一个有效的圆片规模布局算法

本文提出了一个圆片规模布局算法，它是国外一个相应算法的改进形式，区别在于利用力定向布局法的方式不同。在相对位置阶段，该算法利用布局的层次特性将需确定所有电路元件相对位置的问题缩减至仅需确定宏电路元件相对位置的问题；在实际位置阶段，采用分治策略和取消前阶段层次划分的方式回避了需确定任意元实际位置的问题．其时间复杂度远低于国外相应算法．     

A BOUNDARY INTEGRAL EQUATION AND ITS NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF POTENTIAL FLOW AROUND SURFACE-IRREGULA-RITIES

In this paper,using complex functional theory,the authors turn the potentialflow around the surface irregularities in a pressure conduit and semi-infinite platforms intoDirichlet problem.Based on Schwarz formula and by the application of Plemelj's formula,theauthors change the problem into the integration of a Cauchy boundary integral equation in theflow plane through the substitution of variables.Using numerical integration,the authors obtainthe velocity distribution and pressure coefficient along surface irregularities and platforms.Thephysical concept of this method is clear,the convergent speed is rapid and the computative effi-ciency is high.The calculated values agree well with the measured results.It is an effective andsimple method in solving potential flow.     

国外模拟IC的发展现状分析

本文主要根据电子整机的发展要求,从集成化、高性能和高可靠等三方面分析国外模似IC的发展,进而说明模拟IC总的发展趋势及其表现。最后指出,模拟IC正面临一个新的变革时期。     

Application of Galerkin Method to Dynamical Behavior of Viscoelastic Timoshenko Beam with Finite Deformation

The motion equations governing the dynamical behavior of a viscoelasticTimoshenko beam with finite deformation are derived and simplified byGalerkin method. The viscoelastic material is assumed to obey thethree-dimensional fractional derivative constitutive relation. Thedynamical behaviors of the simplified systems with order 1 and order 2are numerically computed and compared by using the computational methodpresented by the authors. The dynamical behaviors of the systems areuniform qualitatively, but there is a little deviation quantitatively.And the truncated system with order 1 is safer than the one of order 2.It is also shown that the lower order system is reasonable. Theinfluences of the load parameter and the fractional derivative parameter(material parameter) on the deflection of the beam are consideredrespectively. The numerical methods in nonlinear dynamics, such as phasediagram, and Poincaré section, are applied to reveal dynamical behaviorsof the nonlinear viscoelastic Timoshenko beam. There are plenty ofdynamical behaviors, such as periodicity, bifurcation, quasi-periodicityand chaos in the dynamical system.     

基于精细积分法的干摩擦隔振系统稳定性的研究

本文利用摩擦隔振系统的计算模型，建立了系统的动力学方程，在此基础上，对干摩擦隔振系统的稳定性问题进行了分析，同时将精细积分法引入了求解过程，提高了计算的精度，并给出了相应的数值例题，本文的工作可为工程应用提供必要的计算依据。     

产品数据管理系统数据库设计

工程数据库EDB（Engineering Database），是工程设计及制造领域中相互有关的数据所组成的集合，本文在详细分析工程数据库的特点及其实现方式的基础上，结合SF－PDM数据库设计，深入讨论了使用UML进行数据库概念设计和逻辑设计的方法与步骤，总结介绍了SF－PDM数据库物理设计的思路与相关实现过程。     

塔里木盆地塔中沙漠区高分辨率地震勘探效果

塔中沙漠区地表被北东—南西向条带状沙层所覆盖,地形起伏剧烈,松散沙层厚度变化巨大,给地震资料采集、处理、解释带来了很大的困难。通过联合攻关,从地震波激发能量下传和反射波接收的研究入手,实现了全部潜水面以下激发,因地制宜、避高就低埋置检波器优化观测系统;针对该区石炭系和志留系低幅度构造、薄储层圈闭难以落实,奥陶系内幕地震资料反射波能量弱、信噪比低、叠加成像困难等问题,开展了沙丘对地震波吸收衰减分析和补偿技术、地表一致性处理技术、多域迭代静校正技术、精细速度场模型确立和偏移成像等配套技术的研究开发与应用。从而极大地改善了塔中沙漠区地震资料的品质,使中深层的石炭系、志留系、奥陶系对应的地震剖面主频从18～20Hz提高到36～40Hz;形成了塔中沙漠区油气勘探技术系列,精细刻画了塔中Ⅰ号带,锁定了油气勘探目标,推动了台盆区油气勘探再掀新高潮。     

中兴一体化电源的应用

当前,国际市场上有些国家提出一体化电源系统的需求,对传统的通信电源系统的组成提出新的要求。本文主要描述通信电源的组成及在通信机房内应用方式的改变,并阐述应用方式变化的主要原因及未来发展趋势。     

河流二维水质模型与地理信息系统的集成研究

根据水质预测、管理的不同需求,提出基于二维对流扩散方程的三种水质计算模式:连续点源排放水质模型,瞬时点源排放水质模型,有限体积法求解的数值解水质模型。基于MO进行GIS系统的组件式开发,实现了GIS平台下河势贴体河道二维正交网格的自动生成,解决了二维水体的空间网格离散问题。在此基础上,将三种类型的二维水质模型模块与GIS平台集成,以更好满足水质预测与管理在水质模型计算方式选取、计算精度与实现效率等方面的需求。
