Abstract. In this paper we consider the estimation of the degree of differencing d in the fractionally integrated autoregressive moving-average time series model ARFIMA ( p, d, q ). Using lag window spectral density estimators we develop a regression type estimator of d which is easy to calculate and does not require prior knowledge of p and q. Some large sample properties of the estimator are studied and the performance of the estimator for small samples is investigated using the simulation method for a range of commonly used lag windows. 针对小型无人机功率和载荷有限这一特点,本文设计了一套小型无人机机载两轴云台,采用集成了三轴陀螺仪、三轴加速度计MPU6050作为云台姿态反馈元件,使用互补滤波进行姿态解算。由于传统小型无人机的云台采用伺服舵机作为驱动电机,舵机内部减速齿轮的回滞误差会导致拍摄画面晃动,因此采用无刷电机直接驱动云台。为了测试该系统的有效性,通过小型四旋翼挂载该两轴云台拍摄实验,实验结果表明该云台使拍摄画质更加平稳,验证了该系统的有效性。 相似文献

为解决协同过滤算法中的数据稀疏性问题,提出了一种改进的协同过滤算法。该算法使用slope one算法计算出来的评分预测值来填充评分矩阵中的未评分项目,然后在填充后的用户-项目评分矩阵上通过基于用户的协同过滤方法给出推荐。利用slope one算法计算出来的评分预测值作为回填值,既能降低评分矩阵的稀疏性,也保证了回填值的多样性,从而减少均值、中值等单一填充值造成的推荐误差。在MovieLens-1M数据集上对本文改进算法和协同过滤算法及均值中心化处理的算法作五折交叉实验,结果表明,基于评分预测值填充数据后的协同过滤算法有效的缓解了数据稀疏性问题,并且有更好的推荐效果。 相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of H∞ filtering for discrete-time systems with stochastic missing measurements. A new missing measurement model is developed by decomposing the interval of the missing rate into several segments. The probability of the missing rate in each subsegment is governed by its corresponding random variables. We aim to design a linear full-order filter such that the estimation error converges to zero exponentially in the mean square with a less conservatism while the disturbance rejection attenuation is constrained to a given level by means of an H∞ performance index. Based on Lyapunov theory, the reliable filter parameters are characterised in terms of the feasibility of a set of linear matrix inequalities. The purpose of this study is to conduct a concurrent product and process parameters determination for further cost reduction and quality enhancement. The process design-related parameters, such as process mean, process tolerance and product design-related parameters, such as product tolerance, are considered simultaneously in the proposed approach. To reflect the response from these three key controllable characteristics: process mean, process tolerance and product tolerance, the key measurement score, which is the sum of the mean cost, tolerance cost, quality loss and failure cost, is used to evaluate the present model. Many network services which process a large quantity of data and knowledge are available in the distributed network environment, and provide applications to users based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web services technology. Therefore, a useful web service discovery approach for data and knowledge discovery process in the complex network environment is a very significant issue. Using the traditional keyword-based search method, users find it difficult to choose the best web services from those with similar functionalities. In addition, in an untrustworthy real world environment, the QoS-based service discovery approach cannot verify the correctness of the web services’ Quality of Service (QoS) values, since such values guaranteed by a service provider are different from the real ones. This work proposes a trustworthy two-phase web service discovery mechanism based on QoS and collaborative filtering, which discovers and recommends the needed web services effectively for users in the distributed environment, and also solves the problem of services with incorrect QoS information. In the experiment, the theoretical analysis and simulation experiment results show that the proposed method can accurately recommend the needed services to users, and improve the recommendation quality. 相似文献

Abstract. This paper deals with the third-order asymptotic theory for Gaussian autoregressive moving-average (ARMA) processes with unknown mean μ. We are interested in the estimation of ρ = ( α1 …, αp , β1 …, βq ), where α 1 …, αρ and β 1 …, βq are the coefficients of the autoregressive part and the moving-average part, respectively. First, we investigate the third-order asymptotic optimality of the bias adjusted maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) of ρ in the presence of the nuisance parameters μ and 2 (innovation variance). Next, for a Gaussian AR(1μ μ, 2 ), we propose a mean corrected estimator αc1c2 of the autoregressive coefficient. We make a comparison between the bias adjusted estimator αc1c2 * and the bias adjusted MLE, in terms of their probabilities of concentration around the true value, or equivalently, in terms of their mean squared errors. This paper investigates the cubature Kalman filtering (CKF) for nonlinear dynamic systems. This third‐degree rule based filter employs a spherical‐radial cubature rule to numerically compute the integrals encountered in nonlinear filtering problems, thereby removing the requirements of explicitly computing the Jacobians. The cubature rule, however, requires computing the intractable integrals over a high‐dimensional spherical region for multidimensional applications. Moreover, the cubature formula that has been used to construct the spherical cubature formula has some demerits, most notably its inconvenient properties in computation and low estimation accuracy. Aimed at these issues, a general class of CKFs that uses only cubature rules is derived in this paper. It can be shown that the conventional CKF is a special case of the proposed algorithm. The paper also includes higher‐degree CKFs, especially two representative types of the fifth‐degree CKFs. Performance of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated via two target tracking problems. The experimental results, presented herein, illustrate the superior performance of higher‐degree CKFs to conventional nonlinear filters. 相似文献
