半导体元件清洗技术浅谈

随着社会的进步和科学技术的迅猛发展,对洗净技术的要求也越来越高。清洗方式多种多样,但最主要的是突出在喷射清洗和超声波清洗两大方面,应用于全国各行各业,并且也得到了明显进步。     

轧后穿水冷却工艺对棒材组织性能的影响

针对轧机产量提高后冷床冷却能力不足的问题 ,研制开发了棒材轧后穿水冷却技术。通过对小规格 2 0MnSiV热轧带肋钢筋进行轧后穿水冷却 ,钢材上冷床温度降低了 90～ 110℃ ,提高了产品质量 ,改善了各项力学性能 ,抗拉强度平均提高了 3 5～ 40MPa ,钢材性能合格率由 97.5 %提高到了 99.6% ,解决了冷床冷却能力不足、制约生产的瓶颈问题。     

一种简易的手工网印序号工艺法

通过一种简易的手工丝印序号工艺法,可以连续完成逐张PCB的序号印制且质量稳定。     

Pedestrian detection and tracking in infrared imagery using shape and appearance

In this paper, we present an approach toward pedestrian detection and tracking from infrared imagery using joint shape and appearance cues. A layered representation is first introduced and a generalized expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm is developed to separate infrared images into background (still) and foreground (moving) layers regardless of camera panning. In the two-pass scheme of detecting pedestrians from the foreground layer: shape cue is first used to eliminate non-pedestrian moving objects and then appearance cue helps to locate the exact position of pedestrians. Templates with varying sizes are sequentially applied to detect pedestrians at multiple scales to accommodate different camera distances. To facilitate the task of pedestrian tracking, we formulate the problem of shot segmentation and present a graph matching-based tracking algorithm that jointly exploits the shape, appearance and distance information. Experimental results with both OSU Infrared Image Database and WVU Infrared Video Database are reported to demonstrate the accuracy and robustness of our algorithm.     

水上地震折射互换法误差分析

在理论上，用源检互换的方法进行折射地震勘探是没有误差的，在某些特殊条件下无法铺设检波器而又必须进行折射地震勘探时它也是唯一的选择，然而，在实际工作中，由于各种因素的影响，其误差是不可忽略的。为此，本文从地震折射运动学的角度对水上地震折射互换法因过河钢丝绳的重量、水的流速和流向、炮点深度等客观因素造成的解释误差进行了分析，揭示了水上地震折射互换法应注意的问题。这对水上地震折射互换法的资料解释进行误差校正提供了理论基础。     

一种基于像素自适应仲裁的OSD分层混合结构设计

数据混合是OSD分层显示的关键技术之一.本文基于OSD的分层结构及数据组织结构特点,提出一种OSD分层显示的单混合结构,该结构采用基于像素自适应仲裁的策略,按照层优先级次序,对多个OSD图层信号实时地切换显示.FPGA验证结果表明,该结构在满足OSD分层混合显示、实现菜单选择鼠标控制等高级人机对话功能的前提下,其硬件资源开销比多混合结构节省约33%以上,且具有良好的层次可扩展性和操作灵活性.     

新打包机接地系统改进

针对贵溪冶炼厂建安公司新紫杂铜打包机不良状况及存在的问题进行了改进 ,对整台机组的总配电箱、液压管网、设备的保护接地及建筑主体框架也进行接地。     

基于CH365型接口和MCX314As型运动控制器的PCI总线运动控制卡设计

以CH365型PCI总线接口和MCX314As型运动控制器为核心硬件,自主研发了基于运动控制器的PCI总线运动控制卡,该控制卡能够实现4轴位置、速度和S曲线的加减速控制,具有直线、圆弧、位模式插补功能及自动原位搜寻功能,同时具有4路信号输入和8路通用输出.     

FDTD analysis of switching characteristics in magnetooptic functional devices using magnetostatic surface waves

Collinear magnetooptic interaction with magnetostatic surface waves (MSSW) can be used for wavelength‐selective switches, wavelength filters, and frequency shifters in wavelength‐division‐multiplexed (WDM) photonic networks and optical processing systems. The switching efficiency can be improved with a multilayer waveguide structure. To investigate the dynamic switching characteristics, the FDTD method was employed. The mode conversion between TE and TM mode was successfully demonstrated with FDTD simulation. The filtering characteristics were also evaluated. The FDTD results were compared with the result from the coupled mode theory, and good agreement was obtained. Switching of an optical pulse was also demonstrated by the FDTD method. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
