在二相混合式步进电机数学模型的基础上,针对电机低速运行时的振动和噪声过大的问题,研究了正弦脉宽调制细分驱动技术,开发出一种新型的基于单片机的多细分二相混合式步进电机驱动器。该系统主要分为数字控制部分、GAL片逻辑综合信号处理单元、SG3525恒流控制电路、驱动功放电路、过流保护及反馈电路和系统供电电源模块等。系统采用专用集成芯片和可编程逻辑器件,以8位单片机AT89C2051为控制核心,实现恒流控制、正/反转运行、过流保护和多档位细分等功能。实验结果表明,系统硬件和软件设计合理可行,各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。 相似文献

and originated potential applications in many fields. However,mobile P2P networks are subject to the limitations of transmission
range, and highly dynamic and unpredictable network topology, giving rise to many new challenges for efficient information
retrieval. In this paper, we propose an automatic and economical hybrid information retrieval approach based on cooperative
cache. In this method, the region covered by a mobile P2P network is partitioned into subregions, each of which is identified
by a unique ID and known to all peers. All the subregions then constitute a mobile Kademlia (MKad) network. The proposed hybrid
retrieval approach aims to utilize the floodingbased and Distributed Hash Table (DHT)-based schemes in MKad for indexing and
searching according to the designed utility functions. To further facilitate information retrieval, we present an effective
cache update method by considering all relevant factors. At the same time, the combination of two different methods for cache
update is also introduced. One of them is pull based on time stamp including two different pulls: an on-demand pull and a
periodical pull, and the other is a push strategy using update records. Furthermore, we provide detailed mathematical analysis
on the cache hit ratio of our approach. Simulation experiments in NS-2 showed that the proposed approach is more accurate

Electron–phonon interactions play an essential role in charge transport and transfer processes in semiconductors. For most structures, tailoring electron–phonon interactions for specific functionality remains elusive. Here, it is shown that, in hybrid perovskites, coherent phonon modes can be used to manipulate charge transfer. In the 2D double perovskite, (AE2T)2AgBiI8 (AE2T: 5,5“-diylbis(amino-ethyl)-(2,2”-(2)thiophene)), the valence band maximum derived from the [Ag0.5Bi0.5I4]2– framework lies in close proximity to the AE2T-derived HOMO level, thereby forming a type-II heterostructure. During transient absorption spectroscopy, pulsed excitation creates sustained coherent phonon modes, which periodically modulate the associated electronic levels. Thus, the energy offset at the organic–inorganic interface also oscillates periodically, providing a unique opportunity for modulation of interfacial charge transfer. Density-functional theory corroborates the mechanism and identifies specific phonon modes as likely drivers of the coherent charge transfer. These observations are a striking example of how electron–phonon interactions can be used to manipulate fundamentally important charge and energy transfer processes in hybrid perovskites. 相似文献

Flexible transparent supercapacitors (FTSs) have aroused considerable attention. Nonetheless, balancing energy storage capability and transparency remains challenging. Herein, a new type of FTSs with both excellent energy storage and superior transparency is developed based on PEDOT:PSS/MXene/Ag grid ternary hybrid electrodes. The hybrid electrodes can synergistically utilize the high optoelectronic properties of Ag grids, the excellent capacitive performance of MXenes, and the superior chemical stability of PEDOT:PSS, thus, simultaneously demonstrating excellent optoelectronic properties (T: ≈89%, Rs: ≈39 Ω sq−1), high areal specific capacitance, superior mechanical softness, and excellent anti-oxidation capability. Due to the excellent comprehensive performances of the hybrid electrodes, the resulting FTSs exhibit both high optical transparency (≈71% and ≈60%) and large areal specific capacitance (≈3.7 and ≈12 mF cm−2) besides superior energy storage capacity (P: 200.93, E: 0.24 µWh cm−2). Notably, the FTSs show not only excellent energy storage but also exceptional sensing capability, viable for human activity recognition. This is the first time to achieve FTSs that combine high transparency, excellent energy storage and good sensing all-in-one, which make them stand out from conventional flexible supercapacitors and promising for next-generation smart flexible energy storage devices. 相似文献

Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) materials have received increasing attention in recent years. Amongst various CPL materials, circularly polarized phosphorescence (CPP) materials featuring long life-time represent a novel research frontier and exhibit promising applications in various fields. Herein, the state-of-the-art advances of CPP materials are systematically summarized, as classified into transition metal complexes, organic small molecules, polymers, and organic/inorganic hybrid materials. Besides, the recent applications of CPP materials in organic light-emitting diodes and encryption display are also summarized. Furthermore, the current challenges and future perspectives are put forward. It is expected that this review will offer more inspirations for the future rational design of advanced CPP materials, thus further promoting their future practical applications. 相似文献
