水库坝基综合地球物理勘察技术与应用

水库坝基地质条件关系到大坝建设质量,其前期的勘察工程至关重要。目前,利用物探与钻探工程相配合,可以获得坝基土岩介质较为丰富的勘察资料。结合地震折射波和并行电法对新建水库坝基进行勘察,确定了土层埋深、岩体风化带等特征参数,为坝基处理与施工提供可靠的依据。应用实践表明,利用综合物探方法可以提高对地质异常的判断能力,效果良好。     

接入网综合网管采集接口技术分析

接入网是城域骨干网业务接入控制点以下的二层接入网络,包括:DSLAM设备、LAN设备(汇聚交换机及接入交换机)、PON设备、MSAN设备及WLAN设备等。随着"光纤入户"、"宽带提速"和"三网融合"等一系列政策战略的推进,为了实现集约化管理的方针,需要一套面向整个接入网的综合网管系统,实现包括拓扑管理、配置管理、故障管理、性能管理、资源管理、测试诊断、安全管理、系统管理、运行分析、业务自动激活等功能。文章结合目前最新的分布式技术、数据库技术、采集技术及中国电信集团相关规范对接入网综合网管的采集接口及测试技术进行研究。     

Thermal stability and performance of optimized ZrCx diffusion barriers in ceramic coating systems for ATF applications

Surface-modified Zr alloy claddings with advanced ceramic coatings are promising materials for accident-tolerant fuel (ATF) systems to meet stringent safety regulations concerning light water reactors. The applications of ceramic coatings are, however, limited as a result of inferior thermal stability when used in conjunction with Zircaloy-4 (Zry-4) substrates. Herein, the thermal stability of sub-stoichiometric zirconium carbide barrier layers as a function of composition was studied. Integrated ceramic coatings comprising ZrC_0.55 diffusion barriers and a Cr₂AlC top layer were synthesized via a magnetron sputtering method. After rapid thermal annealing, the ZrC_0.55 barrier layer having a thickness of 0.5 μm effectively prevented the inter-diffusion between Cr₂AlC and the Zry-4 substrate, thereby ensuring retention of the structural integrity of the integrated ceramic coating system for ATF applications.     

A review on microwell and microfluidic geometric array fabrication techniques and its potential applications in cellular studies

The ability to trap precise quantities of cells or particles into confined areas has numerous applications for biological purposes. In particular, single cell trapping has received considerable attention because it permits the study of heterogeneity in a population, while trapping larger groups of cells have been used to form aggregates. Among several methods, the use of microwell offers a simple platform to capture cells or particles using hydrodynamic forces. This review examines the use of microwells in both static and microfluidic environments, and the application of microfluidic geometric arrays for trapping. This paper discusses the design and fabrication methods of microwells and compares the trapping and release techniques used in both static and microfluidics‐integrated microwells. Finally, we will summarize novel microfluidic geometric arrays used to capture cells or particles through hydrodynamic trapping.     

电动叉车用开关磁阻电机新型集成功率变换器

针对电动叉车用开关磁阻电机（SRM）制动过程中的能量回收问题,研究一种可实现多端口能量灵活转换的新型集成式功率变换器。新型集成式功率变换器采用交错并联双向DC/DC变换器作为传统SRM功率变换器的前端电路,可以在电动及发电模式之间灵活切换。采用超级电容与铅酸蓄电池混合储能,回收减速和下放货物的能量,实现再生制动,并用于加速和举升货物。仿真试验表明所设计新型集成式功率变换器能满足电动叉车频繁起停的要求,并可减小输入输出端的电流波纹,提高能量回收效率。     

PMAC多轴运动控制器应用研究

本文通过对PMAC多轴运动控制器应用方案的论述，介绍了利用PMAC构建一个机电一体化实验装置所需要的软硬件结构，以及构建系统的方法、解决手段和需要注意的事项。     

带钢热连轧中热卷箱的选用

分析了带钢热连轧中热卷箱的优势以及存在问题，并提出了选用热卷箱的综合评估方法，即应综合衡量建设场地、投资、轧制速度、轧制钢种、轧制节奏、节能降耗、轧件温度和表面质量等。     

开发冲模CAD/CAM系统新模式的研究

基于ＣＡＳＥ（ＣｏｍｐｕｔｅｒＡｉｄｅｄＳｏｆｔｗａｒｅＥｎｇｉｎｅｅｒｉｎｇ）技术原理和冲摸设计与制造过程的特点以及ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ技术原理，在文献［２］的研究基础上，提出并研制了一种面向最终用户能多快好省地开发具体冲模ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统的新模式：冲模ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统的集成开发平台，论述了平台的总体设计思想，体系结构和工作流程，并给出实现平台的关键技术问题     

引线框架材料C194x的组织性能分析

利用光镜、SEM和TEM等手段研究了热处理对合金微观组织的影响，通过测定应力-应变曲线、维氏硬度和电导率来研究合金的性能变化规律，并分析了材料组织性能变化的机理。     

面向Web服务的制造企业业务流程管理集成应用研究

本文在探讨现代制造企业对信息资源与技术的实际需求基础上，针对企业在信息系统架构方面形成的一个个“信息孤岛”，采用企业应用集成(EAI)方法和技术，提出面向分布式网络环境下基于Web服务的企业业务流程管理集成应用解决方案与实现途径，有力地促进了企业实现各种遗产系统与新的企业应用系统的集成，更进一步促进制造企业加速实现信息化工程。
