语音识别算法的确定与实现

在语音识别的实验中，对几种算法方案进行了比较、分析和择优淘劣，标准是在一定词汇量的条件下，权衡占用机器的内存空间、（正确）识别率和响应速度。力争使与话者有关的单词语音识别系统的设计达到优化，取得满意的结果。本文即是此项实验的总结。     

In the theory of blast waves

The behavior of the blast wave from an exploding spherical volume is investigated mathematically over the entire range of blast-wave propagation. The computational method uses analytical results for a similar problem for a point explosion with counter pressure and the theory of an asymptotically equivalent point explosion. The asymptotic solution of the gas-dynamic equations away from the explosion site is matched to the initial conditions of blast-wave formation due to the disintegration of the detonation shock upon its arrival at the boundary of the exploding volume. The spatial distribution of the blast-front pressure is found for combustible gaseous systems and solid explosives. Stress State of Bent Buried Pipelines

The authors consider edge effects in buried pipelines that occur in the region of joining of a straight buried pipe and a bent insert (factory bend, elbow, or an elastically bent segment). The action of those effects results in the appearance of additional bending moments, which are proportional to the difference between the axial force in an infinite straight pipeline and that in a closed-end pipe, and depend on the geometrical parameters of the pipeline and physical-mechanical characteristics of the soil. Specific examples of analysis of elastic interaction of a pipeline with the soil for pipe bends with various radii of the bend arc are offered. It is shown that additional bending stresses may exceed appreciably the stresses from the axial force, and therefore, they should be taken into account when designing and building pipelines. The solution for an elastically bent segment has been obtained and analyzed.

报告了研制的 9.6mm栅宽双δ-掺杂功率 PHEMT,在 fo=1 1 .2 GHz、Vds=8.5 V时该器件输出功率3 7.2 8d Bm,功率增益 9.5 d B,功率附加效率 44.7% ,在 Vds=5～ 9V的范围内 ,该器件的功率附加效率均大于42 % ,两芯片合成 ,在 1 0 .5～ 1 1 .3 GHz范围内 ,输出功率大于 3 9.92 d Bm,最大功率达到 40 .3 7d Bm,功率增益大于 9.9d B,典型的功率附加效率 40 %。     

A method for multi-parameter PDF estimation of random variables

The probability distribution function (PDF) of a random variable Z is approximated with c·e^Q(z), where Q(z) is a polynomial function and c is normalizing constant. Based upon the weighted residual method, general linear algebraic equations have been derived for the evaluation of the unknown parameters in the polynomial. Numerical examples are presented and the results show that the PDFs obtained using the proposed method converge to those obtained from Monte Carlo simulation as the number of parameters in the approximate PDF increases.     

一种基于稳健匹配准则的视频文本跟踪方法

本文首先根据文本中各个字符的颜色相似的特性,确定已知文本块的文本的颜色,利用文本的颜色信息二值化文本图像以得到文本块中的字符数、字符的尺寸和间距;其次,根据视频图像的大小和视频的播放速度确定搜索窗口的大小,并利用文本的运动信息来预测搜索窗口的位置;第三,根据在相邻两帧中具有相同内容文本的颜色相似的特性,提出了一个可以解决脉冲噪声和部分缺损或遮挡问题的稳健匹配准则来跟踪文本块;最后,确定跟踪输出的文本的颜色、尺寸和运动方式。本文方法可以很好地跟踪平移、缩小或放大、旋转、淡入淡出和部分被遮挡的水平或倾斜排列的文本,并且可以记录文本平移、旋转和缩放的速度。     

Construction of a control system for disturbance rejection using a dual observer

A well‐known control system which can reduce the adverse effects of disturbances is a disturbance observer. However, in many cases of mechanical systems, system disturbances which do not satisfy the matching condition may be imposed. Therefore, it may be difficult to reduce the adverse effects of the disturbances by the traditional disturbance observer. In this paper, a method of control system synthesis for disturbance rejection using a dual observer is proposed. This method is based on the zeroing induced by the disturbance localization problem. This problem may be solved by dividing the state space into observable subspace and unobservable subspace. As compared with an H_∞ controller based on perfect observation, the usefulness of the proposed control system for disturbance rejection is demonstrated by numerical simulations for a two‐mass spring system. © 2002 Scripta Technica, Electr Eng Jpn, 138(4): 50–60, 2002; DOI 10.1002/eej.1138     

螺旋管簧的可靠性优化设计

讨论了螺旋管簧的可靠性优化设计问题。在基本随机变量的概率特性已知的情况下，采用二阶矩法和可靠性优化设计方法对螺旋管簧进行了可靠性优化设计。通过计算机程序可以直接实现螺旋管簧的可靠性优化设计，迅速准确地得到螺旋管簧的可靠性优化设计信息。     

转向柱管承载能力的试验研究

在分析转向柱管花键部位应力集中情况的基础上,通过对某厂生产的转向柱管扭转破坏的试验研究,得到如下结论:①转向柱管的承载能力与其外花键齿与方向盘中心内花键齿之间的非接触区长度有关,以花键端部过渡圆弧的直径大小为宜;②安装方向盘总成时所施加在安装螺母上的拧紧力矩在70N.m左右时,转向柱管的承载能力最大。
