多房地产市场主体对市场变化的反应测度框架

房地产市场的波动和运行机制,一直是学者和政府部门考虑的核心问题。过去对市场的研究往往是在宏观层面去把握,包括政策的影响以及关键指标的检测等。随着计算机仿真技术的发展,多智能体仿真（Multi-Agent Simulation,MAS）技术使得个体之间复杂的变化造成的影响出现了探索的可能。基于MAS 技术,通过对房地产市场主体的决策流程进行仿真刻画,将房地产市场的研究延伸到了微观领域。同时,利用深圳市住户调查的调研数据,利用行为概率模型建模,解决了其中一个构建模块的问题,展示了该仿真过程的可能性。     

Bioactivity of propolis from Santiago del Estero, Argentina, related to their chemical composition

Propolis, an extremely complex resinous material gathered by honeybees from various plant sources, exhibits valuable pharmacological and biological properties attributed to the presence of polyphenols. This study examined the antibacterial, antiradical and antioxidant activities of propolis from different provenances and correlated the values with total levels of polyphenolic compounds and flavonoids. Besides, individual contents of those polyphenols with antioxidant ability were determined and related with their bioactivity. Analyzed samples presented a noticeable variability in their antioxidant and antiradical activities, although, linear relationships were found between them and also between polyphenol and flavonoid total levels. Propolis antiradical and protective abilities against lipid oxidation are related to its high levels of polyphenols, but their correlations with individual active-compound contents were not simple. Antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus of the samples presented low variability. This bioactivity is assigned to pinocembrin, present in high concentrations in all the samples studied. Good correlation was found between such activity and pinocembrin content. Linear relationships between antibacterial activity and polyphenol and flavonoid total levels were also found.     

Synthesis and antioxidant activity of selected 4-methylcoumarins

A series of selected 4-methylcoumarins (4-methyl-2H-1-benzopyran-2-ones) were synthesised and tested for radical-scavenging ability using the stable 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical, and for reducing power ability with a test based on the reduction of ferric to ferrous cation. All studied compounds showed activity comparable to Trolox (6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxylic acid), an already known antioxidant, which is used as standard in most of the testing methods. Observations from the study were made with regard to structural features that regulated the behaviour of the compounds. The antioxidant activity of some 4-methylcoumarin representatives is presented here for the first time and extends our knowledge of the range of valuable biological activities and possible roles in therapy and for food preservation associated with this group of compounds.     

一种基于周期模型的物联网实体实时预测方法

对物联网中实体的海量数据进行分析处理成为了物联网应用层发展的基础,很多应用场合需要对物联网实体状态进行预测。物联网中的实体状态具有强实时性和高动态性,通过判断物联网实体的周期模式采用合理的预测模型,对特定时间段建立时间窗口,预测出实体状态的概率值。该预测方法耗时短,能在2~4s给出预测结果,且准确度高,能与实际相符合,对物联网应用层的决策分析起到了很好的指示作用。     

Prototype Platforms for Distributed Agreements

We present a prototype application for coordinating distributed agreements in multi-parties negotiations, where participants can dynamically join ongoing negotiations and where participants know only those parties they have interacted with. Our prototype is tailored to Ad-Hoc network scenarios involving the assignment of tasks for a rescue team operating over disaster areas. Our application is based on asynchronous communication and it exploits the d2pc protocol for committing or aborting a negotiation. Parties have been developed both in Jocaml+Perl and Polyphonic C^{entities/266f.gif" alt="musical sharp" title="musical sharp" border="0">}. The implementation of the commit protocol allows components of both types to participate within the same negotiation.
