目前的行人重识别(Re-ID)研究主要集中在短时间情形,即一个人的衣着不太可能发生改变的情况。然而现实中更常见的是长时间的情况,这时一个人有很大的机会更换衣服,Re-ID模型应该考虑这种情况。为此,研究了一种基于联合损失胶囊网络的换衣行人重识别方法。所提方法基于换衣行人重识别胶囊网络ReIDCaps,使用与传统的标量神经元相比包含更多信息的矢量胶囊,用其长度表示行人身份信息,用其方向表示行人衣着信息;采用软嵌入注意力(SEA)防止模型过拟合;使用特征稀疏表示(FSR)机制提取具有判别性的特征;增加标签平滑正则化交叉熵损失与Circle Loss的联合损失以提高模型的泛化能力和鲁棒性。在三个换衣行人重识别数据集Celeb-reID、Celeb-reID-light和NKUP上进行实验,实验结果表明所提方法与目前已有的Re-ID方法相比具有一定优势。 相似文献

Real-time three-dimensional tracking of people is an important requirement for a growing number of applications. In this
paper we describe two trackers; both of them use a network of video cameras for person tracking. These trackers are called
a rectilinear video array tracker (R-VAT) and an omnidirectional video array tracker (O-VAT), indicating the two different
ways of video capture. The specific objectives of this paper are twofold: (i) to present a systematic comparison of these
two trackers using an extensive series of experiments conducted in an `intelligent' room; (ii) to develop a real-time system
for tracking the head and face of a person, as an extension of the O-VAT approach. The comparative research indicates that
O-VAT is more robust to the number of people, less complex and runs faster, needs manual camera calibration, and the integrated
omnidirectional video network has better reconfigurability. The person head and face tracker study shows that such a system

Occlusion is one of the key factors affecting the success rate of vision-based fruit-picking robots. It is important to accurately locate and grasp the occluded fruit in field applications, However, there is yet no universal and effective solution. In this paper, a high-precision estimation method of spatial geometric features of occluded targets based on deep learning and multisource images is presented, enabling the selective harvest robot to envision the whole target fruit as if its occlusions do not exist. First, RGB, depth and infrared images are acquired. And pixel-level matched RGB-D-I fusion images are obtained by image registration. Second, aiming at the problem of detecting the occluded tomatoes in the greenhouse, an extended Mask-RCNN network is designed to extract the target tomato. The target segmentation accuracy is improved by 7.6%. Then, for partially occluded tomatoes, a shape and position restoration method is used to recover the obscured tomato. This algorithm can extract tomato radius and centroid coordinates directly from the restored depth image. The mean Intersection over Union is 0.895, and the centroid position error is 0.62 mm for the occluded rate under 25% and the illuminance between 1 and 12 KLux. And hereby a dual-arm robotic harvesting system is improved to achieve a picking time of 11 s per fruit, an average gripping accuracy of 8.21 mm, and an average picking success rate of 73.04%. The proposed approach realizes a high-fidelity geometrics reconstruction instead of mere image style restoration, which endows the robot with the ability to see through obstacles in the field scenes and improves its operational success rate in its result. 相似文献

本文提出了一种支持向量机(SVM)和概率统计模型相结合的中国人名自动识别方法。该方法首先按字抽取特征向量的属性得到训练集,采用多项式核函数建立SVM人名识别模型,然后在特征空间中计算测试样本到SVM最优超平面的距离,当该距离大于给定的阈值时使用SVM对测试样本进行分类,否则使用概率统计方法。实验表明,采用混合模型,对样本在空间的不同分布使用不同的方法可以取得比单独使用SVM或概率统计更好的分类效果,系统开式综合指标F-值比单纯使用支持向量机方法提高了1.51%。 相似文献

This paper introduces the use of a visual attention model to improve the accuracy of gaze tracking systems. Visual attention models simulate the selective attention part of the human visual system. For instance, in a bottom‐up approach, a saliency map is defined for the image and gives an attention weight to every pixel of the image as a function of its colour, edge or intensity. Our algorithm uses an uncertainty window, defined by the gaze tracker accuracy, and located around the gaze point given by the tracker. Then, using a visual attention model, it searches for the most salient points, or objects, located inside this uncertainty window, and determines a novel, and hopefully, better gaze point. This combination of a gaze tracker together with a visual attention model is considered as the main contribution of the paper. We demonstrate the promising results of our method by presenting two experiments conducted in two different contexts: (1) a free exploration of a visually rich 3D virtual environment without a specific task, and (2) a video game based on gaze tracking involving a selection task. Our approach can be used to improve real‐time gaze tracking systems in many interactive 3D applications such as video games or virtual reality applications. Two experiments examined the role of valuing the welfare of a person in need as an antecedent of empathic concern. Specifically, these experiments explored the relation of such valuing to a well-known antecedent--perspective taking. In Experiment 1, both perspective taking and valuing were manipulated, and each independently increased empathic concern, which, in turn, increased helping behavior. In Experiment 2, only valuing was manipulated. Manipulated valuing increased measured perspective taking and, in part as a result, increased empathic concern, which, in turn, increased helping.
