基于小波基优化和动态比特分配的数字音频压缩编码方案

提出了一种新颖的基于自适应小波基优化选择和心理声学模型相结合的数字音频信号的透明质量编码方法，保证固定失真水平上使每帧信号的变换系数的动态分配的比特数最少，并且利用动态码本的方法来消除音频信号的统计冗余，进一步压缩比特率，对于抽样率为４４．１ｋＨｚ每样值用１６比特线性码表示的光盘单声道音乐信号可以压缩到６４ｋＢＰＳ左右。     

牵引链强度的模糊可靠度计算方法研究

利用最大应力和最小极限应力的概念 ,建立了机械强度的模糊可靠性设计理论 ,依据此理论 ,对刮板输送机牵引链强度的模糊可靠性设计问题进行了研究 ,并附有应用实例。     

The costs and benefits of tonal centers for chord processing.

Harmonic priming studies have shown that a musical context, with its established tonal center, influences target chord processing. This study investigated costs and benefits of priming tonal centers for target processing by adding a baseline condition (sequences without a specific tonal center). Results confirmed harmonic priming, with faster processing for related than for unrelated and less related targets (tonic chord, out-of-key chord, subdominant chord). Comparing targets in baseline contexts with targets in sequences with well-established tonal centers revealed a benefit of processing for related targets but a cost of processing for unrelated and less related targets. Findings are discussed in terms of tonal knowledge activation and suggest that an activated tonal center gives rise to strong expectations for the tonic. 模糊聚类在三维地震参数处理中的应用

三维地震参数是一个庞大的三维数据体，能从不同侧面反映储集层的特征。通过对三维地震参数的分析，可以评估油藏表征的参数（沉积相、构造、生长历史、流体饱和度等）。针对传统的聚类方法不能很好地综合考虑各个参数之间的相似程度，提出了用模糊C-均值聚类（fuzzy c-means clustering，简称FCM）对三维地震参数进行处理。从三维地震参数和油藏表征参数之间的关系出发，采用模糊C-均值聚类方法对三维地震参数进行处理，依此评估油藏表征的参数。测试结果表明，模糊C-均值聚类方法能够对三维地震参数进行较为准确的分类，并为储集层的研究提供了很好的依据。     

钻井企业技术创新评价模型研究

随着中国钻井企业改革的深化和市场经济的不断发展完善，在中国钻井企业中将会出现技术创新的热潮。以当前钻井企业所面临的问题与挑战为背景，根据近年来国内外技术创新与评价理论的最新研究成果，结合当前钻井企业技术创新的实际，构建了钻井企业技术创新评价指标体系，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建了钻井企业的技术创新评价模型，并进行了实例分析。     

You said it before and you'll say it again: Expectations of consistency in communication.

Repeated reference creates strong expectations in addressees that a speaker will continue to use the same expression for the same object. The authors investigate the root reason for these expectations by comparing a cooperativeness-based account (Grice, 1975) with a simpler consistency-based account. In two eye-tracking experiments, the authors investigated the expectations underlying the effect of precedents on comprehension. The authors show that listeners expect speakers to be consistent in their use of expressions even when these expectations cannot be motivated by the assumption of cooperativeness. The authors conclude that though this phenomenon seems to be motivated by cooperativeness, listeners' expectation that speakers be consistent in their use of expressions is governed by a general expectation of consistency. 环境资源负外部性与产权理论的新进展

环境资源共有产权的特性使得社会成员只能通过自身感知和理解确定对环境资源的产权边界，并且产权的实施是非排他的，所以与环境资源有关的负外部性较其他具有直接因果关系的外部性特殊。在治理这类负外部性的过程中，产权理论也有了新的发展。本文从分析环境资源产权的特殊性入手，对于产权弱化、产权分割、创建新产权和自愿合作基础上认知产权调整等负外部性内部化理论进行了分析。     

论高校的创新性学习

创新性学习是针对传统教育忽视大学生的创新意识和创新能力，知识经济对创新人才的呼唤而提出来的。本文阐述了创新性学习的特点，分析了大学生进行创新性学习应具备的四个条件，并就高校开展创造性学习应注意的四个方面提出了看法。     

一个安全有效的身份鉴别协议与对应的数字签名方案

本文利用二元一次不定方程和Schnorr身份鉴别协议，构造出一个新的身份鉴别协议，该协议在RSA问题和离散对数问题是难解的假设下是安全的，同时给出了所对应的数字签名方案。     

Linear interpolation in a fuzzy information space

An approach to solving a linear interpolation problem in a fuzzy information space is proposed. Two different schemes of interpolation are outlined: a heuristic one, based on the geometrical interpretation of operations, and an optimization one, based on the expansion principle.
