, increased with increasing the wt % of Cr₂O₃ and cupferron as well as at low concentrations of CB. These results are discussed in terms of the conducting island model. It was found that there were distinct positive relationships between σ and I₂. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 辽宁省节水工作存在问题及对策

辽宁省是水资源严重短缺的省份之一，水资源不足已成为制约全省经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈。通过对全省大型取用水户的调查分析，找出了辽宁省节水工作中存在的问题，提出了节约用水工作的对策和建议。     

用于重离子核反应实验测量的纵向电场气体电离室

本文报道了一种新型的大动态范围，多叠层探测器系统组件之一的纵向电场气体电离室的构造，性能和在中能得离子核反应实验中的应用。     

白丰梯级水库实用电力优化调度图的研制——变动目标水位控制法的研究

在分步设计及大量计算的基础上，提出了一套考虑因素相对全面、指导 性强、易于操作的梯级水库电力实用优化调度图。该调度图继承了传统时历法调度图直观、 简明的优点，又具有其特有的优化功能。该方法以汛末蓄满水库为标准，确定典型来水过程 的预调度线和初始目标；以获得梯级电站最大长期调峰收益为目标，以变动目标水位控制为 核心，开发出调度图长系列操作通用程序模块，并以此模块作为寻优计算的手段。提出了水 库长期运行与短期实时调度有机结合，以及模拟计算、水位偏差最优反馈、来水预报、目标 水位寻优等多种实用处理技术。     

浅谈电动潜油单螺杆采油系统的研究开发

介绍了国内外各种螺杆泵采油系统的发展现状，并对电动潜油螺杆泵采油系统中齿轮减速器这一关键部件的方案选择进行了分析，旨在为研制开发国产高性能电动潜油螺杆采油系统提供参考。     

Change of characteristics of desulfurization and denitrification by combustion flue gas composition and electrode configuration under pulsed corona discharge

Laboratory-scale and parametric experiments of SO₂ and NO_x removal from the simulated combustion gas by pulsed corona discharge have been performed by changing the combustion gas composition and temperature, the electrode configuration of plasma reactor, and the polarity of high-voltage electrode. The following results are obtained: 1) the higher the concentration of H₂O and O₂, the higher the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification at the same specific input; 2) the pulsed corona discharge with a voltage pulsewidth as short as 200 ns of negative polarity shows the possibility to attain almost 90 percent deSO_x and deNO_x efficiency at the specific discharge input of 20 J/g, which is almost the same as the specific input in the electron-beam process; 3) the deNO_x characteristics show a little temperature dependence in the range of 70 to 130°C, but the deSO_x efficiency increases rapidly in the temperature region below 100°C suggesting the thermochemical dependence of deSO_x reaction; 4) when desulfurization and denitrification proceed, the white dendritic powder deposits on the plasma reactor whose composition is identified to be 49 mol% (NH₄)₂SO₄ and 47 mol% of 2NH₄NO₃ · (NH₄)₂SO₄, and the ratio of SO₂, NO and NH₃ of the deposit is almost equal to that of supplied gas.     

电子电气设备的熔断器、断路器保护

纯铜双层辉光离子渗钛组织形成机理及性能分析

采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术对纯铜进行了渗钛处理。用配有能谱仪(EDS)的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对合金层的显微组织形貌、钛含量分布、相组成及相结构类型进行了观察与测定，对合金层的形成机理进行了探讨，并对其性能进行了对比测定。结果表明：渗钛层由合金层和扩散层组成，合金层主要由TiCu (Cu)固溶体 TiCu4构成，TiCu4为Dla型有序相，TiCu为B2型有序相，扩散层为(Cu)固溶体。渗钛处理后纯铜的表面得到显著强化。     

Thermally stimulated discharge current studies in pure and fe-doped polystyrene films

Studies were made on the thermally stimulated discharge currents (TSDCs) in pure (undoped) and Fe-doped polystyrene films as a function of polarizing field, polarizing temperature and dopant concentration. While undoped films exhibited a single peak, doped films showed two peaks one at low temperatures and another at high temperatures. The low temperature peak, which exhibits a shift towards lower temperatures with increasing dopant concentration, is attributed to the relaxation of the main chain, while the high temperature peak, which shows a tendency to shift towards higher temperatures with dopant concentration, is due to space charge polarization. The TSDCs were higher for low dopant concentrations than their undoped counterparts, while for high concentrations of the dopant, the TSDCs decreased. Formation of charge transfer complexes at low dopant concentrations and molecular aggregates at higher dopant concentrations are suggested as the possible reasons for this behaviour.
