高速线材轧机锥套故障分析与改进

高速线材生产线精轧机、预精轧机使用的锥套，在材质、结构、处理工艺及生产操作上存在诸多不当之处，为此进行了多项改进，使锥套故障彻底排除，使用寿命达3～5月，而价格仅为进口件的1／3。

Corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel separator for molten carbonate fuel cell

STS310S and SC-STS310S (simultaneously co-deposited chromium and aluminum onto 310S austenitic stainless steel substrate by pack-cementation process) were used as separator materials on the cathode side of a molten carbonate fuel cell. With the STS310S, corrosion proceeded via three steps; a formation step of unstable corrosion product, a protection step against corrosion until breakaway, and an advance step of corrosion after breakaway. The final corrosion product was LiFeO₂ and the loss of mass was 6.5 mg/cm² after a corrosion test of 480 hr at 650°C. The SC-STS310S showed more effective corrosion resistance, however, than did common STS310S. There was especially no corrosion loss on the SC-STS310S after the 480 hr corrosion test. It is anticipated that it will be very useful as an alternative separator on the cathode side off the MCFC in the future.

模具生产联合体加工作业统一调度问题的研究

模具生产联合体是由小规模企业组成的模具设计、制造联盟，由于设备、工装和人员分属于不同的加盟企业，其作业排序过程非常复杂。为此提出一种复合式模具生产联合体的生产排序方法：依据基本优先规则首先完成单一工序作业，然后对多工序作业用改进遗传算法进行工艺优化，求出最优解和次优解，再使用评价函数法选择最佳作业路线。该方法在生产试验中取得了良好的成效．能较好满足模具用户和加盟企业两方面的需要。

Wear-resistance and anti-scuffing of multi-arc ion plating molybdenum films

The multi-arc ion plating technology was employed to prepare the molybdenum films with thickness of 3 μm on the AISI 1045 steel. The wear and scuffing tests were carried out on the ball-on-disc tester. AFM and SEM equipped with EDS were adopted to observe and analyze the morphologies and element compositions of surface,cross-section and worn scar of the Mo film. The phase structure was studied by XRD and the bonding strength between Mo film and substrate was measured by scratching tester. The tribological experiments show that the Mo film possesses a good wear-resistance and an excellent anti-scuffing property. The failure mechanism of Mo film under extreme condition is flaking off.
