分析了遥感偏振探测的原理和与遥感强度探测相比所具有的优越性,指出了偏振图像的特点。采用偏振测量方法,可以获得地物的偏振信息,有助于增强对地物的探测能力,但是对图像像元不对准有很高的敏感性,为了得到可靠的偏振信息,配准的精度应该至少到达0.1个像素。介绍了一种基于傅立叶变换的配准方法:相位相关法,并把该方法应用于偏振图像配准中。相位相关法根据傅立叶变换的平移性质,能够解决具有平移关系的图像配准问题,实验证明该方法具有对噪声和图像灰度变化不敏感的优点。 相似文献

Fullerenes are candidates for theranostic applications because of their high photodynamic activity and intrinsic multimodal imaging contrast. However, fullerenes suffer from low solubility in aqueous media, poor biocompatibility, cell toxicity, and a tendency to aggregate. C70@lysozyme is introduced herein as a novel bioconjugate that is harmless to a cellular environment, yet is also photoactive and has excellent optical and optoacoustic contrast for tracking cellular uptake and intracellular localization. The formation, water-solubility, photoactivity, and unperturbed structure of C70@lysozyme are confirmed using UV-visible and 2D 1H, 15N NMR spectroscopy. The excellent imaging contrast of C70@lysozyme in optoacoustic and third harmonic generation microscopy is exploited to monitor its uptake in HeLa cells and lysosomal trafficking. Last, the photoactivity of C70@lysozyme and its ability to initiate cell death by means of singlet oxygen (1O2) production upon exposure to low levels of white light irradiation is demonstrated. Renal‐clearable nanoparticles have made it possible to overcome the toxicity by nonspecific accumulation in healthy tissues/organs due to their highly efficient clearance characteristics. However, their tumor uptake is relatively low due to the short blood circulation time and rapid body elimination. Here, this problem is addressed by developing renal‐clearable nanoparticles by controlled coating of sub‐6 nm CuS nanodots (CuSNDs) on doxorubicin ladened mesoporous silica nanoparticles (pore size ≈6 nm) for multimodal application. High tumor uptake of the as‐synthesized nanoparticles (abbreviated as MDNs) is achieved due to the longer blood circulation time. The MDNs also show excellent performance in bimodal imaging. Moreover, the MDNs demonstrated a photothermally sensitive drug release and pronounced synergetic effects of chemo‐photothermal therapy, which were confirmed by two different tumor models in vivo. A novel key feature of the proposed synthesis is the use of renal‐clearable CuSNDs and biodegradable mesoporous silica nanoparticles which also are renal‐clearable after degradation. Therefore, the MDNs would be rapidly degraded and excreted in a reasonable period in living body and avoid long‐term toxicity. Such biodegradable and clearable single‐compartment theranostic agents applicable in highly integrated multimodal imaging and multiple therapeutic functions may have substantial potentials in clinical practice. 相似文献

针对Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF(ORB)算法缺少尺度不变特性,误匹配率高,易造成图像拼接质量差等问题,本文提出一种用于图像拼接的改进ORB算法。首先使用一种基于尺度不变的特征检测算法对图像进行特征点检测,然后用ORB描述算法对特征点进行特征描述,用ORB匹配算法进行粗匹配,再用双向匹配和Random Sampling Coherence(RANSAC)算法对匹配点进行精匹配和提纯,进一步提高其正确率,最后使用渐入渐出加权融合完成图像拼接。实验结果表明,本文方法在图像的缩放和旋转、模糊、光照强度、拍摄视角等情况下都具有优秀的鲁棒性和稳定性,是一种实时性强、准确度高、拼接质量优秀的图像拼接方法。 相似文献

It is essentially important to understand the temperature dependence of the photoluminescence of multimodal quantum dot (QD) arrays for the realization of efficient photonic devices. In this paper, the dynamics processes of different density multimodal QD arrays were fitted by using the rate equation model. It is shown that, in high density QD arrays, the intensity of photoluminescence of different QD families has different temperature dependence, and the intensity of photoluminescence is quenched as the temperature increases in low density QD arrays. In high density QD arrays, as the temperature increases, the carriers will be thermally excited into the wetting layer from QDs, and then some of them will be recaptured by the big scale QDs; carrier coupling takes place between the different QD families, while in low density QD arrays, the carrier transfer between different QD families will be limited. Temperature dependence of the maximum of the ratio of photoluminescence intensity of different QD families strongly depends on the difference of thermal activation energies. 相似文献

针对激光三维成像系统分辨率较低,特征点不易提取,同时与可见光成像系统图像配准实时性不高的问题,提出了一种基于标定信息的低分辨率距离图像与高分辨率强度图像配准方法。首先,通过对激光三维成像系统与可见光成像系统进行标定,得到了二者的内参数、外参数以及畸变系数;其次,利用二者的标定信息,通过构造像素匹配模型,确定了低分辨率距离图像像素点所对应的高分辨率强度图像像素点。最后,通过遍历低分辨率距离图像每一个像素点,实现低分辨率距离图像与高分辨率强度图像的像素配准。实验结果表明:该方法在保持准配精度基本不变的情况下,配准时间从2.111 s减为0.856 s,降低了算法的时间消耗,具有一定的可行性。 相似文献
