唐钢3500mm中厚板轧机轧制过程的轧件跟踪

介绍了唐山钢铁集团公司3500mm中厚板轧机采用的自主开发的二级计算机控制系统，其中的轧制过程轧件跟踪系统可根据检测仪表信号和控制信号对轧件进行跟踪，设有独立的Oracle跟踪用数据库以记录轧件信息，并通过人机界面对跟踪信息进行显示和跟踪修正，实现了轧制过程的自动跟踪。     

CO2焊接电弧瞬态信号的检测、显示和分析

采用Visual C^ 开发了一套信号采集、信号处理、实时显示的焊接电信号测试分析软件。该软件具有界面友好，简单易用的特点，包含了统计、微分等多种模块。利用这些模块可对CO2气保焊的熔滴过渡电弧特性进行分析，从而提取有价值的焊接电弧特性信息。     

Pre-annealing effect of electroless Ni−B deposit as a diffusion barrier for electroplated Cu electrodes

Ni−B film of 1 μm thickness was electrolessly deposited on an electroplated Cu bus electrode. The film, which encapsulates the Cu bus electrodes, prevents Cu oxidation and serves as a diffusion barrier against Cu contamination of the transparent dielectric layer in a plasma display during the firing process at 580 °C. The microstructure of theas-deposited barrier film was amorphous phase and crystallized to Ni and Ni₃B after annealing at 300 °C. The good barrier properties observed here can be explained by Ni₃B precipitates at the grain boundaries acting as a fast diffusion path via pre-annealing at 300 °C before the firing process at 580 °C.     

水闸闸门开度显示异常故障的分析与排除

闸门控制系统故障将影响着水闸的正常运行,进而影响水闸工程效益的发挥,文章提出了闸门运行时导致闸门开度显示异常故障的原因是多样的,触摸屏、电路传输、编码器、传感器或机械传动装置任一方面出现问题都有可能导致此类故障的发生,通过分析排查确认此次问题出在机械传动装置方面,更换或修复相应的机械传动装置后排除了故障,同时分析了防止此类故障发生的有利条件或者排除此类故障的一般思路方法,确保水闸正常运行,发挥工程效益。     

New display concept for realistic reproduction of high-luminance colors

A new display concept for reproduction of high-luminance colors based on a liquid crystal display has been developed using a brighter backlight unit and color mapping algorithms. The new concept is able to display brighter colors close to a peak luminance of a display white than conventional displays so that realistic scene of brighter colors is better reproduced. It may also be one of the future display solutions needed to extend the color gamut in the direction of brighter colors, which is a principal limitation in conventional displays even in high-dynamic range display systems. With the new concept, an xvYCC- (extended-video YCbCr) compatible display can be easily realized.     

基于GL Studio的飞机显示仿真系统的设计与实现

利用GL Studio虚拟仪表仿真软件的图形设计器和代码编辑器与VC ++6.0配合使用,对飞机的显示系统进行仿真研究.针对显示系统各界面的特点,经过混合编程将显示系统以图形图像的形式动态、形象地显示出来.详细介绍了平显(HUD)中航向刻度带、姿态线以及多功能显示器(MFD)中数据修改、航路点与航迹线的仿真步骤.通过以太网与其他系统的仿真器进行联合调试,并对显示系统仿真器的界面和逻辑进行检验.经过仿真,可以证明基于GL Studio开发的仪表仿真软件适合对飞机显示系统进行仿真研究,在工程应用过程中具有很好的效果.     

一种面向浏览式购物行为模式的LBS购书移动应用

为了提升用户体验,目前涌现了一批辅助购物的移动应用。这些应用为用户补充商品的信息,适用于目标明确的购物行为模式。然而,在现实生活中,还普遍存在没有明确购物目标、将购物作为休闲方式的浏览式购物行为模式。现有应用对此模式支持不足。为此,以书店为应用场景,开发了一种基于室内定位技术的浏览式购物辅助移动应用。此应用后端从书店信息系统和互联网中收集包括书籍摆放位置的各类信息,然后利用关键词提取技术,建立基于位置的关键词库;前端则利用室内定位技术,根据购物者位置向其展示附近书籍概览信息,辅助购物者对附近商品快速认知。案例评估表明,此应用可以提升浏览式购物顾客的购物体验。     

交互更新模式的量子遗传算法的几何约束求解

目的针对传统量子遗传算法无法充分利用种群中未成熟个体信息的不足,提出了基于交互更新模式的量子遗传算法(IUMQGA)并应用于几何约束求解中。方法几何约束问题的约束方程组可转化为优化模型,因此约束求解问题可以转化为优化问题。采用将遗传算法与量子理论相结合的量子遗传算法,使用双串量子染色体结构,使用交互更新策略将遗传算法中的交叉操作利用量子门变换来实现,根据不同情况采用不同的交互更新策略。这里的交互,指的是两个个体进行信息交换的过程,该过程用以产生新的个体。这不仅增加了个体间信息的交换而且充分利用了种群中未成熟个体的信息,提高了算法的收敛速度。结果通过非线性方程实例和几何约束实例测试并与其他方法比较表明,基于交互更新模式的量子遗传算法求解几何约束问题具有更好的求解精度和求解速率。双圆外公切线问题实例中,IUMQGA算法比QGA算法稳定;单圆填充问题和双圆外公切线问题实例中,通过实验求得各变量的最优值与其相应的精确值的误差在1E-2以下。结论采用交互更新模式的量子遗传算法可以很好地求解几何约束问题。     

A timing controller embedded driver IC with 3.24‐Gbps eDP interface for chip‐on‐glass TFT‐LCD applications

This paper presents a timing controller embedded driver (TED) IC with 3.24‐Gbps embedded display port (eDP), which is implemented using a 45‐nm high‐voltage CMOS process for the chip‐on‐glass (COG) TFT‐LCD applications. The proposed TED‐IC employs the input offset calibration scheme, the zero‐adjustable equalizer, and the phase locked loop‐based bang‐bang clock and data recovery to enhance the maximum data rate. Also, the proposed TED‐IC provides efficient power management by supporting advanced link power management feature of eDP standard v1.4. Additionally, the smart charge sharing is proposed to reduce the dynamic power consumption of output buffers. Measured result demonstrates the maximum data rate of 3.24 Gbps from a 1.1 V supply voltage with a 7.9‐inch QXGA 60‐Hz COG‐LCD prototype panel and 44% power saving from the display system.     

Single display gamut size metric

To measure the relative gamut sizes of wide‐gamut displays, it is herein proposed that the CIE 1931 xy chromaticity diagram be used rather than the nominally perceptually uniform CIE 1976 u′v′ chromaticity diagram. High correlations were found between the area‐coverage ratios in the xy diagram and the volume‐coverage ratios in the CIE 1976 L^*a^*b^* color space for major standard wide‐gamut color spaces. It is also demonstrated herein that performing planimetry in the uniform u′v′ diagram does not yield accurate relative display gamut sizes, even though the large sizes obtained using the u′v′ diagram are often reported regardless of the fact that its uniformity is valid only when the luminance factor is constant. The single display gamut size metric using the xy diagram will facilitate the unbiased development of wide‐gamut displays.
