广东省农业用水定额编制概述

将广东省分为6个灌溉用水定额分区,并选定20个典型县,通过对各分区主要粮食作物、蔬菜、果树等灌溉用水定额进行调查,统计分析得出了各分区以水稻、薯类等为主的粮食作物,以叶菜、瓜果、椒类等为主的蔬菜和以香蕉、荔枝、龙眼等为主的果树等的农业灌溉用水定额。     

Direct Measurement of Transformation Zone Strains in Toughened Zirconia

Residual strains responsible for crack tip shielding have been measured within transformation zones surrounding cracks in Mg-PSZ. Two techniques were used for strain measurement: moiré interferometry and high-resolution image matching. Both methods provide maps of differential in-plane displacements within the specimen surface intersected by the crack, the latter method with the higher resolution. The results are compared with finite-element analysis to assess surface relaxation effects, and the measured strains are used to evaluate the crack tip shielding stress intensity factor. Calculations based on the assumption that the unconstrained transformation strain is hydrostatic dilatation yielded results that were significantly smaller than the measured toughness increases.     

Crack–Tip Toughness of a Soft Lead Zirconate Titanate

Crack–opening displacement (COD) measurements were performed on a commercial lead zirconate titanate (PZT). The intrinsic fracture toughness (or crack–tip toughness) of this material was determined using a new evaluation procedure, which takes into account the near–tip CODs and complete crack profile CODs. The crack–tip toughness K _I0 was determined from an extrapolation of COD data obtained at various loading stages, thus avoiding the complications caused by subcritical crack growth in PZT. Results for plane strain and plane stress condition are presented.     

G.723.1编解码器在TMS320C50上的优化实现

数字信号处理器在语音编解码中得到广泛应用。在简要介绍TMS320C50定点DSP芯片和ITU-T G.723.1语音编解码算法后,详细讨论了G.723.1在TMS320C50上的实现及其技术要点,主要是内存安排、算法和代码优化、数据精度等。设计的编解码器通过了ITU-T G.723.1标准测试数据测试,占用内存资源较少,并具备较高的编解码速度。     

我国区域固定资产投资效率的DEA分析

利用DEA分析的C2R模型和C2GS2模型对全国31个省市区固定资产投资的技术有效性和规模有效性进行了实证测度,根据测度结果把全国31个省市区划分为不同类型,指出了各种类型固定资产投资的特点,提出了提高其投资效率的对策措施。
