The future of green electronics possessing great strength and toughness proves to be a promising area of research in this technologically advanced society. This work develops the first fully bendable and malleable toughened polylactic acid (PLA) green composite by incorporating a multifunctional polyhydroxybutyrate rubber copolymer filler that acts as an effective nucleating agent to accelerate PLA crystallization and performs as a dynamic plasticizer to generate massive polymer chain movement. The resultant biocomposite exhibits a 24‐fold and 15‐fold increment in both elongation and toughness, respectively, while retaining its elastic modulus at >3 GPa. Mechanism studies show the toughening effect is due to an amalgamation of massive shear yielding, crazing, and nanocavitation in the highly dense PLA matrix. Uniquely distinguished from the typical flexible polymer that stretches and recovers, this biocomposite is the first report of PLA that can be “bend, twist, turn, and fold” at room temperature and exhibit excellent mechanical robustness even after a 180° bend, attributes to the highly interconnected polymer network of innumerable nanocavitation complemented with an extensively unified fibrillar bridge. Educational institutions showing interest to find the opinion of the students about their course and the instructors to enhance the teaching-learning process. For this, most research uses sentiment analysis to track students’ behavior. Traditional sentence-level sentiment analysis focuses on the whole sentence sentiment. Previous studies show that the sentiments alone are not enough to observe the feeling of the students because different words express different sentiments in a sentence. There is a need to extract the targets in a given sentence which helps to find the sentiment towards those targets. Target extraction is the subtask of targeted sentiment analysis. In this paper, we proposed the innovative model to find the targets of the given sentence using Bi-Integrated Conditional Random Fields (CRF). A Parallel fusion neural network model is designed to perform this task. We evaluate the model using the Michigan dataset and we build a dataset for target extraction from student reviews. In the present study, a coal‐integrated gasification combined cycle power plant is simulated. A high‐ash coal and low‐ash coal are considered to compare the performance of the plant. The combined cycle is in typical commercial size with 450 MW capacity. The feeds are Tabas and Illinois #6 coals which approximately contain more than 30% and 10% ash and have higher heating values of 22.7 MJ/kg and 26.8 MJ/kg, respectively. Energy and exergy analyses are done by aspen plus ® and ees , respectively. Energy analysis shows that the overall efficiencies of power plants using high‐ash and low‐ash coals are 33% and 28%, respectively. The result shows that in high‐ash case, 52 kg/s coal, 10 kg/s water, and 1050 kg/s air and in low‐ash case, 48 kg/s coal and 820 kg/s air are required for providing mentioned power, approximately. Exergy analysis shows that maximum exergy destruction is in heat recovery steam generator unit. Investigating the emissions shows that high percent of ash in the coal composition has slight effects on the IGCC pollution. Finally, from thermodynamic viewpoint, it is concluded that the high‐ash coal, like the conventional one, can be used as thermally efficient and environmentally compatible feed of IGCCs. A network prototype for integrated production-distribution planning with non-multi-functional plants
This paper proposes a two-echelon network prototype for integrated production and distribution planning where non-multi-functional plants supply multiple types of products with limited quantities to the customers via capacitated warehouses. Four variations of the prototype, formulated as individual mixed integer programming models, are solved using the branch and bound algorithms by numerical experiments to examine the cost implications of production-distribution strategies involving single-sourcing constraints on different levels of the supply chain. Further discussions on the practicality and versatility of the proposed prototype (i.e. its ability to consider different facility locations, specialised capabilities of individual plants, safety stock levels and demand characteristics) illustrate the usefulness of the prototype to industry practitioners when making strategic and/or tactical decisions. 相似文献

This paper presents a methodology for the testing of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) in IEC 61850-based substation automation systems (SAS), without any service interruption to the end users, during the testing process. IEC 61850-based SAS provides opportunities for a new level of substation operation, enhancing operating efficiency, and protection reliability based on Ethernet-based communication networks. Due to these changes to the conventional substations, importance and dependency on IEDs is increasing rapidly. Frequency of faults occurring in the power systems is random in nature and is unpredictable. It is necessary to test and maintain the IEDs to ensure their proper operation at crucial times. This paper presents a novel methodology for testing the IEDs, without compromising the service reliability during the testing process. The proposed methodology exploits the inherit characteristics of IEC 61850 standard i.e. Network - based communication, interchangeability between multivendor IEDs, and engineering based on substation configuration language (SCL) files. The feasibility and robustness of the proposed method has been verified by performing several performance verification tests with different performance metrics. 相似文献
