在大载荷水下滑翔器的平面运动数学模型基础上,通过线性化模型初步设计了LQR控制器,建立了整体Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,研究了系统的动态性能。研究结果表明,系统在初始状态向目标状态的转化过程中,在仿真初始振荡较为剧烈,随着反馈信号的对输入信号的补偿,很快趋于稳定。仿真结果有待进一步实验验证。  相似文献

提出的基于数学形态学的运动估计算法,采用四场的SAD比较进行运动估计,并且对运动向量进行数学形态学滤波处理(先进行腐蚀,再进行扩散处理),削弱噪声影响,提高运动估计的精度.在VLSI实现中采用外挂SDRAM作为帧存储器,存储前两场图像数据和运动信息.本算法和VLSI设计经过FPGA验证,取得了很好的效果,并且已经被成功地应用于基于SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS工艺的数字视频处理芯片中.  相似文献

Golden gate/modular cloning facilitates faster and more efficient cloning by utilizing the unique features of the type IIS restriction enzymes. However, it is known that targeted insertion of DNA fragment(s) must not include internal type IIS restriction recognition sites. In the case of cloning CRISPR constructs by using golden gate (GG) cloning, this narrows down the scope of guide RNA (gRNA) picks because the selection of a good gRNA for successful genome editing requires some obligation of fulfillment, and it is unwanted if a good gRNA candidate cannot be picked only because it has an internal type IIS restriction recognition site. In this article, we have shown that the presence of a type IIS restriction recognition site in a gRNA does not affect cloning and subsequent genome editing. After each step of GG reactions, correct insertions of gRNAs were verified by colony color and restriction digestion and were further confirmed by sequencing. Finally, the final vector containing a Cas12a nuclease and four gRNAs was used for Agrobacterium-mediated citrus cell transformation. Sequencing of PCR amplicons flanking gRNA-2 showed a substitution (C to T) mutation in transgenic plants. The knowledge derived from this study could widen the scope of GG cloning, particularly of gRNAs selection for GG-mediated cloning into CRISPR vectors.  相似文献

在跟踪领域,建立一个良好的运动目标描述模型是一种算法是否能取得优异效果的关键性因素之一。针对基于运动的跟踪算法提出了一种新的运动目标描述模型。该模型根据运动的连续性探求出运动过程中出现的各种情况之间联系的数学描述方法,并根据对运动目标的观测结果运用EM算法对模型参数进行实时更新。试验结果表明:该模型对部分遮挡,非刚性变形,目标外观发生改变均不敏感。  相似文献

This paper is devoted to analytical modeling of apparent wind load effects on a tether constraining a power kite performing a fast crosswind motion. The refined crosswind motion law generalized for accounting the kite control is derived in the case of equilibrium motion of the kite. Measurements of vessel motion and consequent seasickness amongst passengers have been made on six ships, two hovercraft and a hydrofoil. Data are presented for 20 029 passengers surveyed on 114 voyages involving 370?hours of motion recordings. Vomiting incidence and illness rating were found to be linearly related to the root-mean-square magnitude of the vertical z-axis acceleration. Sickness increased with increasing duration of exposure and a measure of motion ‘dose’ is examined as a convenient way of combining the variables of stimulus magnitude and duration. High frequency motion in hovercraft at about 0·6?Hz was found to be less provoking of sickness than similar magnitudes at lower frequencies. Motion in axes other than the vertical correlated less highly with sickness, although there was some intercorrelation between axes. The results presented enable predictions to be made of seasickness occurrence in marine vessels and other forms of transport where low frequency vertical oscillations are encountered.  相似文献

Abstract

Two computer vision algorithms were developed to automatically estimate exertion time, duty cycle (DC) and hand activity level (HAL) from videos of workers performing 50 industrial tasks. The average DC difference between manual frame-by-frame analysis and the computer vision DC was ?5.8% for the Decision Tree (DT) algorithm, and 1.4% for the Feature Vector Training (FVT) algorithm. The average HAL difference was 0.5 for the DT algorithm and 0.3 for the FVT algorithm. A sensitivity analysis, conducted to examine the influence that deviations in DC have on HAL, found it remained unaffected when DC error was less than 5%. Thus, a DC error less than 10% will impact HAL less than 0.5 HAL, which is negligible. Automatic computer vision HAL estimates were therefore comparable to manual frame-by-frame estimates.

Primary accelerometer calibration is carried out under the assumption that a vibration exciter gives a rectilinear motion to an accelerometer to be calibrated. However practical vibration given by the vibration exciter includes parasitic motion such as transverse, rocking, and bending motion. Such parasitic motion would give two serious effects on primary calibration results, transverse motion effect and vibration distribution effect. Transverse motion effect is caused by an inner product of the vectors of both transverse motion and transverse sensitivity. On the other hand, the vibration distribution effect is caused by relative motion between a sensing point of accelerometer and a spot sensed by the interferometer. As these effects have close interaction between parasitic motion and measuring instruments, it would be very difficult to evaluate them by measuring independently each component.  相似文献
