Podocyte injury inevitably results in leakage of proteins from the glomerular filter and is vital in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy (DN). The underlying mechanisms of podocyte injury facilitate finding of new therapeutic targets for DN treatment and prevention. Tangeretin is an O-polymethoxylated flavone present in citrus peels with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This study investigated the renoprotective effects of tangeretin on epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition-mediated podocyte injury and fibrosis through oxidative stress and hypoxia caused by hyperglycemia. Mouse podocytes were incubated in media containing 33 mM glucose in the absence and presence of 1–20 μM tangeretin for up to 6 days. The in vivo animal model employed db/db mice orally administrated with 10 mg/kg tangeretin for 8 weeks. Non-toxic tangeretin inhibited glucose-induced expression of the mesenchymal markers of N-cadherin and α-smooth muscle actin in podocytes. However, the reduced induction of the epithelial markers of E-cadherin and P-cadherin was restored by tangeretin in diabetic podocytes. Further, tangeretin enhanced the expression of the podocyte slit diaphragm proteins of nephrin and podocin down-regulated by glucose stimulation. The transmission electron microscopic images revealed that foot process effacement and loss of podocytes occurred in diabetic mouse glomeruli. However, oral administration of 10 mg/kg tangeretin reduced urine albumin excretion and improved foot process effacement of diabetic podocytes through inhibiting loss of slit junction and adherenes junction proteins. Glucose enhanced ROS production and HIF-1α induction in podocytes, leading to induction of oxidative stress and hypoxia. Similarly, in diabetic glomeruli reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and HIF-1α induction were observed. Furthermore, hypoxia-evoking cobalt chloride induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process and loss of slit diaphragm proteins and junction proteins in podocytes, which was inhibited by treating submicromolar tangeretin. Collectively, these results demonstrate that tangeretin inhibited podocyte injury and fibrosis through blocking podocyte EMT caused by glucose-induced oxidative stress and hypoxia. 相似文献

Neural Machine Translation (NMT) is an end-to-end learning approach for
automated translation, overcoming the weaknesses of conventional phrase-based translation
systems. Although NMT based systems have gained their popularity in commercial
translation applications, there is still plenty of room for improvement. Being the most
popular search algorithm in NMT, beam search is vital to the translation result. However,
traditional beam search can produce duplicate or missing translation due to its target
sequence selection strategy. Aiming to alleviate this problem, this paper proposed neural
machine translation improvements based on a novel beam search evaluation function. And
we use reinforcement learning to train a translation evaluation system to select better
candidate words for generating translations. In the experiments, we conducted extensive
experiments to evaluate our methods. CASIA corpus and the 1,000,000 pairs of bilingual
corpora of NiuTrans are used in our experiments. The experiment results prove that the
proposed methods can effectively improve the English to Chinese translation quality. 相似文献

Temperature history can have a significant effect on the strength of water-saturated chalk.In this study,hydrostatic stress cycles are applied to understand the mechanical response of chalk samples exposed to temperature cycling between each stress cycle,compared to the samples tested at a constant temperature.The total accumulated strain during a stress cycle and the irreversible strain are reported.Chalk samples from Kansas(USA)and Mons(Belgium),with different degrees of induration(i.e.amount of contact cementation),were used.The samples were saturated with equilibrated water(polar)and nonpolar Isopar H oil to quantify water weakening.All samples tested during 10 stress cycles with varying temperature(i.e.temperature cycled in between each stress cycle)accumulated more strain than those tested at constant temperatures.All the stress cycles were performed at 30℃.The two chalk types behaved similarly when saturated with Isopar H oil,but differently when saturated with water.When saturated with water,the stronger Kansas chalk accumulated more total strain and more irreversible strain within each stress cycle than the weaker Mons chalk. 相似文献

Induction machines (IM) constitute a theoretically interesting and practically important class of nonlinear systems. They are frequently used as wind generators for their power/cost ratio. They are described by a fifth‐order nonlinear differential equation with two inputs and only three state variables available for measurement. The control task is further complicated by the fact that IM are subject to unknown (load) disturbances and the parameters can be of great uncertainty. One is then faced with the challenging problem of controlling a highly nonlinear system, with unknown time‐varying parameters, where the regulated output, besides being unmeasurable, is perturbed by an unknown additive signal. Passivity‐based control (PBC) is a well‐established structure‐preserving design methodology which has shown to be very powerful to design robust controllers for physical systems described by Euler‐Lagrange equations of motion. PBCs provide a natural procedure to "shape" the potential energy yielding controllers with a clear physical interpretation in terms of interconnection of the system with its environment and are robust vis á vis to unmodeled dissipative effects. One recent approach of PBC is the Interconnection and Damping Assignment Passivity‐Based Control (IDA‐PBC) which is a very useful technique to control nonlinear systems assigning a desired (Port‐Controlled Hamiltonian) structure to the closed‐loop. The aim of this paper is to give a survey on different PBC of IM. 针对基于规则和统计的传统中文简历解析方法效率低、成本高、泛化能力差的缺点,提出一种基于特征融合的中文简历解析方法,即级联Word2Vec生成的词向量和用BLSTM(Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory)建模字序列生成的词向量,然后再结合BLSTM和CRF(Conditional Random Fields)对中文简历进行解析(BLSTM-CRF)。为了提高中文简历解析的效率,级联包含字序列信息的词向量和用Word2Vec生成的词向量,融合成一个新的词向量表示;再由BLSTM强大的学习能力融合词的上下文信息,输出所有可能标签序列的分值给CRF层;再由CRF引入标签之间约束关系求解最优序列。利用梯度下降算法训练神经网络,使用预先训练的词向量和Dropout优化神经网络,最终完成对中文简历的解析工作。实验结果表明,所提的特征融合方法优于传统的简历解析方法。 相似文献

Three kinds of ethylene-octene copolymers (POE) were melt-blended with high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) in different proportions. Detailed characterizations were conducted to analyze their structural differences of POE and its effects in toughening PE-HD. The higher molecular weight POE can improve the toughness of PE-HD. 60:40 PE-HD/POE is elongated to break up to 700% while impact strength is 84.7 kJ/m2 at −30°C, which is 21-fold of PE-HD. In the brittle to ductile transition (BDT) during impact, the fracture mechanism changes from the crazing mode to the shear yield-plastic deformation mode. The BDT temperature decreases as the POE molecular weight and its content increase. The interface strength in tension is estimated to access their effects. The Boltzmann-type models were successfully extended to describe the typical S-shaped curves in BDT of notched impact strength vs POE content or temperature. The supplementary decay model is suggested for the attenuation in toughening. Transition map in impact is proposed to select the use range of composition (c ) and temperature (T ) for high toughness. The curves are converted into 3D graph of T -c -impact strength for illustrating their coupling-separate effects, and further into the contour map of impact strength in T -c space for finding their partial equivalence. 相似文献

Consumer studies and market reports show an increase in consumption of ready‐to‐eat (RTE) foods. Although conventional processing technologies can in most cases produce safe products, they can also lead to the degradation of nutritional compounds and negatively affect quality characteristics. Consumers strongly prefer food that is minimally processed with the maximum amount of health‐promoting substances. Novel processing technologies as pre‐ or post‐treatment decontamination methods or as substitutes of conventional technologies have the potential to produce foods that are safe, rich in nutrient content and with superior organoleptic properties. Combining novel with conventional processes can eliminate potential drawbacks of novel technologies. This review examines available scientific information and critically evaluates the suitability and efficiency of various novel thermal and nonthermal technologies in terms of microbial safety, quality as well as nutrient content on the production of RTE meals, meats and pumpable products. 相似文献

为智能化地识别警戒作业人员出现的低觉醒、注意力下降的生理状态,本文介绍了一种基于FPGA和脑电信号处理的低觉醒状态检测与唤醒系统,系统通过传感器从大脑头皮采集脑电信号,转换为数字信号,经傅里叶变换获取了脑电信号的θ相对能量、α相对能量、重心频率、谱熵等4个特征量,由4个特征量表征低觉醒状态并运用支持向量机对低警戒状态进行识别,当识别出低觉醒状态时采用声音报警模块发出声音,唤醒警戒作业人员。设计系统能够较好地识别出低觉醒状态,识别率达90.8%,可为提高警戒作业工作绩效提供一种可穿戴的智能装备。 相似文献

近年来,我国传统暴力犯罪与成年人犯罪呈下降态势,但是,犯罪案由层出不穷。为有效提升公安实践工作中犯罪预测能力,打击各类违法犯罪事件,本文针对犯罪数据,提出一种新型犯罪预测模型。利用密度聚类分析方法将犯罪数据分类,然后进行数据降维提取关键属性生成特征数据,继而对特征数据进行加权优化并采用机器学习的方式对特征数据进行学习,从而预测犯罪案由。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,本文方法具有更好的预测效果,为公安实践工作中类似案件的侦破和预防,提供新的路径支撑。 相似文献

In this article, the authors study the factorial structure of 2 versions (64 items and 32 items) of the Dutch translation of the Inventory of Interpersonal Problems (IIP; L. M. Horowitz, L. E. Alden, J. S. Wiggins, & A. L. Pincus, 2000) in both a clinical sample (n = 382) and a student sample (n = 287). First, the authors test whether both inventories are constituted by correlated uni-dimensional subscales, and they conclude that this is true only for the short version. Second, the authors study whether the correlations between the subscales follow a circumplex pattern. This proves to be true for both versions.
