提升水资源利用效率,减轻水资源短缺对经济社会发展产生的约束,是实现水资源与经济社会和谐发展的有力支撑。尝试将DEA视窗分析方法应用于水资源利用效率研究,结合超效率DEA模型,探究黄河流域九省区在全面小康社会建设进程中水资源利用效率时空演变特征,在此基础上,通过Malmquist指数分解效率变动的内在原因,并引用空间匹配度计算方法,研究水资源利用效率与全面小康相对水平匹配程度。研究发现:九省区2012—2018年水资源利用效率总体呈增加趋势,水资源利用水平具有显著空间差异性;九省区水资源利用效率的提升主要得益于技术进步TC,制约水资源利用效率提升的主要因素是综合技术效率EC;水资源利用效率与全面小康相对水平的匹配程度呈现出较强的地区差异,部分省区两者动态协同性较差,其中,宁夏需要同时提升水资源利用水平和经济社会发展水平,陕西需要提升水资源利用水平,内蒙古需要提升经济社会发展水平。  相似文献

引入无概率分布的区间数表示不确定性影响范围,选取经济效益、供需水效率和COD排放量分别构建经济目标、社会目标和环境目标优化函数,构建了玉环市不确定性模糊多目标规划(IFMOP)水资源配置模型,并计算了不确定性解集。结果表明:IFMOP配置计算成果可实现玉环市区域水量水质协调高效利用和社会-经济-生态系统均衡发展;在75%来水保证率下各行业配置总水量不确定性范围为14 375万~15 154万m3。IFMOP水资源配置模型在信息不充分的条件下能够全面使用各类数据信息进行水资源配置,更好地满足水资源在各行业配置过程中的动态管理需求。  相似文献

利用考虑多维产出的零和收益-数据包络分析(ZSG-DEA)模型测算2000—2017年中国大陆31个省级行政区(以下简称省)在水资源污染排放总量固定下的污染综合分配效率及生产、生活与生态3个维度的产出效率,并基于效率最大化原则对2017年各省污染排放额度进行调整。结果表明:31个省污染综合分配效率的平均值由2000年的0.322上升至2017年的0.364,生产维度产出效率是拉动污染综合分配效率提升的主要动力;2000—2017年31个省污染综合分配效率的平均值为0.341,生态产出过量与生活维度产出不足导致污染综合分配效率处于较低水平;污染综合分配效率、生态维度产出效率与生活维度产出效率受经济发展水平影响较小,而生产维度产出效率受经济发展水平影响较大;污染综合分配效率分布由大到小为东部、西部、中部,生产维度产出效率分布由大到小为东部、中部、西部,生态维度产出效率分布由大到小为西部、中部、东部,生活维度产出效率分布由大到小为西部、东部、中部;各省污染排放调整额度与污染综合分配效率呈正相关关系,北京、天津、上海、浙江、青海与西藏等20个效率较高的省可增加污染排放额度,河北、安徽、河南、江西与湖北等11个效率较低的省需降低污染排放额度。  相似文献

3D human pose estimation in motion is a hot research direction in the field of computer vision. However, the performance of the algorithm is affected by the complexity of 3D spatial information, self-occlusion of human body, mapping uncertainty and other problems. In this paper, we propose a 3D human joint localization method based on multi-stage regression depth network and 2D to 3D point mapping algorithm. First of all, we use a single RGB image as the input, through the introduction of heatmap and multi-stage regression to constantly optimize the coordinates of human joint points. Then we input the 2D joint points into the mapping network for calculation, and get the coordinates of 3D human body joint points, and then to complete the 3D human body pose estimation task. The MPJPE of the algorithm in Human3.6 M dataset is 40.7. The evaluation of dataset shows that our method has obvious advantages.  相似文献

Key areas of robot agility include methods that increase capability and flexibility of industrial robots and facilitate robot re-tasking. Manual guidance can achieve robot agility effectively, provided that a safe and smooth interaction is guaranteed when the user exerts an external force on the end effector. We approach this by designing an adaptive admittance law that can adjust its parameters to modify the robot compliance in critical areas of the workspace, such as near and on configuration singularities, joint limits, and workspace limits, for a smooth and safe operation. Experimental validation was done with two tests: a constraint activation test and a 3D shape tracing task. In the first one, we validate the proper response to constraints and in the second one, we compare the proposed approach with different admittance parameter tuning strategies using a drawing task where the user is asked to guide the robot to trace a 3D profile with an accuracy or speed directive and evaluate performance considering path length error and execution time as metrics, and a questionnaire for user perception. Results show that appropriate response to individual and simultaneous activation of the aforementioned constraints for a safe and intuitive manual guidance interaction is achieved and that the proposed parameter tuning strategy has better performance in terms of accuracy, execution time, and subjective evaluation of users.  相似文献

This is the second part of a two-part review of human error identification (HEI) approaches in human reliability assessment (HRA). Part 1 reviewed the probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) context in which HRA occurs, and then detailed 12 HEI techniques which have evolved in the field of HRA. Part 2 attempts to compare the way these techniques perform against a range of criteria relevant to HEI theoretical and empirical validity, and practical usefulness in applied HRA. It is hoped that these comparisons will help assessors in the selection of techniques for practical applications. A policy is more likely to be economically efficient when its costs and benefits fall on the same group, but politicians can allocate costs and benefits to different groups within their jurisdictional commons. This article examines the distribution of costs and benefits from desalination projects using examples from San Diego, Almería and Riyadh. The examples illustrate how mismatches between costs and benefits can persist or change as politicians adjust the policy portfolio to balance inefficiency and political risk.  相似文献

The effectiveness of an active shutter-glasses stereoscopic display (SD) and a passive polarised SD was evaluated in a live robot-teleoperation task and a simulated indirect-vision driving task in various terrains. Overall, participants completed their tasks significantly faster with the SDs in three-dimensional (3D) mode than with the SDs in the baseline 2D mode. They also navigated more accurately with the SDs in 3D mode. When the effectiveness of the two types of SDs was examined separately, results showed that the active shutter-glasses SD resulted in faster responses and task completion times than the passive polarised SD, though most of the differences failed to reach statistical significance. Perceived workload when interacting with the two SD systems did not differ significantly between the active versus passive display types or between the 3D and 2D modes of operation; however, participants reported more severe discomfort after interacting with the passive polarised SD.  相似文献

Providing an easy ingress–egress (I/E) movement remains a challenge for car designers. I/E has been largely studied in kinematics, but not in dynamics. This study proposes: (1) to evaluate and describe the motor torques developed in the lower limbs and lumbar joints during I/E motions and (2) to analyse the influence of the car geometry and subject anthropometry. An experiment was performed to observe 15 subjects of three anthropometrical groups getting in and out of a car mock-up simulating three different vehicle configurations. Motor torques were extracted using an inverse dynamics analysis. Both ingress and egress motions were primarily characterised by large torques. Overall, the taller a subject and the lower the seat of the vehicle were, the larger the peak torques were. Moreover, peak torques were higher for egress than ingress. These results are discussed in regard to the current knowledge on I/E ergonomics.  相似文献
