一种水下控制爆破及开挖基础孔方法

在水下建筑工程中，往往采用围堰断流的方法，完成后再把围堰拆除，但有些工程不允许或无法断流，因而水下爆破开挖是人们关注和研究的课题。本文介绍温州瓯江泵站进水口扩建工程，即在不停水的情况下，完成爆破清碴，基础孔开挖的工程实例。     

The dynamics and dangers of entitlement.

Excessive entitlement can accompany a range of other problems presented by patients encountered in psychotherapy. In its problematic form it is conceptualized here as having roots in emotional deprivation in childhood, especially when the child was used as a narcissistic extension by parents. This "special" role becomes a learned attitude and behavior and a refuge and defense against the hurt, shame, and fear resulting from this experience. Anger and vindictiveness provoked by this coercion and deprivation can reach dangerous, murderous proportions, with defensive entitlement demanding redress and revenge. A journalistic account illustrative of these unfortunate consequences is provided and interpreted. Psychodynamic treatment of excessive entitlement in an obsessive-compulsive patient, using an object relations approach, is described. 缺少投影角度与时变物体断层重建的外推恢复正弦图方法

本文针对缺少投影角度及物体时变这两类缺损投影数据问题，在分析了限宽间区域及限频域图像的雷当变换的若干性质基础上，分别导出基于最小均方误差准则的外推公式，从而得到完整的正弦图的最佳估计，基于这一外推所得的正弦图，可以利用传统的断层重建方法对物体进行重建，本文给出了外推公式的推导过程有其求解的迭代算法，计算机模拟结果显示了这一技术的有效性。

Visualization and quantification of vesicle trafficking on a three-dimensional cytoskeleton network in living cells

Recent progress in biology and microscopy has made it possible to acquire multidimensional data on rapid cellular activities. Unfortunately, the data analysis needed to describe the observed biological process still remains a major bottleneck. We here present a novel method of studying membrane trafficking by monitoring vesicular structures moving along a three-dimensional cytoskeleton network. It allows the dynamics of such structures to be qualitatively and quantitatively investigated. Our tracking method uses kymogram analysis to extract the consistent part of the temporal information and to allow the meaningful representation of vesicle dynamics. A fully automatic extension of this method, together with a statistical tool for dynamic comparisons, allows the precise analysis and comparison of overall speed distributions and directions. It can handle typical complex situations, such as a dense set of vesicles moving at various velocities, fusing and dissociating with each other or with other cell compartments. The overall approach has been characterized and validated on synthetic data. We chose the Rab6A protein, a GTPase involved in the regulation of intracellular membrane trafficking, as a molecular model. The application of our method to GFP-Rab6A stable cells acquired using fast four-dimensional deconvolution video-microscopy gives considerable cellular dynamic information unreachable using other techniques.     

Investigation of the Heterogeneity of Disruptive Behaviour in Elementary-Age Children.

We evaluated parent and teacher ratings of a large sample (N=1579) of elementary-school children in Canada to determine how different conceptualizations of disruptive behaviour are co-related and related to other measures of functioning. Parent and teacher ratings were consistent, and suggested three separate but correlated aspects of disruptive behaviour in children: (1) reactive/oppositional behaviour, (2) proactive/callous behaviour; and (3) inattention-impulsive-overactive behaviour. These were uniquely and significantly related to DSM-IV diagnostic scores and to other measure of impairment, indicating that they measure distinct aspects of disruptive behaviour in children. Detection of moving object by mobile stereo omnidirectional system (SOS)

Moving object detection with a mobile image sensor is an important task in robotics and computer vision, when considering the practical use of robotics in human environments. In this paper, we propose a robust method that detects moving objects in the environment using the omnidirectional depth information obtained by a mobile Stereo Omnidirectional System (SOS). In order to detect only the moving objects within the depth image that are obtained by a sensor in motion, we first estimate the ego‐motion of the sensor, and generate a predicted depth image for the current time from the depth obtained at the previous time by only considering the ego‐motion of the sensor. Then the predicted depth image is compared with the actual one obtained at the current time, and the inconsistent regions are detected as moving objects. When the sensor moves, occlusions will occur in the scene and they will cause false detections. However, these false detections can be suppressed by estimating the occlusion regions using the ego‐motion parameters of the sensor and the jump edges in the depth image. The effectiveness of the method is shown with experimental results for a real environment. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Apparatus and Method for Checking the Reception Indicators of Global Navigational Satellite Systems

Methods and equipment are described for measuring the parameters of radio-navigational apparatus and for checking it at different stages of its development and production. Several components in the error of measuring the coordinates and the spatial orientation of an object are considered.
