无差拍控制提高变速异步风力发电系统的故障承受能力

变速风力发电机对于电网扰动、故障以及电网电压跌落非常敏感，当上述情况发生时风力发电机将从电网切除，直到电网恢复正常才能重新投入运行。如何在电网发生扰动时保持风力发电机的正常运行是一个有挑战性的课题。未来的电网规范甚至要求在电网发生故障时风力机组仍能保持运行，这就要求必须安装保证风电机组低电压运行的控制装置。文中针对采用全载换流器与电网进行连接的异步风力发电机组提出了相应的风电机组低电压控制器及控制策略，无须进行硬件改造即可实现电网故障情况下风电机组不退出运行。其中，风电机组电气子系统控制器基于无差拍控制策略进行设计。算例给出了300 kW的风电机组在30%电压跌落情况下的暂态过程，没有加入控制器之前风电机组将停机，加入之后则可以保持运行，验证了所提方法的正确性。     

自复中调速器在高水头高转速机组上的应用

简要介绍了自复中电/机调速器的机械和电气原理，并就使用该调速器的机组在生产运行中容易出现的停机后导叶开度漂移、停机时导叶不能完全关闭和显示开度与实际开度不一致等主要问题，通过修改可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）程序、调节调零杆位置、修改PLC程序参数等方法进行解决，这些方法对同类水电厂处理类似问题有借鉴作用。     

基于自然地理形态的道路测设及其曲线方程的拟合

在山区村镇及风景旅游名胜区的建设中，其道路的曲线测设，往往要基于自然地理形态进行，也就是路径的选择，有时具有不可选择性，且要求与实地具有最大的符合性。因此，其测设的作业方法不同于一般意义的道路测设；其曲线方程的建立，也是极其困难的。本就基于自然地理形态的道路测设工作的曲线类型的选择、曲线的拟合方法、曲线方程的建立及其数据的计算，提出了利用CAD技术进行曲线拟合、曲线方程的建立、曲线计算的实用技术方法。     

KATRIN NEG pumping concept investigation

The Karlsruhe Tritium Neutrino experiment (KATRIN) is going to use a very large electro-static tandem spectrometer to measure the electron spectrum from the tritium beta decay, where several kilometers of non-evaporable getter (NEG) strips (type ST707) are to be used to achieve the UHV requirements. Different geometrical configurations of the NEG strips have been studied by Monte Carlo simulations. It is shown that the resulting pumping speed of the getter pumps will allow to get a pressure below 10⁻¹¹ mbar in the huge vessel with a volume of 1400 m³. By systematic assessment of the statistics of the pumping surfaces, it could be demonstrated that the design is sound.

在每一周期的开始时的速度值V1预设定到传动装置上进行速度预控制，同时，反馈回来的实际值Sj与S1进行比较计算，得出当时偏差值△S，此偏差值△S乘以比例系数Ksp，得到Vk叠加在Vt上，得出传动装置应具有的速度控制信号V，然后V经速度／电压变换和D／A转换向传动系统的速度控制发出控制信号Uα控制执行机构的定位。调节Ksp的值使系统无超调无振荡。

A Simon Effect With Stationary Moving Stimuli.

To clarify whether motion information per se has a separable influence on action control, the authors investigated whether irrelevant direction of motion of stimuli whose overall position was constant over time would affect manual left-right responses (i.e., reveal a motion-based Simon effect). In Experiments 1 and 2, significant Simon effects were obtained for sine-wave gratings moving in a stationary Gaussian window. In Experiment 3, a direction-based Simon effect with random-dot patterns was replicated, except that the perceived direction of motion was based on the displacement of single elements. Experiments 4 and 5 studied motion-based Simon effects to point-light figures that walked in place--displays requiring high-level analysis of global shape and local motion. Motion-based Simon effects occurred when the displays could be interpreted as an upright human walker, showing that a high-level representation of motion direction mediated the effects. Does anticipation training affect drivers' risk taking?

Skill and risk taking are argued to be independent and to require different remedial programs. However, it is possible to contend that skill-based training could be associated with an increase, a decrease, or no change in risk-taking behavior. In 3 experiments, the authors examined the influence of a skill-based training program (hazard perception) on the risk-taking behavior of car drivers (using video-based driving simulations). Experiment 1 demonstrated a decrease in risk taking for novice drivers. In Experiment 2, the authors examined the possibilities that the skills training might operate through either a nonspecific reduction in risk taking or a specific improvement in hazard perception. Evidence supported the latter. These findings were replicated in a more ecological context in Experiment 3, which compared advanced and nonadvanced police drivers.
